She was absolutely amazing!! We told her what we were looking for and she took us all around and showed us all of the different options. She was so knowledgeable and answered every question that we had. She really made the whole experience so much fun and we learned so much from her. She was also so patient with us and all of our questions. She really made the whole experience so wonderful and stress free. She was never pushy in any way which was so awesome. She made us feel like we'd known her forever, and we were just so comfortable being there. We decided to get the 2026 CF Moto, 2 seater in red. She immediately found us one that needed to be built. Absolutely perfect. We were so excited. We also needed to find a trailer to bring it home and haul it around, too. We had a steel trailer for our atvs but we wanted an aluminum one so it wasn't so heavy. (We are getting a tad older) She had it put together within hours of when she knew we wanted it. The whole process was so exciting and stress free. We then went into financing and Ashly helped us, also very helpful and stress free, unlike any other large purchase we'd made before. Sun is just amazing all of the way around. After the purchase, Samantha was there to help us again. She went over every inch of it with us, helped us program it to our phones and when we hadn't yet found a trailer, she arranged for it to be delivered to our house!!! From start to finish Jeff was able to help me pick out a bike that was suitable for beginner rider that didn't look or feel boring. Amazing customer service and deals from bikes to gear to maintenance. Bought a family set of 4 dirt bikes from Jeff G at Sun Motorsports today. Started calling around yesterday to different dealers to price out some bikes. Jeff G at Sun was the most responsive, patient and helpful. Sun also turned out to have the better pricing. I was glad because I wanted to work with him anyway. Went down today to buy them. Jeff was super kind as he walked us around, explained the differences, let us sit on and waffle back and forth between bikes. Then, when it was time to talk numbers, retail helped outfit our boys while we talked over the deal with Jeff. They even said my boys were pretty good, which true or not is nice to hear. I really can't say enough about Jeff G and Sun Outdoors. Just to let you all know, Sun Enterprises decided to make things right on my motorcycle. Unfortunately, I had to involve the BBB. A few weeks ago, I received a phone call from the new service manager stating that a new fuel tank was ordered for my Kawasaki. About a week later, I received another phone call stating that it had come in and was ready for pick up. I chose to do the install bring it is winter here now and it can snow at anytime. I was referred to Sun because I had given up hope of being treated well when I went into a motorcycle dealership (being a female and black). I have had bad experiences trying to find my new can-am at other dealerships. Mike Pietrzak in sales helped me, and everyone treated me very well! I ended up purchasing a 2022 Can Am Spyder F3 Limited that was still in the box. I highly recommend this dealership because they are helpful and treat you with respect. Amazing people here! The only downfall is I am still waiting for parts to complete my bike that I purchased over a month ago. I know it is not their fault because the parts are back ordered. The service department has been working with me to get everything completed and have been bending over backwards. Hopefully they can comp me something for my troubles. A really poor experience trying to buy a motorcycle at this place. The sales person said several things that were are not true. I asked again, he doubled down. I tripple checked my facts on the manufacturers web site -- he was dead WRONG and LYING and DIDNT EVEN CARE. (For what its worth, the vehicle DOES have a top speed limit of 55 mph.) When basic facts are in question, why don't sales people just say "I am not sure, but let me find out"? Its not hard, there is no shame in not knowing. There is when you LIE. Also, the policy for taking a test ride is absurd. If they dont trust me that I am "serious", then why would I trust them to "tear up the paperwork with no issue". Also, if I am driving it with ownership paperwork, but no insurance..... that just isnt right, sending people out on the road while uninsured. Generally, a really crappy store full of crappy employees. So -- I went to Erico in Denver, where I was treated like an adult, and bought a motorcycle after a hassle free 5 minute test ride. read more

Unfortunately, I am very unsatisfied with the service I received from Sun Enterprises and how they sold a motorcycle that I had put a deposit down for and was ready to buy. I had visited the store 3x in total within 7 days. After the 3rd visit, I put down a deposit for a motorcycle, despite being told the prior visit that the motorcycle was $500 less than the actual total. I had already been approved, put down a deposit, AND confirmed with Sun Enterprises that I was still interested in the bike when they reached out to me on Saturday, August 22nd. Later that day, I was ready to go through with the sale (4 days after the deposit was put down). When I requested in information for the motorcycle to give to the appropriate party to finalize the loan, I was then told by Sun Enterprises that the bike had been sold and no longer available. I tried to be patient with Sun Enterprises, since they said they would try to source out a bike, but I have yet to receive any update...let alone, an apology from the general manager. I am not sure if part of it is because I am a female or simply because they do not care about their customers as long as they have business, but I do not appreciate the way Sun Enterprises has treated me during this process and do not recommend giving them your business, especially if you are a female. read more

