And now almost 1 year later, to add insult to injury... Last year, my salesperson had told me to go to the service center to pick up a Tesla adapter for my new ZDX, on my way out. When we stopped by, we found that they were out of stock. We checked back several times over the next several months to find them always out of stock. Today, I had to bring the car in for a recall service, and when I asked, the adapter was in stock! But alas, the sales manager says that there was never any promise of this adapter being provided to me with my lease, and will not comp it to me. The sales person no longer works at Fisher, so I guess I have no witness to the discussion. GRRR. I must not be the only customer who was offered this tenuous promotion by the salesperson, and I believe offer should be honored by Acura. Also, be aware that the Fisher service center is going to charge 2% for using a credit card there. While it is becoming more common for business to try to recoup these fees, I thought I would mention it so customers will not be surprised. read more

We will never return to Fisher Acura again after having my 2016 RDX serviced there for years, and visiting last month to purchase a new 2024 RDX. (There were about 30 listed on their website)  The sales manager in his corner office gave my husband and I the side eye when we walked into the showroom. Three sales people were sitting and standing around, but did not engage, and actually scattered - the receptionist was elected to give us a test drive. I did not get her card - because she probably did not have a card.... and we were Done after she told us of a $1900 addendum which was Not noted on their website, window sticker or Anywhere in sales forms. Ok leaving a review for a dealer, I'd rather test my tongue on a frozen flagpole. But I must for the sake of all acura owners... This dealer is by far running on all 6 cylinders. They're easy to deal with, efficient with your time, obnoxiously polite, communicate well across all forms, offer loaners when available, make you feel complacent even when you know you're getting screwed. They tend to work with you from time, to time by knocking a few pennies off. I wish they discounted a bit more to help improve that illusion of value. Overall satisfied on every visit, really. I bought my 2020 RDX new at Fisher and had a good experience. But because I live in Greeley, I usually take my vehicle to Markley Honda in Fort collins for routine maintenance instead of the hour drive to Boulder. Due to a recall repair that needed to be done, I was obligated to go to Fisher for the repair. While the personnel were friendly and helpful, I was a little dismayed that there was no shuttle service or loaner available for the expected 3 hour repair....yes I can call a Lyft/uber but I am already put out having to be here because of the recall. It would be really nice for Fisher to acknowledge that and go a little out their way to make this waste of my day less bothersome Fisher is not near anything in the way of restaurants, coffee shops etc. and their waiting area is sparse w a coffee machine and beverages, but not great for a 3+ hr wait. They could take a queue from Markley abt customer service. Markley has fresh hot cookies, snacks, coffee and other beverages...plus a shuttle service to local destinations. Small details can make a big difference in a customers perception of being valued...or not! I had no choice about this service due to the recall issue, but will gladly return to Markley read more

