John got me and estimate to replace my cars bumper that I had damaged, I figured since they would be in front of the bumper area, why not also have them install a new set of horns, new Air vent Bezel DRLs, and replace the front bottom grill with a new aftermarket grill that has fog lights, I asked and John said they could do it! The aftermarket fog lights for the bumper was originally made to be fitted into the Korean bumper, not the US, it was not a perfect fit, so it was almost not done! Until Jeremy! This guy managed to modify the living day lights out of the grill itself that wasn't meant for my bumper, needless to say, they could have stopped and not done it. But John and Jeremy went above and beyond what they had to and I am very grateful because the bumper now looks amazing. I'll post pictures of before the car was damaged and what it looked like without the aftermarket parts, then the after of when they replaced the bumper and also added all the after market parts. Upon arriving, I was immediately helped get through the details of my repair and we were off to the races. Because I needed a ride upon departure, they provided a free shuttle (most places will not) to my residence. Once finished, they contacted me, I scheduled another shuttle to return (again, most places will not do this), and within 12 minutes, I was on my way again. Back at their shop, they explained my bill, the work they completed, and we took care of the bill. I am extremely happy that I found these guys. When I declined the extensive repairs, there was no discussion of smaller, interim solutions or things I could try myself; the only suggestion was financing the full amount. The immediate next step was being asked to retrieve my vehicle. The shop was extremely busy, and I left with the impression that they prioritize large, high-cost jobs. Disappointed with the experience and lack of flexible solutions, I will not be returning. Update to my previous review: It's been two weeks since I picked up my vehicle, and I have not observed any oil on my driveway. This seems inconsistent with what I was told about the severity of the oil leak issue during my visit. I have checked the oil level multiple times and it appears to remain at the same level. After posting my initial review, I received several phone calls from the shop owner requesting that I modify my review. I eventually asked that these calls stop. Service details: I paid $180 for initial diagnostics, during which I was told there was an 80% probability that the problem was my battery cables. I then paid $235.19 for new battery cables, but it did not resolve the issue. A subsequent diagnosis costing $359.98 identified a bad ground wire, which was then repaired by tapping in a new wire. Additional observations from my service experience: When I collected my vehicle, I noticed what appeared to be a black, grease-like substance on the exterior door handle that was not present when I dropped it off. I also discovered that the front emblem was no longer attached to my vehicle. When I inquired about this inside the shop, staff located the emblem and handed it to me and told me it fell off when they closed the hood. I check my fluids every month, this has never happened to me. There was no offer to repair the damage.

Really appreciate this, as I didn't want to have to worry about a tire blowing. My brothers took the BMW defensive driving course, but I didn't, because I got my license at 29. Oh well. Anyway, adjusted rating accordingly. Discount Tire got it done. They really are trustworthy and kind, even though someone in the warehouse fouled up. I brought my ancient Mercedes convertible in for an air check before going to Emissions. This is a summer car, and the furthest I've ever driven it is to Frederick. The tires look brand new, no visible tread wear at all. Rubber seems fine. But Josh checked them and said that since they're 10 years old, bad things could happen. So we ordered new tires and set an appointment for Saturday at 10. I arrived at 10:08, and Daniel checked me in. Then I waited. And waited. And waited. My car stayed where it was. Finally, at around 11:40, Cade comes and tells me that the warehouse sent the wrong tires. What?! And they're just finding out after I sat there for 1.5 hours?! I was very unhappy. I had errands and two more appointments. That's an hour and a half that I will never get back. Why didn't they check for the tires when I came in? And why did I wait an hour and a half when my appointment was at 10 am??? Cade said that this is their busy season. They have three 10 am appointments, three at 10:30, three at 11, etc. He said that he would try and have the tires sent over later that day, and would call me. This did not happen. It's Monday, and I do not think that have time to get tires. They'll have to wait until I return. Cade assured me that I would not have to wait at my next appointment, and my tires will be put on immediately, which is very nice, but I doubt that I can find the time today. I also wonder how he can do that, if they're scheduling three appointments every half hour, and it takes about an hour and a half for each car. (EDIT: it does not take that long to put on the tires. That includes waiting time.) The tires were crazy expensive because of the stupid effing tariffs. That just adds insult to injury. I have always liked Discount Tire, and have never gotten tires anywhere else, but this foul-up is unconscionable. I will say that Cade was very apologetic and is doing his best to make it right. I appreciate that, but I did waste time that I couldn't spare. They really should check for the tires when the customer arrives. Not over an hour later. I will update this review when I finally go back for the tires. They may have to hold them for a while. Saturday was Tire Day, today is other things. I hope that they don't accidentally sell them to someone else. I've already paid for them. I certainly hope that a tire doesn't blow, as Josh said it might. The spare is getting replaced too, as it is over 20 years old. Arrrrrggghhh. They did very nicely say that they would try to find a wheel for the spare, which is a full-size tire. I hope that they can. They found a tire to fit my wheel. That works. So now I have five new tires.
