Two thumbs way up for Aurora Honda! My '02 Goldwing died on I-70 outside of Denver. I towed it to Aurora. They worked hard to find out what was wrong (it wasn't easy), and were fair on the price. The customer service was amazing - Jon was excellent! He always picked up the phone, or got right back to me. I can't say enough about the great experience. I felt special because I was from out of town, but I have the feeling they're nice to locals too!

The fiancé is really REALLY into his bike. He has a Honda CBR 1000 and this is hands down the best place to get accessories and parts. The service is outstanding and if you go in be sure to ask for Jon. Jon is really great at helping us get what we need. He will beat any price in town and sometimes even online and can order anything you need. This shop might be small but the service is what sets them apart. Unlike some of the other places in town they do not pounce on you right when you walk in. They remember your name and they are very customer focused. If you need something all you have to do is ask. The staff is friendly and very knowledgable and like I said they will order you anything you need. They also have a decent selection of bikes. If you find it somewhere else always call Jon before you buy and see if he can get you a better price. These guys are great!

So..... I don't write a ton of reviews. But when I do…read morethere is usually a huge "WHY" behind it. It seems mediocre is the norm these days and service is none existent. My siblings and I have been scouring the web for bike to get our Father. We found one we liked on Craigslist which happened to be being sold here at Motorado inLakewood, Colorado. So I called them up to see if I could get some info on the bike. I live in California and wanted the purchase the bike there since that is were my dad lived. Zach called me back the very next business day. I missed his call and was connected with Chance. Both these guys are just ridiculously helpful. They BOTH went above and beyond to answer the slur of ridiculous questions I had about the bikes I had in question and help guide me to choose the perfect bike for my dad. They send me pictures and videos and gave me every little detail knowing that I could not be there myself. I spent nearly 3 days being extremely difficult and both of them were patient, helpful and went above and beyond to exceeded my expectations. I was able to secure the bike sight unseen with out any unreconcilable commitment. They arranged to have my other family members go and pick it up, and even checked in with me on a daily basis for an entire week to make sure things were in order so that the sale would go smoothly. Let me tell you, Buy a bike from a dealer out of state and not being able to there is not easy! But this was seriously the smoothest transaction I have ever had. They made sure we got all the extras we needed and all. I can guarantee you I will never have a better experience. Chance Wolford, You're the man. I could never thank you enough. Zach Horwitz thank you for the additional assistance. I look forward to meeting you both someday and thanking you in person.

Have been in this shop multiple times to buy gear. Everyone there is friendly, willing to ask…read morequestions, and helpful. I'm a beginner rider, finally have the money to get into the hobby. Asked about helmets, armor, boots, etc. and everyone there was cool to talk to. Answered my questions and pointed me in a good direction. Bought the wrong size helmet, they let me get the next size up no questions no hassle. Their gear is very reasonably priced. I went in for boots and armor the other day, expecting the combo to cost me over $500. Ended up paying $360 for name brand boots, and a set of full upper body armor. The location is 45 minutes away from home, but I'll always go there when a new want / need comes up. Thanks gentlemen.

Months later when I went to do my own oil…read morechange, the drain plug was stripped and the filter was so overtightened it caved in trying to remove it. They agreed to fix the drain plug, cool. Got the bike back -- now it's leaking oil. Took it to an independent shop for a look. What he found (pic attached): the helicoil they installed is visibly crooked, and there were still metal shavings sitting in the oil pan. Filter was overtightened again. Called Vickery to discuss. Their response was essentially "that was our best guy, he double checks everything" with no explanation for the shavings or the crooked repair. No offer to cover the cost of having another shop redo their work. Just said they wished I'd brought it back again (why would I?). Will never let them touch anything I own ever again and would recommend you do the same. Plenty of other great shops around.
