I was visiting Denver this past May (2025) and had a tire leak. I hadn't purchased a road hazard protection package from the rental car company, and I don't know the metro Denver area well at all. So, I called a friend of mine who lives in Littleton and asked where I should go for tire repair. Now, I'm sure you're wondering why I didn't just ask said local friend for help. Well, I was meeting him later in the week at Estes Park for an event and he had already left the area and to ask him to return would have not been considerate to him as the event was a business event and he was there to make money. He highly recommended Plus One and told me who to ask for at the front desk. I followed his advice. It turned out my tire had a nail in it. The tire was patched for a reasonable $40 and put back on. I expressed my sincere thanks and was soon back on my way. I saved Plus One's information, and if I'm ever back in Denver and have a tire issue, I'll definitely return! Highly recommended! The staff was great, and the lobby was nice. I passed the time on a very comfortable leather couch. First off, I really appreciate the timely communications provide by Braden. He kept me informed throughout the process of repairing my car. My car is a 2012 Kia Sorento and it had quite a rattle when driving over just about any bump in the road. It was determined my struts and sway bars needed replaced as the vehicle had 88,000 miles on it. The vehicle was repaired and aligned in a day and a half and when I drove the vehicle home, wow, the drive was so different. I've been here a couple of times in the last couple of years. I dont know what has changed recently. I sent one of my employees over there a couple weeks ago to have his tires he bought online mounted. The son gave him some grief at first but decided to go ahead and mount his tires. I called today to have 6 tires un-mounted and 4 tires mounted and balanced, I'm assuming "the owner" answered the phone rather rudely like I was inconveniencing him by having to answer the phone, told him what I needed done and he stated uh we dont mount other peoples tire. ??? I asked since when and stated its always been that way. I told him he did 3 of my vehicles last year and one of my employees a week ago. I said if you dont want the work ill go elsewhere and he slammed the phone down. Gretta service! Had a flat tire on a road trip and needed a fast fix. They had a gently used tire that matched the one we had on the back and they were able to get us in and changed in a little over an hour. Braden and Brendan were great on the phone. John and Brayden were extremely accommodating for us. We traveled from Florida pulling a 10k load when the brakes started feeling soft. Highly recommended by several local dealerships who internally could not handle the mount and balance of my new tires. Before I found Plus One Tire, I had been calling 7 places to try and have my Carbon Fibre Wheels mounted, I was about to give up. Many places are simply to afraid to touch them. I spoke to the guys, who answered very quickly, told them my vehicle, wheel type and tire size, and instead of giving me the run around, they said "Please come in! We have the best mouthing machine in the biz, the Hunter Auto 34 Touch-less." If you do your homework, this is by far the best possible way to safely mount a fragile/ Expensive wheel setup. These wheels are solid Carbon, which means that even a scratch is non repairable damage. When I arrived I was met with a really great group of guys, who obviously valued new business and supporting their community. The look like they can handle anything someone throws at them. They have been nothing but honest as to what will be best to keep me safe and the car going. I've never felt pressured to buy or do unneeded repair. This place of business has the best and latest equipment for doing tires. Additionally, they are experts at the use of their equipment. I had some very unusual race car tires that 2 other tire shops tried and could not due. Plus One Tire did them without any difficulty. Since then, I have had other tire services performed by them. I thought I had a balance problem in my Jeep Wrangler so I made an appointment to have the wheels balanced and they were very friendly, efficient and helpful. But when checking out i mentioned the problem I thought I was solving by balancing the tires. They asked me questions and told me it sounded like I had a different problem and that they could check it out to be sure. Apparently it's called the "death wobble". i scheduled an alignment so they can look at everything and repair whatever is needed. i am so happy they didn't just do the balancing and send me in my way. Definitely have won over a customer who usually goes yo one of the big tire stores! read more

First time doing business with Plus One. They showed up as the closest tire / car repair store to my residence. Had excellent ratings on Yelp, and showed up as an independent business, not part of a chain so I gave them a try. A tire on my Mazdaspeed 3 had been losing air pressure for a few weeks, took it to a chain tire store they checked it and told me the tire was fine, no leak. Next morning tire was down ten lbs. I pulled the wheel, dipped it in water and saw the valve stem was leaking air. The chain store hadn't bothered to check the valve stem, just checked the tire itself. So I took my car to the independent and well rated Plus One. The owner John was experienced and knowledgeable, knew the the type of valve stem / TPMS unit on my car and what might be causing the air leak. Since one was leaking I had them check all four. Turned out that all four were improperly installed (by Tire Rack), each one botched in a different way. Plus One installed a new nut and washer kit on each unit, remounted the tires and got me back on the road. A dishonest company could easily have told me the valve stem / TPMS units were bad and would have made three or four times as much off the sale. I highly recommend Plus One, and will return for future purchases and repairs. read more

These people know automobiles and how to fix them the right way. I brought my 78 Trans Am to them for an alignment. My car drives like a dream now and the cost was much less than I expected. They now have my 04 TJ. I bought it rebuilt from a front end accident. It wasn't repaired properly. They know what is wrong, and it didn't take them long to figure out the problems. They have great customer service. I know that when I get my Jeep back it will be safe to drive and the work will have been done in the highest professional way. Ok, so I admit, I can be somewhat of a finicky, "Can I talk to a Manager" type of customer. I had called around to several stores in the area asking for the new Toyo Celsius tires. Not one store offered to order them, or even knew what they were. So I tried Plus One. To my surprise, he knew what they were and said he could get them in "half a day". So I asked him to order them. He called me first thing the next morning saying they were in and scheduled an appointment later this afternoon to put them on.
