During a test drive, I was told by the salesman that the windsheid wiper on drivers side that was leaving streaks "is something I could buy at any auto shop"- wow! on this brand new vehicle that I havn't even purchased yet, that is the answer? Additionally, the unengaged staff in the service dept. each have had a tone that they would rather be anywhere other than assisting a customer. I was having an issue with engine oil leaking into my engine coolant causing my car to overheat…read more After doing some research on my own and talking with the advisors at the Subie Doctor, it turns out I had a head gasket issue. After seeing all the positive reviews for this business on Google and Yelp, I decided to go with them for my repairs. I am very happy that I did! They provided me with a detailed estimate and showed me photos of things they found along the way which included very swollen coolant hoses, a leaking transmission pan, and lots of carbon buildup on the valves. I had them repair all these things and my car runs like a new car now! I feel that the price I paid for all this work was fair as it was very labor intensive. The entire engine has to be removed from Subarus when the head gasket needs to be serviced. This car had nearly 193,000 miles on it when I brought it to them on the original engine and transmission. I would and will definitely use them again for my Subaru repair needs! Thank you Subie Doctor for the great work and providing good communication throughout the repair period.
