Came in for a simple oil change today and along with an oil filter. I pulled up nobody helping just staring at me as i parked my car away from the bay. I walked in and the first thing that was said to me "Here for an oil change go ahead pull up to bay 1." After making me walk back out and re park my car into a bay, they immediately had my car sitting for 10 minutes with 3 open bays. My car then was moved to a whole other bay that they had moved the car to which wasn't the one they told me to go to. My car was then brought in and watched as the "certified" mechanics couldn't figure out how to open my hood for 3 minutes. After waiting for another 30 minutes, my car was finally done after being immediately turned on and gaving the engine being revved and held for 12 seconds after immediate turn on and then immediately turns it off. RIP MY ENGINE. After they messed up everything the head of the store tried to up sale me on, "Filling the car all the way with oil", which i thought was supposed to happen. Then was told by the same person who told the person infront me who drove a KIA that not only there car but my car, had to be acquired with a "special filter, that involved paper." Yeah wow I feel like i'm losing brain cells. Will never be taking my car here ever. Everybody is inexperienced and nobody has good customer moral support. They are greedy thieves. Please take some advice and never bring your personal car here for your pockets sake and your mental health sake, and for your cars sake. read more

Customer service was above and beyond. I had an oil change done on 8/6/2025. They mistakenly gave me the wrong bill that I paid. I didn't notice it until I got home and went back expecting a refund between the bill I paid (which was higher) and what my service actually was. The manager profusely apologized, and then proceeded to refund my $147 dollars. I stated I was willing to pay for my service, but they said the mistake was on them and this is how they could make it up to me. People make mistakes, but it's how the customer is treated afterwards, and these guys were awesome! read more

I went into this greed monkey and stood at the desk waiting for 10 minutes then I called and was told somebody would be right out another 10 minutes later I moved to where the technicians could see me and two of them made eye contact with me and I waited for another 5 minutes before leaving would not recommend based on service. read more

Do not go here! the service writer doesn't listen. been here now for 3.5 hours cause they can't get a oil change right. Not only did they fill my car with the wrong oil, then service writer wants to argue and gas light me on the service I asked for then tries to send me on my way without doing the correct work. This is my first time here and will be the last time here! This is the one time I would tell somebody to take it to a dealership instead of wasting time and money here. this place is not worth the stress of a loyal customer. This place has ruined my Christmas. I use to work here for about 6-8 months as an oil tech so I could learn about cars and when someone is pulling my leg and trying to screw me over. December 2nd I brought my Hyundai Kona in for a typical oil change. I know all the boys in there so I wasnt worried. About 200 miles after getting my oil done (same day as I drive a lot for work and our small business up in Broomfield) coming home on county line road my sister in law was driving my car and the drain plug blew and dropped all my oil. My sister in law didn't know anything had happened until white smoke came out of my engine and my car (which luckily has a safety mechanism and just shut my car down.) we waited almost 3 hours for someone from grease monkey to help I was on the phone with the district manager Tommilyn Kubasta and she was extremely disrespectful told me she was here when they did the oil change doing an audit so it's unlikely anything happened and it's just your car burning a lot of oil. No it wasn't white smoke was coming out of my engine and tailpipes and my car completely stopped moving and I had no drain plug and you could visibly see my oil all over county line. They told us we could go home and he'd meet us at meadows market when he gets there and we can take him to my car. He called us to meet him there got there he wasn't. We gave him a call he sounded frazzled and didn't know we'd be that quick so I said to hell with it and went to my car. There he was underneath it trying to put my drain plug back in and some oil. He tried to drive my car again when both me and my sister in law were telling him not to and he completely seized my engine and probably blew a piston ring or something because then straight oil came out my tailpipe. After a full week of arguing with Tommy and her being just nasty I was finally able to get my $700 dryer from my car cause Tommy refused to speak with my husband or allow him access to my car. ( All because we aren't traditionally married. We are in college so want to wait but own a house together and all the cars.) So I had to find time to come to parker from Littleton because that's where I work to come get my stuff because they couldn't be decent humans and give me a break and allow someone who I gave permission to to get my very expensive equipment. Now it's the day after Christmas no one will speak to me or answer my calls no one has called to tell me what is actually wrong with my car and Dave the shop manager has been the only one to answer me. Sandra Cummings with their insurance company hasn't told me anything and caught an attitude with me because the rental she gave me was front wheel that drives horribly on any other weather condition than bright and sunny. I already had to take another day off because of the Ice over. And no they won't give me a 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive car even though that's what they took from me. My car is still in the shop parking lot almost a month later. And no one is answering me. The kids that work their are nice but no wonder their entire last crew left cause of how awful this new company and manager is. Has ruined all grease monkeys for me and I will be telling every customer I work with as I am a mobile pet groomer and work over half of Colorado. read more