Rico C spent a lot of time with me, answered a hundred questions, and in a completely pressure-free way helped me choose between several ATV brands I was considering. The depth and breath of his knowledge was impressive. Of the eight dealerships I shopped, my stop at Sun was the most valuable. When buying a Can Am ATV, you don't have to pay a "Delivery Fee", "Dealer Setup Fee", or "Documentation Fee". NoCo Powersports fees are nearly double those of Sun Enterprises, but Wickham Tractor Company beats them both: zero fees of any kind. Now you know. If you want to add any accessories to your ATV, Sun looks better because they'll sell them and install them for less. You owe it to yourself to at least shop Sun for your next ATV purchase! read more

RUN FROM THIS PLACE! Last week, I decided to buy a 2022 ZX14R Ninja, and the facility with the worst reputation in the city, was the only one with the bike... Sun Enterprises. I made an appointment with salesman Matthew Strong, for last Saturday morning, and he literally blew me off. On Tuesday, I contacted Mark Kite, the GM, and he put me with a new sales guy. We put together the deal and I spoke to the rudest, most unprofessional female, ever, Valerie... Wow. Valerie submitted the deal. I told her that it was only $15K, so I preferred to pay cash, but I wanted to see what financing would look like, for this small purchase. She promised to only run my credit report one time, to limit the inquiries. When the deal came back, it was ridiculous, so I declined, and told her that I would probably just pay cash, but would get back to her the next day. When I called this "beauty" back on Wednesday, she informed me that Mark had sold the Ninja the day before, on Tuesday, while we were still working through the deal... I indicated that I was very unhappy about that, and the fact that I had gotten five total inquires, instead of the one we agreed to, and she simply hung up on me. I then picked up the telephone and called GM Mark Kite. I complained about him selling the bike out from under me, while I was still working with Valerie... Then, I thanked him for not hanging up on me, as Valerie did. He suddenly said, "I am not afraid of you, I am 6'4" 340lbs! I wondered why he was bragging about being overweight... I did not react to his bizarre threat, or invitation to come to the dealership and fight. He also "bizarrely" tried to insult me, saying that I was not a CEO, I had nothing, ect, ect. I was laughing very hard. I realized that I was talking to someone with very limited professionaism... And he was trying to insult me, when he just the GM at a small motorcycle dealership... Pretty funny. This person had lost his mind. To defend myself, I suggested, that he look at my Facebook page, which shows pictures of me, my properties, my vehicles; my LinkedIn page, which shows details of my company; my company web site, which shows the size of my company; or simply look at my credit report, which includes my high-line vehicles, and also confirms my very large salary... He just kept ranting. I eventually indicated that he was on a recorded line, and that I would be speaking with his owner, and reporting this to the agencies that provide his license to sell vehicles, and he said, "I am not scared of you, we have an army of attorneys"... I wondered how he would know that... The call finally ended with him simply mumbling to himself, so I hung up. I decided, with the advise of my in-house counsel to email the president of Sun, Ronald Lang. That was 24 hours ago, and he has not responded, which indicates that he is no better than this guy... It is not just peculiar and annoying that you have to deal with people like Mark Kite, or Valerie, to deal with motorcycles, but they are a very small purchase over-all, as they are a very small purchase. I suppose you can't expect to get much in the way of honesty or professionalism. The fact that I received so many inquiries, when their finance person, Valerie, promised me one, and the way this "winner" spoke to me, has motivated me to publish this review everywhere, FOREVER. I later spoke with Harley dealer services and filed a formal complaint, (And with many others) and Harley told me that I should just go to another dealership, like Mile High or Avalanche, because they were about to end their dealership agreement with Sun Enterprises anyway. I say good riddance to this unprofessional, dishonest dealership. Why would you have, as the face of your dealership, a rude, unprofessional person like Mark...? By the way, look at the Yelp reviews, they are terrible. 3 out of 5 is pathetic, but they obviously do not care. read more

