This makes the fourth item that I have found that was done incorrectly from this garage. This time my neighbor bought tires at the garage, and now, 12 months later I discovered that one of the locking lug nuts is completely missing, and on another rim, the locking lug nut was so overtightened, that it broke the lug nut key! It took 2hrs. for a professional tire shop to remove the broken mess, put in a new stud and clean up this shoddy prior work! I've posted before about unnecessary services and over charging. Next Auto is a perfect example of why consumers hate and fear auto mechanics. As a repeat customer, I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, after which I was presented with a list of recommended repairs. Specifically, I was told that my control arms needed to be replaced at a cost of over $2,000. Skeptical of this diagnosis, I sought a second opinion from H&H Automotive. After inspecting the vehicle on a lift, they used a flashlight to show me that the control arms were in good condition and did not require replacement. Furthermore, H&H Automotive identified that my front struts needed to be replaced and discovered two oil leaks--issues that Next Auto completely failed to diagnose. Had I followed Next Auto's recommendations, I would have paid for unnecessary repairs while the actual mechanical issues remained unaddressed. This experience has left me questioning whether these actions were a result of incompetence or a deliberate attempt to mislead a returning customer (or both). I no longer feel comfortable trusting my vehicle to this establishment. Try H&H Automotive instead. read more

** YOU CAN TRUST THEM! ** I'm a disabled single mom of two--we would be homeless if it weren't for living in my mom's basement. A dear friend bought us a car in 2022. I didn't have one, and with two under age two at the time, I had tons of pediatrician appointments to get to. This was during the car shortage, and I wasn't really able to go and test cars --which at the time were selling SO fast. Ultimately he bought this vehicle from an individual--without getting a pre-purchase exam, something I never would have done or "let" him to do, but apparently others were very interested and this was a gift. Welllll you can imagine how that turned out. At first it was great. At first, lol. For years I couldn't rely on it to start. It was a crapshoot for a while...but then it was every time I turned it off. Had to use a jump kit to start it EVER. Eventually that stopped working. I took it to Next--they are partly *Woman owned*, which made me feel so much safer. The staff was so kind. They took the time to figure it out. And did! It has been approximately 5 months since they fixed it, and MY CAR HAS STARTED THE FIRST TIME *EVERY TIME!* this whole time! After almost 3 years of not being able to start it---I don't even have to be driving it every week, and it still starts! It was something complicated that was not figured out by a different shop when it first started happening. (Well, i learned that after the fact) I can't remember what it was now, but, Next fixed it. They are such nice, honest people. I would give 1,000 stars if I could! Thank you Dolores and everybody at Next!!!! read more

Updated Review Draft Update: My significant other went in this morning and called me afterwards feeling frustrated. Originally, we brought our Infiniti in 10 days ago for overheating. At that visit, the overheating issue was not resolved. Shortly after brining it back in, Chris, the manager, personally called me back and fully explained the situation in much more depth. They required a new type of inspection test and service the car needed now that they had more understanding. He was professional, kind, and thorough in walking me through the inspection and repair needs. What really stood out is that Chris took ownership of the concerns we had and even offered helping repair costs to help us out with our tight finances. That level of care and follow-through completely shifted my perspective of this shop. I left feeling heard, respected, and confident about the work being done. Thank you, Chris, for taking the time to make things right that kind of customer service goes a long way read more

I don't know anything about cars, but I know they need routine maintenance .It's difficult to decide where to take your car for service when so many shops overcharge and offer confusing explanations regaarding why you need such and such in terms you don't understand. The last time I took my car to the dealership was the last straw and ended up costing me over $2000 despite my repeated calls to the service guy who never returned my calls. Anyway, after some research and reading reviews I took my baby to Next Auto which happens to be close to my home. There is no pressure sales talk, just honest information and pricing. There was the day that when I tried to start my car and a bunch of scary red lights turned on at once. Luckily the car started, I called Next auto dropped off the car, and it was repaired the next day. I researched the problem and it's a usual occurance in 10 year old Subarus. read more

two experiences in the last 90 days with our 2 cars. prompt diagnosis, fair pricing, no issues. probably the only repair shop I have used in 50 plus years and have never experienced the degree of professionalism, courteous customer service and the most integrity in a small business that I have seen in a long time. read more

