Well unfortunately I did not have the best experience this go round. As I was very indecisive on the style I wanted as I was just getting my car from a total wrap and design. And I'm not sure about anyone else but I'm particular about how my money is spent as it's an investment. So I had come in a few times, the first time I had an idea but they didn't have my size tire. He showed me some but i wasn't feeling it. I returned as I did have an idea finally and he got kind of curt with me saying "I showed you already ". That definitely turned me off. I purchased some rims less than a year ago. 1 rim completely rusted. They proceeded to tell me that it was my fault because of the way I've been washing that 1 rim (As if i wash 1 rim differently than the rest). And they said iron dont rust. Well their iron does SMH. "They cut wires to my intercooler sprayer wires, and ran the power wire to the battery as fast and as shitty as anyone could! They zip tied the power cable to coolant lines and the throttle cable. Just to leave the fuse hanging. Let alone they mounted the Amp to the backside of the rear seat. Damaging the interior!!!!!! I called them multiple times and they had multiple excuses. In a hurry to try to get a stereo installed into my wife's car for Mother's Day, I foolishly agreed to a nonrefundable deposit to hold some equipment and an appointment slot. They initially asked for $200. I talked them down to $50, which we agreed to. So really, my bad for agreeing to a nonrefundable deposit. As it turns out, I later found a much better deal elsewhere, because I kept shopping as I wasn't having the best feeling about my experience at KTC. I indeed found a better product at a better price and went that direction instead. I then canceled my appointment with KTC. On a lark, I inquired with KTC if I could actually get a refund, or, on the other hand, if they thought their reputation with my friends and family, and social media postings about this policy was worth $50 to them. They repeated their policy is that they have nonrefundable deposits to hold the equipment and appointment time because they are in such demand, and that they have turned away business because of the held equipment and time slot. It would stand to reason then that they will do just fine without my $50 and can refill the appointment time quite readily, if that money was required to hold the equipment and appointment, don't you think? So, they might do great work and sell great products, I will probably never know. I just didn't have a good feeling from them, went on to find a much better deal, so I canceled and lost my deposit. I've been coming here for years to get stereos and wheels and tires for different vehicles, I recently purchased tires for a car I have and I kept experiencing unfortunate issues such as driving over a nail or something else in the road, I opted to purchase a new tire for peace of mind but they offered to patch the tire and sell me new one at a lower price so I can feel comfortable about my car, and have a spare in case something happens in the future, we ultimately decided just to go with the new tire over safety concerns but regardless, they were willing to work with me through the whole process, always a great experience when I come here, very friendly and approachable staff! 5 stars as always, thank you guys! read more

I ordered a high end stereo purchase and installation. I dropped the car off when the time came for the appointment. The installer scheduled to do the work didn't show up for work today. When I bought the stereo system the salesman was all smiles. When it came time to make the adjustments to get my installation done, there were no smiles. It was like I offended him that I made the appointment, took the time and trouble to be there on time, and now I expected to have the stereo installed.... In this place, you make your choice and you take your chances..... If that approach works for you, then this place might be for you. But if you are paying for and expect top shelf service, this place might not work for you. Part two: A couple of weeks later, I'm at another stereo installer to have better rear speakers installed. It turns out this installer didn't use any screws to fasten the stereo in, left parts loose to rattle around and improperly installed the adapter plate. All is being fixed now - but you should know this shop sells tires and wheels, and stereos, I hope they know more about tires and wheels, you don't want to buy a stereo here and have it installed!