I've personally only had positive experiences with every employee I've dealt with. Rocco was great when purchasing a new bike recently and my experience getting it serviced, along with my previous bike years earlier, was also great. The only reason I might not buy my next motorcycle from here would be if they don't have what I'm looking for in stock, which is largely (if not entirely) out of the dealership's control. Even Honda-only dealerships have a hard time getting certain models these days and I'm sure that applies to most brands. The location is quite a bit bigger than it first looks once you go down to the showroom, which is beautiful. If this location is convenient for you I couldn't recommend it more highly. read more

I bought a brand new Vulcan s from this dealership and the sales was great but if you try to get parts for it or any bike they quote a week to receive when it takes much longer also if you no longer need the parts per se you sell the bike you needed the parts for they won't refund you the parts because they call it special order! smh also new riders they will sell you wrong size helmet and not take it back even if you never tried on or took tags off. These guys are so arrogant! They choose which bikes they work on and when. If it's an older model, you have to wait! Imagine your air conditioning is out on a 95 degree day and your HVAC technician says "oh this unit is old; we won't work on it until November!" Do yourself a favor and boycott this place! read more

Came in to look at a couple of bikes that I had called about the night before. Walked in at 9:30 right when I said I would. Dave Mayercheck greeted me and was ready for our appointment. He pulled out the first bike and walked me through it and we then went and looked at the second bike as well. I ended up purchasing the KTM Super Adventure R. The process took longer than I thought, not Dave's fault or anyone's really, just a lot of moving parts. I got a solid offer for my trade and didn't feel the need to haggle on anything (for better or for worse I suppose). Dave kept me entertained by showing me the parts department, talking bikes (now I know why 300kph is the gold standard for sport bikes) and walking me over to the service department as well. This is the absolute worst company I have ever done business with. We purchased a machine from them right before the holiday and tried to take it back to them two days later. We wanted to just void the sale because it was a Kawasaki electric start child's 50cc ATV and it wouldn't even start, once we got it started it wouldn't stay running, once we did finally get it running, it got so hot the adults wouldn't sit on it, much less let a kid on it. They said they could not take it back, no matter what, but they would give us just over 1/2 what we paid in trade credit toward a different machine (at well over a $1000 loss). Then when we decided not to do that deal, but just let them see what they thought was wrong with it, the sales guy proceeded to cuss us out for the loss of his sale (with no less than 3 "fuck/fucking/fuckers") before we were out of earshot. This was some of the most egregious behavior I have ever seen in company with whom I did business. To say the least, I would not recommend this unprofessional company to anyone. read more

I was given the information to call this company for an sr22 that I am legally required to have by a certain date. I was given the name Ursula to ask for, apparently she was really good with them. After calling for well over a week. On her in and off days. She was never there or available to speak. Further more. The women I did speak to every time, Was EXTREMELY rude, disrespectful AND told me Incorrect information about how I could require my sr22 insurance. I was told that it was not her problem wether I could acquire such things i was incorrectly told BEFORE I could obtain said insurance and that I couldn't be helped until I got my CO license. And again I was treated with attitude every time I called up there to try and buy an insurance policy. As far as constructive criticism. For 1 if your agents are only available on certain days at certain times. Please make sure they're actually in office. 2. If you're going to have someone answer the phone who may or may not be an agent make sure they're courteous, helpful, and giving out correct information. I could have lost the license I didn't need or my original after 3 years to get them, over 1 persons poor attitude and incorrect information. read more

I'm on the market for a new bike today, and I bombarded these guys with e-mails asking for an online quote. I never heard back from them. The only dealer in 1000 mile radius who did not respond. I would never give low score for a bad price - prices are negotiable. But no response to a potential customer sounds like guys do not need new customers. read more

Bought a Polaris ranger XP1000 March 23 with accessories- heat, wipers, front and rear bumpers, glass windshield, rear window, doors, and now it's the 22 of may and Polaris still hasn't gotten the rest of the rear bumper flairs to sun enterprise to give them to me to complete what I've paid for. Don't hold your breath to get what you order through sun accessories from Polaris. They treat you like a king until they have your money. So far so good at Sun Progressive. Decent prices for expensive Colorado auto insurance. You could literally spend the same amount at horrible Fred Loya and have a $2000 deductible which is completely fake auto insurance. But signing up was virtually painless and $500 deductible is higher than I'm used in California, but is fair and pretty normal for most people. I highly suggest switching over to these guys if you're with a joker insurance company like The General, Titan, Fred Loya, etc. You'll have real coverage if you need it (knock on wood), and the prices are right around the cheap guys. Still really high though in Colorado. read more