They said my tie rod ends are seized and that they'd have to replace them for approximately $700 before they could perform an alignment. Flat. Out. LIE! Thank goodness I decided to go to another reputable shop that provided a more detailed report, and all's well. Saved myself approximately $600! (Too bad I was already separated from $2K+ before the pattern was clear.) This shop CANNOT be trusted. They prey on the average person's mechanical ignorance, suggesting expensive repairs for minor/typical wear and tear and "scary" potential failures. Run from these "accentuate the negative" opportunists! Don't fall for the perks of a clean car, shuttle service, shallow niceties, etc. read more

My car wouldn't start so I called Next ti repair it. Before I called Next I called Acura to get a price in diagnostic costs. The price was similar. I was satisfied with the work by Next and had used them before for oil changes and one prior service job on a older Camry. I think this is an honest shop. read more

So grateful for Next Auto Care's help! They were able to diagnose and fix my car in a super timely manner. They offer shuttle service and were able to take me to and from work during the duration of my repairs. Everyone there was extremely kind, professional, and reliable. Costs were pretty accurate with what I was quoted elsewhere too. 10/10 would reccomend this shop, and will be using again in the future! read more

Got a circular in the mail, saying oil change regular price 64 for synthetic. However, they had another coupon for free tire rotation and get to know you oil change 49 for synthetic. Had a little disclaimer, said some engine types might be "slightly" higher cost. I figured I'd give them a try because they are only five minutes from my house compared to the 18 to 20 for where I normally go and to get an oil change for under $50 as a first time special. When I normally pay $108 at my other place. When I called ahead of time to book the appointment, they said oh yeah, we take Audi. All the time I said great. I said the appointment for 3 PM. I show up and get there with the coupon that he said to bring. Then once I went to check in he said oh well your car has to take a different type of oil so the lowest I can do is $130. Of course I don't know about you, but when an advertisement says slightly higher, for certain engine types, then is almost $100 more considered"slightly"? Whoever comes up with their coupons and advertisements really needs to get things figured out. That is false advertising and I was really hoping to have someone a little bit closer to me. Needless to say, I'm not even going to go back after that experience. Even at that, if it was going to be that much higher, they should've let me know on the phone way before me even scheduling appointment and waiting for me to come in. read more

Terrible service never taking me car here again so meant better options then this terrible place brought my car in they said they fixed it but turns out they did not and I had to bring it back after spending over 4000 dollars I had to pay for them to fix something else with only a 70 coupon for all the money I spent. Never putting my car here again and they tried to blame me that it was my fault that they need to fix it again because I had a code reader and I didn't tell him that, but they should have already known what the problem is and not need to know that information. read more

Called on a Monday afternoon, received a Wednesday drop-off/appt., dropped my car off at 7am, received a call by 11am on what they needed to do & picked my car up by 2p. It was all so easy: clear communication and fair pricing (not the most inexpensive, but not gouging by any means) will keep me coming back. The front desk guys were also very friendly on the phone. I will note, I previously took my car to Brakes Plus for grinding brakes (metal on metal sound, could feel through the brake pedal) and they did a fluid flush and alignment and told me everything was fine and I shouldn't need to get them checked for another year ....brakes continued grinding. Next Auto diagnosed the issue (overheated brakes) and recommended replacement and a new brake fluid flush. Easy & my car drives smooth as butter now! read more

I highly recommend Next Auto Care for the next time your car needs service! My Honda was in need of an axle replacement and they were able to get me in within a reasonable time frame! They were able to give me a quick quote and their prices are very reasonable. Not only that, their employees took the time to discuss the service and gave me some other service recommendations. They were straightforward and super friendly. I definitely felt that I could trust them with my car! read more

After a daunting visit to the local Jeep "stealership" we decided to bring our '18 Wrangler for some issues we were noticing on the car. Right off the bat, we were quoted 1/3 the price that the Stealership quoted us. This is the second car we've brought in and the work as well as the price have always been outstanding. Would highly recommend and will continue to bring our cars here. read more