There is a reason that there wasn't a wait during the day. As soon as I left with my vehicle, the low oil pressure indicator came on. After a quick return trip, an additional quart was added and the issue was fixed. Not caring about maintaining a vehicle properly is the reason people go elsewhere for service. I have no doubt in my mind that this location is responsible for not only my radiator cracking, but then when they replaced it they did not connect the hoses correctly causing my transmission to be ruined. Don't take your Hybrid vehicle here!!! I took my 2016 Lexus RX450H here for a coolant replacement, brake fluid replacement, and an oil change. I was the only customer there when I arrived and I was there for well over 2 hours due to the following: They were out of the coolant they thought belonged in my car so someone had to run to the auto parts store to get some. Once they finally returned and started the work again, there was massive confusion because the coolant they bought was not the same color as the color of the fluid they were draining out of my car. They "spoke to their manager on the phone" and decided that the color difference was fine but then, after putting some of the new coolant in the car, they realized that the thickness of the fluid was very different as well. They went to go "speak to their manager on the phone" again. At this point, there was no apology for the confusion. Meanwhile, other customers were arriving, getting services completed and were out the door. I had been waiting and waiting. I finally poked my head out the door to the shop and asked what was going on and they told me that they initially "didn't take into consideration" that my car is a hybrid, and that's why they bought and partially used the wrong coolant. It shows "Hybrid" all over the car and the model of the vehicle itself is ONLY a hybrid! They assured me that nothing was damaged. Still no apology. They said it would take another 15 min to finish and it took much longer. Finally they said they were finished and when I politely asked for "something for my time and inconvenience" since I'd had a terrible experience and been there for over 2 hours, they refused with the reason that they'd already applied the $15 oil change coupon I brought with me and a $10 coupon they said they'd give me if I had both air filters replaced. And speaking of air filters, they told me they'd be around $30 each and they came out to be $40 and $50 before the coupon. I finally left, full of frustration, and I got maybe a half mile down the road when all of a sudden my car lost almost all of its power, and everything started beeping and all the warnings on the dash told me that the hybrid system was overheated and malfunctioning and to take the car to the dealer and the check engine light came on as well. Mind you, this is only an 8-yr-old vehicle that I have had zero problems with and have never once had this issue. I limped the car back to Grease Monkey and they said they'd take a look. After some time, the first guy came and told me it had something to do with the fluid levels and it was just my sensors being sensors. The next guy came out and said yes it had to do with the fluid levels and that he had forgotten to put any coolant in the inverter coolant reservoir. (Hybrids have inverter coolants systems to cool the hybrid system so fluid is obviously 100% imperative.) He said he filled it up and that all the warning messages were gone and said I was good to go. NO apology and no offer of anything monetary for my inconvenience or for the fact that my car could have been severely damaged. What they DID give me, though, was a vibe that I somehow inconvenienced them or that I was an unreasonable customer even though I was polite the entire time. They also utterly ruined ALL confidence I previously had in Grease Monkey. How could all of this have happened? Hybrids have been around in this country for over 20 years so it couldn't have possibly been the first time Grease Monkey serviced one. And one query into their database for the vehicle make and model would have told them immediately what specific fluids were needed and where! I will NEVER go back to any Grease Monkey and have told everyone I know about this experience and encourage them not to go to Grease Monkey as well. read more

