This is what I purchased at BMW of Denver
Scott E.

Bought my first BMW from Alex. What I can say is that was how it should be when buying a bike. Superior customer service. No games on the price (unlike Harley) and the after sales service is great! The value for my trade was very fair and the price in the new to me bike was equally fair. I highly recommend this dealership.

My ride home was icy but the bike hummed!

It is more costly when having service done at a dealer- but, truly, in this case I know I got my money's worth. The service dept kept my bike for a week and walked through it entirely. New front fork seals, all new fluids, brakes checked, computer checked, everything. I was able to ride away on my new-to-me bike with assurance that everything g was right. Lindsay the service desk is awesome. She is thorough and funny. Everyone e there offers up a friendly face and asks what they can do for you. I highly recommend BMW of Denver

I've had amazing experiences with BMW of Denver. They've serviced all of my motorcycles for 10+ years. Bill has corrected and fixed my bike when other shops were at fault. They are very experienced and intelligent when it comes to service. I highly recommend them for all of your needs. From buying to service they make everything effortless. I can't say enough good things about them! Thank you guys for everything!

I first took my (vintage?) GS into BMW of Denver for a "free" recall repair BUT found much more work was needed AND they treated me so well I won't go anywhere else. I bought a used bike from a private seller and knew I needed new rubber drive train boots and a well-baby checkup. When I found out I had recalls (on a 16 year old bike), I booked my appointment. I knew the parts for the boots were about $200, so when they offered to do it for $400, I took the opportunity (I'd seen the youtube videos, it's an involved repair). I figured, if that cracked boot had compromised anything else (like the drive shaft), they'd find it. Now, I don't know how long that old boot had been cracked, but the $1500 drive shaft was toast. Previous owner had also broken the bottom bolt for the rear shock and that was broken and stuck in the $1300 swingarm (use a torque wrench and new bolts!). Bearings were rusted and hosed (probably from pressure washing - BTW: Tara said to NOT use pressure washers on our bikes (free tip there)). I say, BETTER to find all this out with the bike on the lift rather than some remote location. Bottom line, my bike is back in tip-top shape and for about $2500 I won't be stuck on the side of the trail with a broken bike. Many thanks to Steve Rumnock (Service Manager), Linda Salguero (Service Writer), and Taylor (Technician Extraordinaire). Taylor did top-notch work! He found everything and made my bike solid again. I truly appreciate the intelligent combining of labor since we had the whole back-end taken apart. Linda was great up front and the whole team is amazing with communication. My initial "dealer dread" has been turned into "dealer appreciation". I truly feel supported, valued, and cared for. 2007 BMW R1200GSA, 71K Miles

I had a really bad experience at another dealership and I was referred to this one I called on the phone asked a few questions and couldn't believe the quality of service that I received. It was exceptional. I do not remember the gentleman's name and service that assisted me but the sales representative Alex was fantastic. I went from hating the product that I purchased at another dealership to having some sort of respect for another dealership and the pride that they taken everything that they do. I will definitely recommend the shop and continue to visit the shop for any maintenance parts that I may need in the future. Thanks for all the help.

Just took delivery of a 2017 BMW 1200 GS Low Premium Triple Black. As a new rider, this was a comfortable and welcoming experience. Petko was very gracious and comfortable with by "new rider" questions concerning the bike, accessories, and gear. Bill was also welcoming and referred me to several people and resources to get me off and revving on my GS experience. If you're an experienced rider, or completely new to the game, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BMW OF DENVER AND ITS TEAM! See you around the globe!

I have two bonded leather club chairs that were somewhat destroyed by a bad kitty. Disastro. He ignored scratching posts liberally sprinkled with catnip, and just attacked the chairs. Sticky tape finally stopped him, but too late. Then I read that you can sand the chairs and use vinyl paint designed for car seats to fix the mess. While I don't expect a perfect restoration, I think they'll look better. O'Reilly's website claimed that the color I needed was in stock. It was not. However, a very nice man looked it up. Denver had seven cans, of a brand twice as expensive. However, the color chart wasn't available on their system, so I had to guess. I guessed Saddle Tan. Turns out that I needed Camel. The man ordered the Saddle Tan, and said no biggie if I didn't want it. I asked about price matching, and he said they don't match online pricing, like Amazon, but could possibly match a brick and mortar price. So that's nice. Almost $27 for spray paint seems a bit much, especially since the other brand of vinyl/fabric paint is $8-11. Four stars for being patient and helpful, and also for having cheaper winter windshield washer fluid than Circle K. $4.79 for a giant jug.

