I have been to Tune Tech twice. The first time for an issue with my cars remote start, then for a low beam bulb. Both times Tune Tech fixed the problem in a timely, professional, and affordable manner. They even checked all of my lights, finding I had 3 bulbs out, not just one. I was glad I took it to them considering I'd taken my car for an oil change a week earlier to a different company who never mentioned that I had any lights out. A pulley was missing, another pulley was damaged, a twig was stuck in a vac hose intentionally, and the oil pan was irreparably damaged. The botched install caused extensive damage. I reached out to try to get this remedied but they haven't responded. I didn't really want them to because I would not trust them to ever touch my car again. What they did to my car is a disgrace and I'd be embarrassed to call myself a mechanic if I ever did this to anyone.