This place is highly mismanaged. I've taken my car here 4 times and each time the service got much worse. The last 2 times I went to get an oil change I watched 4 kids attempt an oil change while also putting their lunch on my car and eating during the service. These guys are efficient, friendly, and do a good job. I always use them for my oil changes (when I remember to do them). Even better, I got a flat tire near there on a busy Saturday, and pulled into their parking lot to call for help. I was alone with two kids, one of whom was a screaming baby, and it was a crappy situation. The SECOND I pulled into the parking lot, an employee ran over to my car and said "why don't you take the kids inside and I'll put your spare tire on for you." They're not a tire place, and they didn't know I was already a customer, but they still rushed to help me with an emergency, and that saved the day for me. Took them about 5 minutes, and they did it free of charge (I wouldn't have even thought to ask them--they just volunteered to do it). Thank you so much to Tom/Tommy and the younger man who helped him this past Sunday. Dave was also very kind. I promised I'd bring them back donuts, but by the time I got back they were closed, so I'll bring them next Sunday! You guys are like superheroes. read more

I quit using this shop over two years ago; wasn't very professional and I actually didn't know if the service was actually done. I was recently in a hurry and decided to give it another try out of desperation. What a great surprise to see that the whole staff had changed. When I drove up, it was obvious that they were having a meeting in the service bay. They were going over policy and procedures. It was obvious that Tessa Wiebers was the manager. She exhibited a high degree of professionalism which was also evidenced by her co-workers. Immediately I felt confident and very comfortable with the service. Having been in charge of others, I asked to talk to the staff and told them how happy I was to have my vehicle serviced by them and how professional their manager is. I don't ever do that. But I was so impressed, I wanted to take the time to tell these young people that their manager knows "how business" is done. read more

I live on the west side of town but use this location while waiting for my daughter at soccer practice. First time was great, second time NOT great. I was here on a Monday night (tonight) at 5pm. I was the only person here. I pulled up and the guy said it was his first day and I'd have to wait for his boss who was on the phone. I said I would go get gas and come right back. 5-10 minutes later the manager was still on the phone so I waited. They changed my oil and said enjoy drinks snacks and TV. Check my pictures, none were available. Oil change was fine, I guess, until I checked out. It's $96 for a synthetic oil change OMG. Too expensive. I'll find another business. I came in because we were going on a road trip to Wisconsin for fathers 90th bday......I was first one when they opened. I asked for oil change and tire rotation. Manager said I can't do it by myself only if my other guys show up but I'm the only one here right now. Several guys show up and he did not rotate tires. Day later notice oil on garage floor as wife has to take it back. Also new scratch on hood. They said it was from them spilling oil while changing it. Drove to Wisconsin and driving back get engine problems in Iowa. Dealer finds oil 2 1/4 quarts low!!!!! It is a 2014 with only 67k miles and burns zero oil. Had to leave car in Iowa 12hrs away, rent a car and now try to figure out how to get my car back. Plenty of places to get oil change and I would never ever take it back to Grease Monkey again!!!! Wish I could give zero stars after my experience today. I have been to this grease monkey many times with several different cars and have always been impressed with their customer service, speed, and quality of work. Today, I received the worst service. I came in to have my tail light bulb changed and for a standard tire rotation. After an hour and a half of waiting they stated they would not be able to fully fix the tail light because they could not get to the bulb. Ok...no problem I understand you are not a dealership. Then they proceed to hand me a lug nut they stated had "fallen" off while rotating my tires and that I could bring it to a dealership to get fixed. To top it all off they had left my lights on this whole time so now my car battery is dead and they have to jump my car. So I bring my car to the dealership and hand them the lug nut and bring them up to speed on the situation. They look at my tire and notice the lug nut did not "fall" off but has been stripped off and tell me it is very labor intensive to fix. $300 later to fix this mess up by grease monkey that they played off as being no big deal. After speaking to the manager who was very nice but did not take responsibility he told me it was probably stripped due to the lug nut not being installed properly before....weird because I get all my tire rotations at this grease monkey. Needless to say I will NEVER return to any grease monkey and will pay the extra money at the dealership to ensure my vehicle is properly taken care of. read more

no oil change prices are listed on their site and I was told by the staff their prices were competitive. When going to pick up my car I had a coupon for $6.00 off after the discount I still ended up paying over $40.00. How competitive is that when most places after their coupon are $19-$25. When I asked why it was so much they said because they do courtesy stuff like wash your windows (which I can do at any gas station) and they vacuum your car out (which was not done at all). But the courtesy services are free. Then how does that explain why they are more expensive. Do not go there Brakes Plus is half the price. This place is a rip off and no one has any logical reason why they are twice the price as most other places. Oh and thanks for not vacuuming my car some courtesy service you have there. read more