We have used Next Auto Care for years. We bought a used vehicle from a dealership and slowly it began to have some strange inexplicable electrical issues. We took it back to the dealership and they did next to nothing to actually help. Next Auto Care had the car for over a week thoroughly identifying the problem and doing the correct fixes for an extremely fair price. We've also had them do plenty of other work on our cars over the years from oil changes to brakes, on our Infiniti, Prius, and now RAV4. Will never make the mistake of going to the dealership again and will always highly recommend Next Auto Care! read more

On the way from downtown Denver to Highlands Ranch; my car started making a loud rattling sound out of nowhere. It was sporadically getting louder to where I was very concerned that I wouldn't get to my destination safely. I was able to arrive and after my appointment the noise was not letting up. So I drove to the closest auto repair shop that I could find with my hazard lights on. Greg was professional, nice and squeezed me in even though they were fully booked and I had no appointment. He even had me take a look under my car so all the nice mechanics could show me what they diagnosed as the possible issue. My right front sway bar link was very loose; so the mechanic tightened it up to see if that was the issue. It was! Not only were they efficient, honest and professional, they didn't nickel and dime me. They charged me for the quick fix and labor which was very affordable. I can't express how relieved I was and how wonderful my experience was. Because of this I will be going back to them (even though they are out of my way) they are worth the business and drive! Thanks Guys! read more

By far the BEST repair shop in Denver and Colorado. Chris is super reliable, he will always tell you the truth about what's wrong with your vehicle and get the job done! Prices are fair and reasonable, and you have leading experts working on your car always! Highly suggest Next Auto Care! I won't take my cars anywhere else. They do book up far in advance so make sure to give them a call sooner than later to get in their schedule. They are the best of the best! read more

I don't love to give bad reviews but I felt like these guys were trying to rip me off and lie to me so I think I should share. I went in for an oil change and at the end when I paid they gave me a paper that said I needed front and rear brakes. Maybe they didn't notice that I had the breaks replaced just about 2 months before. When I told them my breaks were brand new they started to panic and retract their statements about needing breaks. "Oh then I'm sure you'll be fine" they said. And "Just don't worry about the brakes then." I mean did you even look at them??? I took my car back to the place that did the brakes and they said all was good. The price for the oil change was amazingly low and the clerk told me they can keep them low because they "make so much money" on repairs. Yea I see why. Not going back there. read more

My wife and I's car required a rear axel replacement. We had received a quote from a competitor previously, and brought our car to this establishment at my parent's recommendation. Chris provided my wife and I much more reasonable quotes, both for a new and used part. Both Chris and Justin provided me with timely updates on the review and eventual repair of our car. The both of them also worked patiently with our insurance company. They repaired our vehicle within two business days, after receiving the necessary parts. Our only qualm is that the shop charged us for a break fluid flush, without asking us permission to perform this task. Even if this was required for the repair, we would have preferred to be notified before the shop took action, as we did not expect this to be part of the repair. That being said, we would recommend this shop to others and we will bring our car back for future repairs. read more

If Next couldn't find the "emissions" issue when the check engine light was on two weeks ago and I paid over $500 for something completely different, why would I trust them to fix the emissions problem? So I could take it back in another two weeks and pay them more money. And your high and mighty attitude that perhaps you don't want to work on someone's car who doesn't entirely trust Next, has earned you that privilege. No more additional payments to you on my "next" car repair in two weeks. read more

These guys are the real deal. My 2004 Ford F-150 had a major issue with the timing chain and their crew fixed it to the point where it's the best it's ever run. Elise was a rockstar by keeping me updated on the work and a complete detail invoice so you know exactly what was done. If you want it done right the first time, this is the place. read more

My car had a check engine exhaust light on (the car was running fine but I wanted to get the check engine light fixed), I paid over $1,000 to get a couple of sensors replaced. Picked up the car and check engine light was still on (car still running fine no change from before the repair). I took the car back and they cleared the light but the car would not run properly. I took it back again and they said I needed a new catalytic converter ($1,500). I believe that the sensors they replaced were not the problem, and when the light was still on after the repair they improperly cleared some engine buildup into the catalytic converter. Of course I cant prove anything, but their attitude was "Oh Well" nothing we can do. I have had many repairs with them but now the trust is gone, along with what was once a great running vehicle. read more

