Mamas whatever you do, do not come here with kiddos in car! They say 15 minutes it's 45 minutes plus you are stuck in the bay! They failed to shut the hood to my car, they forgot to put the reminder sticker in the car, and I had to finally after 45 minutes tell them I have to GO and they hurried up and got me out of there. Nice people work there, but overall definitely not 15 minutes and they definitely do not execute attention to detail. read more

Just got a full synthetic oil change and my car is running noticeably better. Thank you to Kent and Austin for working on a Sunday and for their quick and friendly service. I didn't even have to get out if my car which is great because I had my toddler with me. Also, I bought and used a Groupon which saved me over 30% and the fellas didn't give me any grief about using a coupon. Instead they treated me just like a full price pay customer. This wasn't the best Valvoline I've been too. Not as helpful as other places. I needed a replacement bulb for my blinker light and they didn't have it in stock. I got the oil change though and that is what so came for - but expected them to check fluids and filters, etc. If they did, they didn't tell me they did....I will try a different location next time. read more

The sticker they put on your car windshield for you next oil change is inaccurate and they will take 0 accountability for mess ups on there end and for any defective products . Took in my 2018 F150 for an oil change. Service Manager talks me into getting a "VPS First Defense Fuel system kit" cleaning, says it is recommended by dealer. 40,000 miles on truck, never a problem, he says it is "preventative". So I say yes. They do the service, now I have check engine light, it runs terrible, lags, no acceleration. Filed a claim and told them I was taking to dealer to see what they messed up and they said they would not cover claim unless I took it to some local shop of their choosing to diagnose. read more

I took my car in for an oil change they did an upsell for a new air filter. Instead of taking time to do it correctly they took a short cut and damaged the wiring and the connector for the mass airflow sensor causing my car to have issues while driving. They also broke most of the clips holding down the cover for the engine compartment. I would never trust these people again. read more

Didn't have the oil I needed so I went to go get it myself as suggested. Didn't get enough as I wasn't instructed clearly by the employee. Drove out again to get what I needed and then back. I originally brought my moms car here to get an oil change and I worked with Spencer. Spencer was absolutely amazing and walked me through everything that was going on and he explained everything to me and "dummed" it down so that I would understand. He took the time with me so I knew what was going on and so that I was comfortable. I came back here with my car and asked for him. He was kind enough to step away from what he was doing to work on my car and again walk through everything with me and explain everything to me. Spencer is absolutely kind. Carlos was the first face I saw when I came in with my car and he was a gentlemen and very kind. The guys who work at this location are also very kind. Was excited to have a convenient oil change place in the neighborhood. Came in for an oil change which took over an hour mostly spent waiting in line. They started out acting aghast like the car was WAY overdue for an oil change (it was almost exactly at the recommended mileage of the sticker given by the last place). Then a super hard sell on a bunch of services that probably would not have happened to a man. I had to call my husband just get them to lay off. They didn't even reset the "Maintenance required" light. It felt scammy. Will not return. read more

Never going back again. My son took his vehicle to have the oil changed and they stripped the oil pan bolt. Admitted they did it and told him they'd fix it. They put a "patch" on it and told him it was fine. No, it requires a major repair - 1K to replace the oil pan. No accountability other than admitting they did it. That doesn't pay for the major repair. Do not use this Valvoline store. Unskilled labor causing major damage leaving the cost of their incompetence up to the customer. They post as if to be proactive by giving you an email address and case number to refer to and they are never heard from again. No doubt hoping the customer will just forget about it and go away. Oddly after updating my review, they let me know they denied my claim (does that surprise anyone?). I reached out to everyone in other reviews who also received a "case number" and all were denied. Of course. This vehicle was 100% working great before they got their hands on it. I wish I had read their local reviews before going. Where do I begin ... I got an oil change from this place not long after they opened , I thought to myself "hey wouldn't hurt too give them a shot cause they had amazing discounts". Sadly I was mistaken , the staff seem very nice during the visit and very quick and knowledgeable. I got the best of the best oil change for my car and the gentlemen told me this oil change last 8-10k miles( keep in mind the gentlemen even put one of those stickers on your windshield that tell you what date and miles to get your next oil change, which said 70k miles or 8/20/2022. / I'm currently at 68k miles and it was 8/13/2022 this issue came up) , I thought it was too hard to believe but hey they are the professionals , it's their job . Fast forward 8 months , one morning my oil filter starting leaking and spraying oil everywhere, too the point where I couldn't drive the car unless I got underneath the car took off the protection cover and tried to re-tighten the oil filter . I drove my fathers car to Valvoline to talk with the manager . The manager(dalton) said he would set up an investigation for me and have his boss call me back , less than an hour goes by and (Omar) calls me and told me that nothings going to be covered and I would have to get under the car myself and try and figure it out . I knew that wasn't okay whatsoever so I had to call my insurance to tow my car to a grease monkey down the road . After grease monkey did my oil change they confirmed that oil filter was defective and I should've not been treated the way I was and should try and get a refund. Honestly wanna give a thanks to grease monkey because they did more than just an oil change , they even helped clean my engine from all the oil that sprayed out of the filter .which would've caused more issues if they hadn't helped me clean it. Save yourself some time and go to grease monkey down the road , yeah it may be a few extra bucks but you'll be satisfied with the customer service they give you . I thought I was going crazy when valvoline told me they weren't going to do anything , because how could the oil change they did be my fault ? And last time I checked , oil filters don't just come loose and start spraying oil everywhere unless the oil change was done wrong or in this case the oil filter was defective . I hope this is a lesson learned for the management at Valvoline, that you should never treat your customers like this . When 1, you guys put inaccurate information on my windshield on when I needed my next oil change , and 2, taking accountability for the oil change you guys did .
