Ah, Disney World for adults! Ive been riding Harleys for years and visited plenty of dealerships along the way. Mile High is super friendly! Not sure if it's just because it's located in Colorado but the atmosphere is welcoming, energetic, inviting whether you're buying something or not. All of the staff greet you with a smile and go out of their way and take their time to answer any questions you have about products or services. They have frequent fun events throughout the year to add the electric atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit if you like motorcycles and are a Harley Davidson junkie!

My girlfriend and I took the MSF course, at MH Harley. We were both very nervous and apprehensive and taking this course. We had no actual experience. Our trainers Dave and George were world class trainers. They got us to feel comfortable on the bikes right away and taught us everything we needed to know! They both would give honest feedback and reinforce solid jobs done on exercises. They really got the point across that safety is key and riding the Harley was awesome! We are excited to start our riding journey and can't wait. I cannot recommend this place enough! They are amazing !

Mile High Harley is amazing! The service department is exactly what you'd like to expect from Harley. Andy is incredibly helpful and honest. He provided promotions, and sold me a new tire and brake pads. Serviced my sporty promptly, never changing his word, and keeping to the prices quoted. Quality work. That along with Conner's friendliness, professionalism, and attention to safety. They have a lifelong customer. You pay for a Harley-Davidson guarantee, and with their service it's money well spent. I will go out of my way to avoid other Harley shops, Because I shop Mile High Harley-Davidson! Kenny

My husband and I stopped by Mile High Harley Davidson to pick up some Denver logo shirts. They had a nice selection with the average price for a t-shirt ranging from $31.99 to $40.00. The staff was very friendly and engaging. They stock all of the usual merchandise and accessories. Mile High Harley Davidson was running a bike sale while we visited. The sale prices were enticing and the inventory was impressive. Their entire sales staff was outgoing and sociable. They instantly made you feel at home. Several easygoing attempts were made to get my husband to go on a test ride but he declined each time. He would have gone out if the road conditions were better. They just had a huge snowstorm and we are from Florida. Taking out someone else's bike in road conditions that you are not familiar with can have a catastrophic outcome.

(This review is only for their rental department.) After planning a trip to Colorado to cool off from the hottest summer ever recorded in Austin, I decided to take it a step further and rent a bike to ride into the mountains. I looked into renting a BMW first because that's what I own, but the only BMW rental service I could find required a 2-week reservation. I didn't know exactly what day I would be able to ride, so I decided to go with Mile High Harley since they didn't require a reservation. I was curious / worried about how a big bike would handle tight curves and possible wet weather in the mountains, but it also sounded like fun, so I decided on a Road King Classic. It's a big touring model with lots of chrome, saddlebags, floorboards and enough style to match the 1584cc engine. I got to the dealership on a perfect weather day. Sunny and 73 degrees in the city. I was truly stoked to get out of town and ride. At the rental desk, there were friendly and helpful staff to greet me and go over the necessary paperwork. They supplied me with a helmet, raingear (thank the Lord, because I flew up there ill-equipped), and a booklet of map routes for my riding pleasure. I chose a 220-mile loop into the Rocky Mountain National Park / Estes Park. After taxes and the minimum insurance, it cost $183 for 24 hours. I know that's a lot, compared to a car, but that's actually the going rate for most bikes. Believe me. I checked. It was worth every penny. I had such a good time on that ride, I'd say it was the best ride I've ever had. The best way to view the Rocky Mountains in the Summer is definitely aboard a motorcycle. I suppose the view would be even better on the back of the bike, so you don't have to watch where you're going, but then you wouldn't have the joy of the throttle at your fingertips. When I brought the Road King back the next morning, they checked the bike over for damages, and gave me my receipts. With that, they also handed me a nice Thank You card signed by everyone in the department and a souvenir poker chip. Nice touch. They had a tent sale going on that day in the parking lot, and when I tried to leave, I was drawn to sit on a few used models. The friendly saleswoman just about sold me a Springer Softail. I had to leave immediately before I gave in to impulse. I think they know that people fresh from a mountain ride are still high on life and easy to persuade. I still want one of my own.

