I had my oil changed down by my home in Colorado Springs the Thursday before the weekend. Drove it home and parked it. Come the weekend, we loaded up the family and headed up into the mountains west of Denver. Shortly after we got on C470, an awful grinding noise came out of the blue from under the car. We immediately got off the road and found this Jiffy Lube. The skid plate had not been reattached properly, and was dragging. Unfortunately, the road had damaged it beyond repair. Fortunately, however, Luke was there receiving customers, and waived us right in to a bay when I explained what happened. He and his colleague Tommy Jay quickly assessed the issue, removed the damaged part, and got us back on the road. They charged us nothing. These places are independent franchises. what an absolute nightmare. Took my car in for an oil change and somehow they drained the oil out, but they put oil in started the car and sees the engine originally we were told they would replace the engine and now they're saying they will just repair it however after giving it back and taking it to our mechanic, we are being told the engine is damaged beyond repair. And now we're being ghosted by Jiffy Lube when trying to get answers on how we can resolve this. whatever you do do not take your car to Jiffy Lube. read more

Found this locale through Groupon, with the cost of oil changes going through the roof, I had to find a deal. Price was $35 less than others and decent ratings, so I headed in. Location is a bit hidden and the roads are absolutely destroyed at the street entry, but I found my way in and lined up. It took about 5 minutes for them to come out to my car and walked me inside. Store is tiny, with a very small lobby, but it was clean and welcoming. Staff was friendly and engaged. They had a new kid running the register, who was really good with customers, just throw out a few 'facts' that were questionable, all in the desire to sound knowledgeable. But, overall a good experience. Service was fairly quick and thorough, so I'll be back. The only issue was they listed that the windows and interior were cleaned, which they were not. Hours after getting my oil changed at this location, my daughter's jeep got stranded due to a massive leak. I called Jiffy Lube's Assistant GM, "Em" to see what they could do. Em personally drove out to the vehicle's location, equipped with new oil and a filter to get it back on the road. When I met Em at the car, I found him underneath it. Upon closer inspection, we realized the oil was fine, it was the power steering fluid that leaked out. He advised me that I could drive it the short distance home. I was relieved to know that Jiffy Lube's work wasn't the problem, but more impressed by the level of service Em provided. He was kind, courteous, and willing to make things right. Em has earned my trust and I'll continue to use this Jiffy Lube location for future oil changes. read more

The new management SUCKS! It is clear they know nothing about customer service period much less good customer service. They fight 2 b rt, blame customers, make excuses, project & deflect instead of implementing the basics which is listen, apologize, offer solution, resolve & go the extra mile to win a customer rather than drive them away. Therefore hey hv lost my business & the 3 cars that I brought to them. Plz bring back that old manager Matt who had excellent customer service & therefore had my service for years. The discrepancy was all over then refusing to honor a jiffy lube coupon that was not restricted to any particular location. Customer tried to resolve the conflict by asking which coupons then belonged to that store. There was no assistance or resolution beyond the need to b right, making customer responsible for in-house politics & sending them away. read more

Like any jiffy lube they up charge like crazy. That's not the issue though. I got my car back and the glove box was a disaster and stuff was thrown on the ground. Never going back and i suggest you find a place who treats your possessions with a bit more respect. read more

Came in and told the manager, I'm traveling to Florida. I need to check Everything in my car" went to the computer and accepted everything that my Fj cruiser needed replaced, changed, flushed. $475 dollars later, they were done (fast work, but I did wonder if they took their time to check everything). Young kids working at this place, however you think JiffyLube knows the talent they hired. I was driving home, when I was in Morrison 470/285 all the lights were onmy dash board was a Christmas tree. Called and explained, they told me to go back to the shop. When I was in the exit 470 - broadway my car shut down. Won't start. Call them and one of the guys drove to check what was happening. My car was loosing one of the fluids rapidly, the road was full of whatever that fluid was. He cane with some oil and fluids, the car started, but was not normal anymore. The engine needed me to accelerate it all the time or will go dead. My plan of going to Florida at 4 am is no longer a reality. They are very unprofessional, bathrooms are nasty . Use other oil places around, safe time, money and peace of mind. My car was in perfect condition engine wise, and needed oil and fluid changes, that is why I stopped by jiffylube. Now after, the manager will mot even show up and is saying it was something the car had before coming in. At this point, if my engine is done I will have to find a lawyer to handle this with jiffylube. Go somewhere else, don't bring your car to an irresponsible business. TERRIBLE read more

Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this Jiffy Lube again. Read on if you wish to know more of why. I received a $19.99 coupon in the mail. (I no longer have it as I used it for my service.) I am sure I was categorized as the "cheap guy" upon making sure this coupon worked on a Full Synthetic Blend oil change, which is my typically requested oil change. I questioned it myself. I called ahead on the phone and was told that the $19.99 will be the total cost for ALL oil changes. I had a COVID stay in car oil change, I think? I think? Nobody really told me anything, I just stayed in my car after driving over the pit instructed by service person. As I sat in my car, I heard lots of swearing, F-bombs, expected and typical garage chatter which usually does not bother me. As I was wearing my mask, I only saw one of the four service individuals was wearing a mask. I did not see hand sanitizer anywhere. The absence of COVID anything was rather off putting. Since I was front row and center of this Jiffy Lube show, I just sat and watched it all unfold. During the beginning of the oil change, the typical conversation about how dirty my air filter is was discussed, "Sir, I am sure your average gas mileage is being affected by this here air filter...I can change this here air filter for $39.99 today and get you on your way." No thank you, but I am interested in my regularly required maintenance due to my high mileage. "Oh, yeah, we will get to that after your oil change is done and after we check your fluids and such." Fast forward, my oil change was completed. "Can we ROLL THIS ONE!?!? I need to eat some lunch!!" "Car is done! Ready to go!" Um, what?!?!?! No opportunity to even ask for additional service to be done...probably for the better. This team was not interested in doing anything more than they needed to, the bear minimum. I did not want the minimum done anyway. I happily took all of my work somewhere else. At the register, I was attempted to be charged $98+ dollars for my oil change. I shared my conversation about calling ahead and was promised $19.99. I also confirmed with the gentleman giving me the air filter talk about the $19.99 coupon. "Sorry sir, this is for a generic regular oil change." An additional discount was provided and I walked out with a $38+ payment and will not return again. Earned two stars as I was provided the additional discount (totalling $38+) and would have happily paid the $65.00 after coupon discount. read more

Got a oil change & the men that suppose to know how to change oil decided to drill into my oil pan & not say anything. They just hoped I wouldn't notice & let me drive away. The oil leaked all over the garage, tried to get issue fixed but jiffy lube isn't taking credit. Jiffy lube is blaming each other instead of fixing the issue. It's been over 2weeks and I am still trying to get my car fixed. DO NOT TRUST JIFFY LUBE! They have a bunch of men that don't know anything about cars or oil changes & instead of taking credit, they like to blame everyone else. read more

I'm giving 1 star because they didn't try the air filter BS with me when I got an oil change earlier this fall. My daughter and I took her car in and when they had me come in and review charges there was a bogus air filter on the counter the tech bought in. I knew it wasn't from her car as I'd already researched what it looked like and before they could tell me a lie I said we change our own filters. Imagine my fake shock when we went to O'Reilly's after and got the real one which was nothing like their fake one. I wish places would stop this crap as I'm sure they only try to con females.
