But, moreover the path to resolution that they took once there was an issue... Every business makes mistakes, but true customer care and quality comes in when there is a roadblock... GF had a runabout tire go south and as one would not think, all tire shops are pretty much closed on Sundays. In comes The Used Tire Store....Paul! I brought my car to check Tire leaking, rotation and balance all tires. I was watching for an hour and a half. When I go for payment. The don't charge me or anything. I was wondering why but since I wait for that long I decided to just go. And the censer about tire still on. Now my husband took my car to check at Discount tire shop since I told him the story. My tire had a BIG screw, NOT balance (I can feel when I drive) So I wait for 1.30hr and they just put air pressure on the one that had problem!! read more

Don't take a nice car here, I brought my mercedes in and they switched the rear wheel with the front wheel, the next day every turn I made the car would shake. After taking it to the dealership I found out that the wheels were installed incorrectly and they scratched up the rims while they were at it. We call them and they claim they didn't even have the car in their shop! The least you can do is have the decency to switch the wheels back they won't even do that, enjoy what's coming guys read more

I took in two sets of wheels and tires asking for a swap. Basically I wanted to put one set of tires on a 20x12 wheel. The man behind the front desk barely even said hello, looked at my truck and tires and gave me a quote off the top of his head for $160. I game them the go ahead and they took my keys with no waiver signed. After about an hour, I was told I need to pay an additional $40 just to move my sensors. I hesitantly agreed to the additional cost. After another hour my truck was pulled out and my keys were handed back to me with nothing done. The shop worker said they couldn't do it and threw one of the dismounted wheels on my backseat. I had to tell them to remount it and put it in the back of my truck. I walked out 2 and a half hours later with nothing done. Would have liked to know this when I walked in. Definitely would not trust them with a higher end vehicle. I won't return. read more

Purchased a set of Blizzacks from these guys last winter. Brought my car into the shop and about 5 mins later was told that one of the tires wasn't usable. They set me up with a "temporary" 4th tire and assured me that they would get ahold of another Blizzack ASAP. My car sit's low to the ground. My car also had brand new Niche wheels and P-Zero tires as well. When you are dealing with lifting a low sitting vehicle, you have to make sure you block up the vehicle so that the sides of the lift don't damage the rocker panels of the car. This is common practice. The installer works in the bay next to the sales office. He drives my car onto the lift and then, as i'm watching, shuts the back roll down door to the installation bay and then also shuts the door separating the sales office from his work space... After the installation I bring the car home and inspected it. The lazy installer didn't block up the vehicle and instead just flexed the hell out of my rockers leaving damage (indentations) to the underside of each rocker and screwing up the alignment of the quarter panels to the rockers. Also, the installer carelessly gauged 2 of my brand new wheels. If you've ever dealt with the owner Jeremy and his staff, they're not exactly what you would call clean cut people, which i'm completely ok with. What i'm not ok with is a bunch of wanna be thugs trying to hustle me over some used tires and damaging my property in the process, which they did on purpose. It makes me wonder about the business and what they're actually up too because the focus isn't on the satisfaction of customers. I mean, damaging a customers property doesn't exactly encourage repeat business. There's a variety of reasons why you treat customers well. Attracting this kind of negative attention through carelessness is not very bright and a great way to get oneself right back in to trouble. For me personally, it's a reminder that this experience is exactly why people like this have so much trouble in life and keep themselves down versus people who are able to be truly successful. I drive past this place all the time and never really noticed it being there. I don't know how I could miss it considering its screaming USED TIRES! The used tire selection here wasn't as big as some of the places I have been to in Denver but it works for being a local place. The owner was very kind and knowledgeable. He helped me choose the best tires for my car and explained a lot of basic tire info to me. And he gave me a discount! This is a fantastic shop if you need a second opinion and or a great deal on used tires. I got a flat tire and took it to Discount Tire where I usually buy my new tires and I was told that my flat was "beyond repair" and the only option I had was to buy a new tire. I really didn't want to have to buy just one new tire and I didn't have the money to replace all 4 tires with new ones so I went to The Used Tire Store in the hopes I can buy and replace my flat. Mr. Trejo was professional and above all honest and said that they could fix my tire and I didn't need to replace it. I was pleasantly surprised to hear this since Discount Tire told me it was beyond repair. Bottom line, this location got the job done where a corporate company didn't and handled it with professionalism, courtesy and honesty. Very pleased with service. Not just they got me a good deal on tires, they fixed my spare one! No appointment was done and when walked in i have been taken care of right away. Very friendly service. Tires were mounted and balanced (including fixed spare) My tires were not regular, wide spread size, so i had to stop by a few times, because they restock a couple times in a week, but its not a problem for me as i drive by almost everyday. Convenient location. Wish they could do alignment there as well... oh well nothing is perfect, plus its a new company as far as i can tell. Wish you the best! and i will spread a good word. I had a non-repairable flat on a Sunday... Costco was the only place open and they didn't have the size I needed. I was hesitant to buy a used tire, but this was the only place open that had my size. I am SOO happy I came here and have since recommended others to come here. They are SO nice, and so fast and they do great work. I bought a tire with 80% tread life left at a very reasonable price. Worst service ever. Their shop is trashed and they have a rude staff. When I walked in the first guy was nice to me and told me to pull my car in bay one. After I did that one of the other employees got really rude with me and aggressive like a wannabe thug so I left. I drove a mile down the street and ended up getting a killer deal at the bigger tire shop and ended up picking up some new rims as well. Don't go to the used tire shop on Havana if you want ideal workmanship and professionalism. Those guys were a joke compared to their competition. read more
