But Boy am I glad I stopped. I was greeted by Jordan and wow the staff was so friendly and even tho it was close to closing time they were ready to service my Elantra. I checked in and they had a lobby with refreshments which was great, the bathroom was also Very clean. Heather came in and shared my recommendations with me and truly made me feel valued. When checking out Heather walked me through what they used and how the service was completed and we shared the excitement about the Holiday weekend. She directed me to my car and when I closed the door and looked up the beautiful pick carnation was on my dash!! What a great touch, totally made my day! They also ADDED several services that I did not get, ending an a bill that was several HUNDRED dollars more than it should've been. They also lied directly to my face about the price of an item. These people are scammers, avoid this shop at all costs. Wasted an entire day to get scammed. Also, I drove up in my car was unlocked, with the hood open and unattended. Either all the employees literally share one collective brain cell or they are intentionally scamming, hopefully it's not the latter.

My only wish is that his location was closer to my house, and that he was open on weekends, but that won't stop me from going. Next he will see my Veloster for a seat heater diagnostic. I have been to Tune Tech twice. The first time for an issue with my cars remote start, then for a low beam bulb. Both times Tune Tech fixed the problem in a timely, professional, and affordable manner. They even checked all of my lights, finding I had 3 bulbs out, not just one. I was glad I took it to them considering I'd taken my car for an oil change a week earlier to a different company who never mentioned that I had any lights out. Last, but not least, Ken, the owner, is very pleasant to work with.

G swore up and down there was nothing wrong with it. Tried starting it earlier this year, and it puked gas all over my garage. So, I took apart myself only to find that the carb wasn't clean-dirty bowls and clogged float vavle, there was no new carb kit as all the seals were old and brittle - and that the gas line was secured with a zip-tie!!!!
