These guys saved the day once again. I just picked my car up from the body shop that was closing for the day. As spas I'm off their lot I get a flat tire notification. That's questionable. And sure enough as soon as I arrived at the tire shop there was a bolt in my tire. When I arrived it was 5:45 pm and they closed at six. I asked if it's too late to fix a tire and without a beat the rep said no problem. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. And they change tires for free no matter where you bought the tire. I normally get my tires at Costco. I was in town and needed to get tires for my dad's car. He insisted I get them at Discount Tire. I said Costco has great tires, great prices, and the price includes road hazard warranty and free rotation. I called Discount Tire and the first person I talked to offered me much lower grade tires in the same price range as Costco even though I told him about what Costco was offering. Again, my dad really wanted to get his tires at Discount Tire, so I called again to see if they could match Costco. This time I spoke with Dan who said he would match Costco's price, including the road hazard warranty for the exact same tires!! I gladly said yes! They ordered the tires for me and had them the next day. I made an appointment to come and have them installed. Great idea, because when I went there, those without appointments had a two-hour wait. I went in at my appointed time and was helped by the awesome Oscar. He's very professional and customer service-oriented. He looked up the price I was quoted by Dan and it was $3.75 less than Costco. Way to beat Costco!!! An hour later, I had four sweet new tires installed. I left as a very satisfied customer. Denver people love Discount Tire because they rotate tires for free, put air in your tires for free, and even fix flat tires for free, even if you didn't buy your tires from them! How awesome is that! No wonder so many people love them! I highly recommend making an appointment before you go there unless you are just going there to have them put air in your tires. You can even book an appointment online at discounttire.com. They have plenty of locations around the Denver Metro area and throughout much of the USA (they don't have them in Los Angeles). Ive been a long time client 12 plus years of discount tire at this location and never come across on someone so rude like Jordan. He became very rude once I started questioning him when he started pushing to replace my front tires because they are "supposedly" at a 2 when 2 months ago my daughter brought it in for repair and tires where at a 7, I showed him the report Discount tired send me and he said well idk where you got that from well i got it from discount tire and i said how can a tire go from a 7 to a 2 in a matter of 2 month. I said just repair my back tire and I will talk to my husband about it. Wow. I usually love discount tire, but this one on chambers is horrible! I had a nail in my tire that was going flat so I dropped it off the day before. My mom went in the next morning right as they opened and said we wanted to repair the tire if possible and get one new tire for the other side. Oscar told us if the tire was repairable they would fix it, if it wasn't, it was under warranty and they would replace it at no cost. My mom wanted to pay up front but he said "let's wait and see what the tires look like". We got no call about anything other than it was ready to pick up. On pick up they had replaced both front tires and want to charge us $445!!!! When asked, Oscar stated that we said we wanted two new tires. I told him absolutely not. We said we wanted the tire repaired if possible, or replaced under warranty if it wasn't repairable. He stated that they only repair the tire if it's fixable and then stated that it WAS fixable because it had a nail in it, but my tread was low so they just replaced it anyways! There was no conversation about cost or that they would replace it just because the tread was a little low. He basically pulled a bait and switch on us and even then went on to try to sell us windshield wipers! I don't know if the sales guys get commission or not, but this is absolutely ridiculous and I feel scammed. I will not be paying for this second tire as I did not authorize it. I purchased new all season tires that are also appropriate for off road for my Subaru last year or so. Last month I drove over some unseeable road debris and got a puncture flat. I called to make an appointment and informed them my tire likely needs replacing since the puncture was close to the side and they likely don't have my tire on hand. The next day I came in. The tire had not arrived yet, but it was otw from their warehouse. They added air to my donut spare that was on my car. And as soon as the replacement tire arrived, they got to work. I had a bolt/lug nut misthreaded (seems to happen a lot on Subarus), so they gave me a coupon to get it replaced for free at Brake Plus. My tires were still under warranty, so the replacement was free. I just paid $30 to warranty the replacement against future issues. read more

I've experienced a string of bad luck in recent times with punctured and unrepairable tires - now twice in just 3 months. After a very bad experience the first go around at a different shop I came to this Discount Tire location to seek better help and my expectations were far exceeded. First in June I was assisted by Joey and learned about the need to maintain similar tread depth among all tires in an AWD vehicle. This is real folks! You face a FAR more expensive headache down the line if you don't maintain your tires this way with AWD and will find yourself with a ruined transmission opposed to just replacing a full set of tires. The other shop neglected to share this and Joey provided me a great deal. As luck would have it just 3 months later one of my barely worn tires was pierced by a large staple and was already unrepairable having 2 holes mm's apart. Unbelievable. I did not opt for the gold certification at the time having needed to buy a new set instead of a single tire so I was rather upset at the unlucky situation. The tire was not covered by warranty but working this time with CJ I ended up driving away with a great value for the replacement and more! Went in to get my tire plugged because a nail was in it. Oscar said that they could plug it and it should not be a problem after he closely inspected the tire with the nail and the other tires as well. 20 minutes later he calls me over to view the tire and says that its not reparable because there was metal on the side of my tire. That metal was not there when we inspected the tire and I'm sure they punctured it to lure me into buying a set of new tires! You can't even trust a tire shop to help you plug a tire because they want to hustle you for your money because they know you don't want to drive on a spare or risk driving anywhere after they damage your tire more! read more