Very upset to say the least with my most recent experience at Suns Enterprise. Unreliable, untrustworthy and an overall joke. My boyfriend and I came in on Saturday found a bike we were interested in, we put down a hold on it for $500 because we were told it was the last one. Gage Bennett, our 'sales' person told us that he would be back in on Tuesday. Again we came in on Saturday and they are closed on Sunday and Monday. Come to find out Gage gives my boyfriend a call at around 3:30 and my boyfriend was unfortunately unable to answer because he was working. My boyfriend called back an hour and a half later saying he's about to come in and by the bike in cash. Gage, the sales person, told us the bike was sold. Even though we had a hold on it and we told him we were going to be back in on Tuesday. It's honestly extremely disrespectful and untrustworthy. What's the point of putting a hold on a bike and take money from people if you're not keeping your word and your standards. We still went back in on Tuesday to see if there were other bikes he would be interested in, and we needed to get a refund for our money. When we went to get our money refunded Gage and the Sales manager who's name I did not get weren't very sincere in their apology. Essentially just saying sorry but didn't even seem to feel bad about it like this seems to be a reoccurring issue. The reason they gave us for why the bike was sold was because "someone was in store wanting to buy it" even though there was a hold on it. He has been a loyal customer at Sun Enterprise for sixteen years and works extremely hard for his money. It's very sad to see Sun take advantage of young people and selling false promises. read more

Haven't been back since the illustrious Brooke helped us find a sweet helmet but she is on to other things. Needed to see the head honcho about some Christmas giftings and since I am a shy sort, asked for a one to one which came about. What sterling customer service followed is the reason I give Sun five stars. He listened, shared my concerns and granted what I'd asked for. This place is awesome! From start to finish, my experience with Sun Enterprise has been amazing! I purchased two four wheelers last summer, a 2018 Polaris 570 and a 2018 Polaris 850 and I am absolutely thrilled with them! I worked with Mark Kite (General Manager) and Rico in the Sales Department. I was looking for a four wheeler that I could ride for fun but also use to plow. I live at almost 10,000ft and I get a ton of snow! I needed a machine that had enough power to plow but could also be ridden on both rocky, rugged trails and smooth terrain. They showed me several machines and helped me find the four wheeler that best met my needs. After much consideration, I settled on the Polaris 850. Mark and Rico then directed me to Valerie who helped me obtain financing and Ashley who set me up with insurance coverage. Both ladies were friendly, easy to work with, and very efficient! Rico helped me pick out some accessories. He showed me the various features/functions on my four wheeler, how to load it onto my trailer and how to beat secure it with my new ratchet straps. I was out the door in no time! I took my machine out to ride the following weekend. I had so much fun that I decided to purchase a second four wheeler, the Polaris 570, so that I would never have to ride alone. Again, my experience was exceptional! My Dad was coming to visit a few months later and I needed to get him some gear. I purchased a helmet, gloves, and goggles. I worked with Donny and Neil in the Parts and Accessories Department. Both were super knowledgeable and quick to help me find exactly what I needed. Unfortunately, my Dad wasn't there to try anything on. The helmet was the wrong size and shape, and the gloves were too small. I took my Dad in and worked with Donny. It was quite the process as my Dad can be very picky. Donny was very helpful and patient. He explained the features and benefits of the different helmets, and helped my Dad find the size he needed. Since making my purchases, I have had some routine service and maintenance work done. I worked with Matt and Luke in the Service Department. Both guys are great! They are helpful, polite, and get things handled in a timely manner. I recently blew a tire on my 570 and needed a replacement. Luke ordered it for me but it was taking forever to come in. Apparently, the tire manufacturer had shipped the tire through an an obscure courier who couldn't seem to provide accurate tracking information or an expected delivery time?? Obviously Luke/Sun Enterprise weren't to blame for this frustrating lapse in service. Luke knew that I had some friends visiting the following weekend and wanted to ride. We thought for sure the tire would arrive in a matter of days after the order was placed. However, almost a week later, still no tire? My friends were coming in that afternoon and it seemed that we were out of luck for riding over the weekend. Luke contacted the courier directly to try to locate the tire. He was told that it was on one of their trucks and likely wouldn't be delivered until the following Monday. What???? Luke knew that I was disappointed. He went to the courier directly and picked the tire up for me and then offered to drive it all the way from Thornton (where he works and lives) to Evergreen to ensure that I had it in time for the weekend. Of course I declined his offer and picked the tire up early the next morning. He had already gone above and beyond to resolve this issue. Although he didn't end up delivering the tire to me in Evergreen, he showed me that he was willing to do whatever it took to help me and was dedicated to providing excellent service! The staff at Sun Enterprise is wonderful and the do everything in their power to guarantee a positive experience for their customers! Arrogance. Something these guys need to lose. I was in the market for two (2) new 2017 KTM's. When I inquired at Sun, their salesman Anthony wouldn't talk to me about them until I agreed to "DROP SOME MONEY" for a deposit, because that was "THE ONLY WAY YOU'D BE RIDING A NEW KTM IN 2017". Nothing about financing options or anything. That was it, drop some money before they would talk to me. Anthony was both pompous and cocky. I stopped in about 2 months after my initial phone call to see if they had gotten the bikes in that I was interested in. I spoke wit a salesman Chase, who was very nice (although also cocky) and seemed to be interested in helping me out. Since the bikes were not in yet, he pushed for a deposit. I instead gave him my card and told him to call me when the bikes arrived and if the numbers made sense, I would definitely purchase. Last week, Sun got the bikes in stock that I wanted. Not a single phone call, nothing. I guess they thought I wasn't serious about spending $20,000 in their establishment. Your loss Sun as I purchased BOTH KTM's that I wanted AND $1,500 in gear from Fay Myers. I must admit, hands down, the Fay Myers experience was above and beyond Sun Enterprises. My suggestion to you Sun, is to not be so cocky. You are not the best deal in town and your slogan of "NOBODY BEATS A SUN DEAL" is false. I'd give one star, but my buddy bought his bike there back in '09 and has had good experiences with you. Otherwise, it would be a 1 star (0 for your sales dept.). read more