He stands behind his work…read more This is a mixed review but he still gets 4 stars. I would recommend him and I'd return to him to do any of the kinds of work he does (air conditioning installation & maintenance, pickup truck bed liners and all kinds of truck accessories, many types of power add-ons for cars & trucks). Like all mechanics, you can't expect him to be perfect. But taking pride in the work that comes out of his shop and standing behind the work as being the quality he agreed to do for you - that, I think, he does deliver. Here's the part that's hard to believe - and it is really commendable: The one year guarantee he had given me had expired. He still stood behind his work. He had to hassle getting a new unit from the manufacturer and he installed it at no charge to me. There are, however, two strikes against him: First: a ridiculous 3-times postponement! I made an appointment and it was cancelled 3 times! I finally got to take in my car more than a month later (!) for the 4th appointment he gave me. His story: "employee problems" so he couldn't do the work. But really - 3 cancellations? My second beef is that the AC unit he initially installed failed. I guess it's his way of cutting costs to me and to him - he uses an AC unit that seems to be cheap and crummy. At this point I've had the replacement unit for four months and so far it's working ok. But the one he first installed leaked refrigerant - the AC compressor itself was defective. He gets the compressor all the way from the east coast, not locally. I'm guessing that he gets a pretty good deal on it and he can pass part of that on to me (it still cost over $900 for parts & installation). I suggest that you clarify with him what kind of durability your replacement unit will have. Me, I'm hoping to get thru the next coupla years, but I don't know . . .

I called looking for help with an A/C line repair on my van and was met with sarcasm, dismissiveness, and zero interest in helping. I was already confident I knew what I wanted: Rain-X brand silicone blades to replace my current set. I grabbed my driver and passenger sizes, then talked with Jordan to look up the rear blade size. We then talked about the difference between Rain-X and Trico blades. While both silicone, the Tricos have minimal metal and plastic compared to the others, meaning fewer parts and pieces that could break down over time. Talking with him convinced me to try the Tricos out instead. While they were a little bit more expensive up front, they came with a $15 mail-in/internet based rebate. Score! After my purchase was complete he offered to install the blades for me. At first I declined because it was cold af outside, and I knew I'd be able to do it at home in the relative warmth of the garage. He offered again saying it wasn't a hassle and he'd be able to do it pretty quickly. I flashed back to struggling to install the rear window wiper blade over the past few years, so I agreed. For reference, 2014 Outback. The windshield blades were replaced within a couple of minutes, nice and easy. Then we got to the back. While it was simple to remove the rear blade, it ended up taking him about 7 minutes to get that sucker on. I felt bad because I knew what a pain the rear blade was, and I was sure his fingers were freezing. He didn't give up though. He kept working at it, got a small flathead screwdriver, and finally got it to pop in place. I was impressed by Jordan's knowledge and helpfulness. All these months later and I'm loving these blades.

They charged me almost $300 for a battery replacement..... $165 for the battery which was anticipated, but $100 for labor to complete a task that takes 10 minutes, less time and complicated than an oil change, yet almost double the price. They didn't need to remove my wheel, they had easy access to the battery at the top of my engine. When I protested the cost being way above other locations and services, they agreed with me and yet did nothing. After this interaction I feel they care more about taking money from the consumer and not to promote repeat business. Be sure to call for quotes for ALL services and get the quote printed before they service you. I went in to get a recalled part fix, and requested my battery be changed since I was there thinking it was a no brainer, and I ended up paying $283 (with taxes and a misc $15 charge) , at the end of this ordeal and I regret not asking over the phone or getting the quote printed beforehand. I will not go back to this location again for their unreasonable price gouging.

Before getting into the awful experience I endured with this dealership, let me just say that my experience with Joey Hammer and Ezell, sales consultants, was fantastic! Very professional, responsive, accommodating, and helpful. I appreciate the time they took in arranging the test drive. And when I finalized the deal the following day, they went out of their way to bring me the vehicle and explain all the bells and whistles. Two very stand up sales associates. If you absolutely have to do business with this dealership, I recommend requesting them in the future. Now for the awful part... Let's start with John, the manager. He was extremely rude and dismissive, very off-putting the way he spoke with my husband, who was merely trying to understand the rationale behind the trade in offer we received. Patronizing tone, awful interaction altogether. Why commit to the service industry if you're going to provide that kind of service? Disappointing experience to say the least, surprising from a well renowned brand like Kia. Now for the criminal part... Derek (Financing) sold me a certified pre-owned vehicle, advising me that the 10 year warranty was non-transferable. He then proceeded to sell me a 3rd party policy discounted from ~$4400 to ~$2800. My husband, who was out of town, was furious when he found out. Why? Because as it states on the Kia website, certified pre-owned vehicle warranties ARE TRANSFERABLE to the next owner. Do you know what that means? Arapahoe Kia is taking advantage of people, telling them lies and selling them 3rd party coverage on top of the coverage they already have. Can you imagine how many people they've conned and continue to con? The world is sad enough, you have to take advantage of hard working people too? My advice? Don't buy a car from this dealership. They're criminals. I look forward to calling the Better Business Bureau today.