Listen, I have purchased tires for my personal vehicles and work vehicles at Discount Tire since I can remember, mostly at the Southlands mall location. I show up today at Mississippi & Chambers because I noticed my front left tire on my work truck according to the on-board computer was 10 lbs low as compared to the other three. So, all I wanted was them to check it out. My tires have 35K miles on them, probably have about 15K left give or take. Since its my work truck, I am waiting to replace all four switching from street tires to AT's so I don't want a brand new single tire. Anyway they come out, do a quick once over, say it's wearing uneven and they won't repair it. I know they were trying to upsell me to a set of tires which really torqued me a bit but I bit my tongue, they used some excuse about safety and they can't repair the tire because of it being worn. I get it, if they were bald with the steel belts showing and about ready to blow, but these were barely even wearing along the edges and had at least another 15K left. In a time where groceries are expensive, a hamburger combo is $15 and our property taxes are driving a lot of us out of our homes, they try to turn a simple tire plug into at least a $1000 upsell. Granted its my work truck and I wouldn't be paying for it out of pocket, but it's the point. Quit trying to bend people over for a nickel and give us something to sign that takes the liability away from you and puts it back on us. So, I just said put some air in it and I left. read more

I always have great service here :) last time I came in Luis was amazing !!! I knew I had to get one tire for sure that wasn't covered under warranty due to alignment being off. I informed Luis that if my other 3 tired don't have another 6 months or so I wanna look into getting all four replaced but I'd they are good for a while I just wanna replace the no tree one. He not only went over my warranty very closely, he also looked at my other 3 tires and he LISTENED to me! I am still a fairly young woman that has dealt with the "you don't know anything I'll get more money from you" My dad has done an amazing job of teaching me the maintenance of a vehicle and what to look for to keep your vehicles going with as much low maintenance as possible. I know about treds , I know about separation, etc. Luis not only respected what I wanted but he explained the finer details of my warranty , he educated me a little more on the built of the tires etc. My other tires were still in pretty good shape ( really weren't that old ) so I decided to wait for another time to replace them. We were almost done ... I asked about a lower mileage tire since I wanted to get back into replacing all four tires at one time. I was told they didn't have the ones I already had on my car at a lower mileage in stock. He flat out said, "you can order one but it will be in next week, that tire on there now should not be on the road the way that it wore." So I did go for the other one just so I didn't have to worry about it anymore and it wasn't that much more $$$. I came to pick it up and I was informed that for whatever reason, I don't remember if it was not in stock or what, but that a different more expensive tire was put in my car instead. He explained the difference between the one I originally picked and the one they actually put on. Similar but not exact pretty much he also waved the difference so I didn't have to pay for the more expensive one just the one I was quoted at when I first came in. Thank you D.T. I have been very disappointed with this location. Where their staff is friendly and helpful, and will go out of their way to help. They offered me a line of credit when went to purchase tires for my personal vehicle with 0% interest, but their was some confusion about the spelling of my last name, and I even clarified it's spelling, but when I got my card, my last name reads "Fartin." Are you kidding me?! If he was still unsure, I would have clarified again. IDK. It's actually kind of funny... until I try to contact the creditor, and some guy in India, that I can barely understand, wants to argue with me on how to spell and pronounce MY name! GRRR! Anyhow, I would have never writen this review if not for the last time that I took one of my company's trucks in to get a tire replaced. Friday around 4:30pm they were unable to get through to my corporate office whose time zone is an hour advanced. They said they would have the new tire on the rim, and ready to go when I arrived Monday morning, and all they would have to do is take care of the billing over the phone. Well, Monday morning comes along, and I get to DTire 20 minutes after they open, and they hadn't done anything yet. I had to wait another hour to set out to my days appointments. And then when they brought the truck around the spare was in the bed and I had to start cranking down the tire winch. When one of their employees noticed they did run on the spot to wind the tire up int I place, but still a very disappointing experience. Driving a donut on a busy interstate rattled me just as much so I pulled into the nearest Discount Tire. Spoke with Chris at a different location and normally they would have had me come back for my vehicle when the tire arrived but when I explained what happened and where I lived - he was able to find my tire at this location where Michael was able to provide same day service. I wish I would have gotten the person's name who change my tire too as he was also so pleasant, fast, and made sure my tire pressure sensor was back off again. Damn son! It is never a good thing when you have a flat tire. That is exactly what happened to me. I make it a point to go to Discount Tire versus any other competitor, Discount has a culture of being low pressure, transparent, and most of all they match any comparable price. The assistant store manager that help me out when I got my flat tire let me know that my tire wasn't repairable, not only did the tell me, he SHOWED me, this is huge in my eyes. Most people don't know anything about the tire industry and at times you feel like you are going to get sold and you don't even need new tires. Moreover, I knew I got a discount through my job and I wanted to do a little more research prior to making the purchase. What they did at this point took customer service to another level, it showed they were customer obsessed. I asked him to put the spare on and he told me he had a used tire in the back that he could put on there until I got my replacement tire. Although it was only three days that I had it on there, it was the gesture that counts!