I had an appointment to drop off my Yamaha 230ttr dirt bike and they said that even though they weren't a Yamaha dealer they would take a look at it. They specifically mentioned that dirt bike parts are usually interchangeable and they would be able to fix it. After having my bike there for over a month I called and asked about the progress. They told me they would call me back. After repeating this process of calling and then getting no response for over 2 weeks I went into the store. Finally after waiting for 40 min to talk to a person they told me that they never even looked at it. They took 6 weeks of prime riding season to not look at my bike. My family and I are avid riders of many different types of vehicles including dirt bikes, ATVS, UTVS, Jeeps, and snowmobiles. We have had sales and service for these vehicles all around Denver but Sun Enterprises has the worst service I have ever witnessed. My wife and I have made purchases here and brought in our bikes for the past 5 years or so. My wife has purchased a Honda Scooter and a Kawasaki Ninja 650R from this dealer and had reasonable experiences with them. The sales guys are knowledgeable and helpful. She did have a problem with the contract guys for her Ninja. You can pay the price of the first two services up front for a fixed fee. Unfortunately, the actual service price for the first two were less than the two service up front fee so she felt a little taken advantage of. We've looked at other bikes here and the sales guys have been quite helpful in pointing us at the right bike and even pointing us to another dealer when they didn't have what we were looking for. They have a pretty large gear department and the parts department downstairs is well stocked with even parts for my 1989 Honda TransAlp (after blowing some dust off :) ). My wife takes her Ninja up to get serviced and has been satisfied with the work they're doing. read more

Sun is the best dealership in the state by far. We purchased a Polaris atv and trailer from Sun and could not have had a better overall experience. Marshall was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to show us everything we were interested in. Marshall was able to answer every question we had and did not do the typical high pressure sales pitch on us. We previously had visited Fay Myers, Grand Prix and G-Force and Sun was able to beat all their prices and offer better service. If you are in the market for an off road vehicle do yourself a favor make sure you at least check out Sun before you purchase anywhere else...ask for Marshall. read more