The entire staff is professional, knowledgeable and very fair. I will not bring my Audi TT or Mini Countryman to any other auto repair place. The repairs are timely and done to satisfaction. My only mechanic that I trust!! Manny and his team are the damn best mechanics that I have ever been to. They helped me several times with complicated issues and simple issues alike. I've taken several cars there of my own and from my friends. They all were happy with the service provided. The pricing is very reasonable for such a A+ quality mechanic. High-performance cars, four-door sedan's, big trucks, you name it they can fix it! The waiting room is amazing (complimentary coffee, cold drinks, and snacks) and the bathrooms are always clean. I would recommend Next Auto Care over any of the 5 mechanics in Highlands Ranch/Littleton I have been to in the last 6 months. They won't play games with you, they are always friendly, and everyone knows what they are doing. read more

Id give zero stars if I could. I originally wanted to get my spark plugs and wires replaced and possibly see what what going on with my AC. I dropped my car off early in the morning because they had no other openings and then i get a phone call saying that my problem with the car was the battery terminal wasn't connected properly. They charged me $80 for something i could've done at home by myself. They then proceeded to charge me $180 to recharge my AC that needs to be replaced just for them to call me back 2 hours later and say that there were more issues than just that. You'd think they would've just checked it to begin with but no this is a shady business that will scam you for every last dime and not give any care about anything but your money. Also they never did my spark plugs or wires either... So i just paid $260 for absolutely nothing done to improve my vehicle. Will never choose this business again and would recommend searching elsewhere. read more

We really had an amazing experience here! My husbands Jeep was making strange noises and just after we recently had a large amount of work done at another shop (trying to fix those vibrations and noises) which clearly they didn't fix. We had received a coupon in the mail & after looking at the few reviews online decided to give them a call! Elise was really great at getting us scheduled to come in on the day that their Jeep specialist, Dave, was available. My husband explained the problem and then took him for a test drive to replicate it. Just the time they spent with us trying to understand the problem was awesome way better than just leaving notes for someone to relay later. We dropped the Jeep off on Tuesday and took it home on Thursday, WAY faster than the other shop and actually FIXED! Finally! FIXED! They were able to trouble shoot the actual problem and then get it all fixed. Elise kept my husband up to date on everything which was amazing. We were NOT constantly calling them for updates they updated us very frequently and made sure there were no surprise charges at the end. Some of the parts had to be taken to a different specialty shop to be fixed and that didn't delay anything. They even applied a "better" coupon that we didn't know about. I'm not a car person, just the wife to a jeep fanatic, so all those car words go in one ear and out the other. But I can say that my car person husband was very pleased and after being screwed around by 2 other shops this one was really a breath of fresh air. They had to cut out some sort of bolt that was broken and stuck, and they kept it to show us as well as oil from the transfer case. They offered to lift the jeep up and show us everything that was changed (but we didn't feel like we needed to, we weren't wondering what had happened to it during those 2 days) we knew exactly what was fixed and changed. Just a really amazing all around experience and we'd recommend them to everyone. Finally a TRUSTWORTHY place to take your car! YAY! read more

As for the service, it was flawless. Just an oil change, inspection, and rotation, so nothing too complex. I had an appointment, they got me right in, and service was completed in the time promised. No attempt to sell additional services and they said that the inspection was without any issues. The only recommendation I have is that people at the front need to watch their language when chatting. My ears are not so delicate that I was bothered, but it did diminish the otherwise professional atmosphere. If a kid was there, I would sure hope that they would be more considerate. read more

These are pros. They let you bring your own oil to fill and charge only for labor very reasonably. While doing the oil change they would recommend repairs that are needed down the line. My cars are running smoothly because of them. Very cool and passionate guys. They would even let you deliver parts from amazon and charge only for labor. I didn't do this but overheard a conversation when I was waiting there. Prices can be slightly above average but the work is top notch. read more

I called and the lady over the phone was so kind and genuinely concerned about my car, they were immediately able to get me in to check out the problem. It turns out the noise was my brakes (oops) and they were in much need of replacement. They even pointed out the damage on a part of the brakes to me and explained what was going on with it.