New Bike on display as well as the motorcycle flooring that was available for purchase that they shipped to my home.

We walked into Sun Powersports and from the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and comfortable there. Not like that at other places we'd been. We were greeted right away by Samantha. She was absolutely amazing!! We told her what we were looking for and she took us all around and showed us all of the different options. She was so knowledgeable and answered every question that we had. She really made the whole experience so much fun and we learned so much from her. She was also so patient with us and all of our questions. She really made the whole experience so wonderful and stress free. She was never pushy in any way which was so awesome. She made us feel like we'd known her forever, and we were just so comfortable being there. We decided to get the 2026 CF Moto, 2 seater in red. She immediately found us one that needed to be built. Absolutely perfect. We were so excited. We also needed to find a trailer to bring it home and haul it around, too. We had a steel trailer for our atvs but we wanted an aluminum one so it wasn't so heavy. (We are getting a tad older) She had it put together within hours of when she knew we wanted it. The whole process was so exciting and stress free. We then went into financing and Ashly helped us, also very helpful and stress free, unlike any other large purchase we'd made before. Sun is just amazing all of the way around. After the purchase, Samantha was there to help us again. She went over every inch of it with us, helped us program it to our phones and when we hadn't yet found a trailer, she arranged for it to be delivered to our house!!! I honestly cannot say enough about Samantha or Sun being so helpful and amazing. They have definitely earned our business for life.

From start to finish Jeff was able to help me pick out a bike that was suitable for beginner rider that didn't look or feel boring. Even when the bike i wanted wasn't in stock he was able to pull strings and have it assembled THAT DAY so that i could hit the road asap. Roxie did a great job of helping me understand the small loan i took out and went over the insurance plans with me without ever feeling like she was trying to sell me something. This shop is a must for anyone looking for good honest service! Thanks again.

*Posted this on Google Reviews, but posting on here as well for more visibility :)…read more I've been strolling into Erico for a few short years now. Before, it was always just to look because they were a cool shop with cool bikes and who doesn't love that? I wasn't a rider back then, more of an aficionado, but I always told my boyfriend that maybe one day I will actually get something from there. Fast forward to Saturday, Feb. 25th and I have my new Triumph Speed Twin 900 with the help of the fantastic team at Erico! I am still in my beginner phase, so it was truly helpful to have these guys thoroughly explain all that it means to own a bike and really help me decide on which was the best choice for me. One thing that cemented my interest in visiting Erico before any other dealership was that they were extremely helpful when I first called to ask the silly question of whether a Triumph can be a good first motorcycle (there was a little intimidation when thinking about investing in such a beautiful brand since there's always the possibility of dropping it, higher speeds, etc). I had called up a few dealerships both in CO & CA, and Erico really made the best first impression out of all. David Mack, Erico's sales manager, not only went above and beyond to answer any question while following up with relative key product features, but also did that while off the clock! He didn't even have to, but the fact that he did made me believe Erico cares a lot about their riding community. Massive shoutout to David, Deonte, Logan, Joe F. & Joe B. (with special mention to Justin and Sterling for the chats) for helping me with the whole purchase process! You guys were great to work with, and I feel confident that I chose the right dealership. Love a good company that has so much heart in what they do, and if you've read up on Erico's history or have been to their shop, you know this is one of those places. Thank you, Erico!

I hesitate to be "that guy", but…read more.... I had a new battery installed on my Triumph. You have to remove the ECM bracket in order to get the battery in or out. This is done by undoing one bolt. Not knowing about the bolt, they broke the ECM bracket by trying to pry it out of the way. This YELP review is about this particular incident, but there have been others. There have been obvious problems that should have been seen by the mechanic and/or the service manager, resulting in service that I would have had done. A service manager needs to inspect every job before he/she signs off on it. They don't do that here, otherwise they would have caught these things. The owner is a good guy and they carry a line of bikes I find appealing but the service dept. really needs either better, or more, people. I've owned a lot of bikes over the years and worked in the service and parts departments at a few shops. This wouldn't fly anywhere I ever worked. Their service manager will always feign ignorance in an effort to upsell you on unneeded and expensive diagnostic work. And only rarely will own up to a mistake they might have made.