Down to earth and one of the best mechanics I have ever meet. He is the only person I trust to work on my cars. Service advisor Josh has great customer service skills. He does a great job communicating with me about the cars progress and also scheduling service. Franklin. Sales. We have been there in many occasions looking at vehicles to purchase and Franklin is a sales rockstar. He is the opposite of the "pushy car salesmen persona". While I know there is always a risk when buying a used vehicle "as-is", I was surprised that the salesperson did not inform me that the hands-free phone feature in the car was non-operational. When I discovered this, I contacted him and went back to the dealership to have it fixed. No luck. According to the salesperson and the service manager, they had never seen this problem before. Hmmm. I contacted Honda Corporation. The person I spoke with said the car should have this feature, that I should contact the dealership again and that the dealership should help pay to fix the issue since I had discovered it as soon as I bought the car. I was then given the run-around by the salesperson, finally connecting with the used car manager. He told me that the fix would probably cost thousands of dollars (I thought they'd never seen this problem before??) and that I could bring it in to have a tech look at it - and, no, they wouldn't help pay for the issue to be fixed. As I have been going to your place for years -I purchased my CRV and my daughters HRV from your place, I have always had fabulous experiences and great customer service. But the other day, from TRAVIS, really was just the nicest thing. It was so small but made the biggest impact for me. As I happen to lose my daughter's key under the seat in a crevice, I had been spending hours searching for the known lost key. Travis immediately came out and within 5 minutes found the key lodged under the rail. His kindness and willingness to help me as I was unable to use the car since I could not lock it up with the key in it, was just a saving grace for me! You can tell there is heart and soul in this place and it exudes from your employees! After reading all of the rave reviews about Fisher Acura I am really disappointed in my experience. I may have rushed into my purchase without fulling inspecting the vehicle I was purchasing and that is my own fault, but I really trusted the dealership and their reports that the car was thoroughly inspected. Let me start with my first initial impression upon arrival. We arrived at the dealership on a Saturday and looked around on our own for about 15 minutes and looked around hoping to find help which did not come. We eventually had to enter the building a looked for a sales associate who could possibly help us which took another 5-10 minutes. I mean, we get it, it's Saturday, everyone is short staffed, but at the very least anyone could've acknowledged our existence with a greeting and assurance that someone would be with us. When we finally got help, he was nice and was very reassuring. He listened to what we were looking for and provided us with 3 options. We took the car for a test drive and were told that initially "the brakes will make a strange sound at first because it had been sitting for a while." We thought nothing of it. It was hard to see the many imperfections on the car due to how dirty all of the cars on the lot were. We chalked that up to the weather, but on the inside there were spills and stains that were missed when they cleaned the car during intake. Still, we loved the car and decided to purchase it. The process wasn't like any we've experienced before. There was a lot of running back and forth and it just wasn't the smoothest experience. The whole process took about 5-6 hours and mind you with a 3 year old that was rough. Finally got through the process, signed the forms, paid the man only to get a call to have to return because a form was forgotten. Even that was fine. Now, what was not fine was the fact that I had a massive wasp nest in my driver-side mirror which we only discovered when we were driving home. The car is riddles with orange spots on the white paint which I truly hope is not from rust considering the car is from the east coast which is a common problem. My biggest issue is the rear brakes were not inspected at all even though the report says the brakes were checked on the vehicle. I've had the car for all of 2 weeks and have already had to pay $300+ to replace the rear rotors and brakes because they were completely down to the metal. That was the source of the "noise" our salesmen had told us about during the test drive. Mind you, I also made a point to bring all of these issues up with I had to stop by the following Tuesday and I was pretty much dismissed. If I could return the car I probably would. I don't think I would return to purchase another vehicle and I doubt I would recommend this place to anyone else. Disappointing and buyers definitely beware. Probably bring your own mechanic to inspect the vehicle before you buy a used car from them. read more

I called Fisher to inquire about an Acura that was listed on Autotrader. I spoke with a gentleman named Rick. Rick and I decided to meet the next day for me to drive the car. The facility is nice, clean(bathrooms as clean as a restaurant lavoratory), and comfortable. I LOVED the car but had to ask the typical questions one asks when making an automobile purchase. Rick was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and patient with me on making sure all of my questions were answered. I told him I had to leave to test drive another car. He gave no pressure or push back when I was ready to leave. Rick told me to let him know if he could help in anyway or had questions just to let him know. REREAD THAT LAST SENTENCE - Rick gave no pressure when I was leaving to test drive a car at another facility. I returned the next day to purchase the car from Rick. After we decided on the car, we were walked to a waiting area. Colby from financial came and got us. For such a boring subject matter, numbers/warranties/percentages (yawn), Colby still came across as super personable. I inquired about a car through the internet and DJ was quick to respond. From the time I walked into this dealership he was friendly, funny and paid close attention to what I was looking for. He wanted me to get the car I was looking for. He never tried to upsell or influence me in anyway with my purchase. When I was leaving the dealership after closing on the deal. DJ gave me the red carpet send off. He had arranged for my new car to be in a glass enclosed garage, roped off, with a big red bow, and carpet to match! When I was in an accident with the last one, I purchased an Acura MDX, and have continued to have that serviced on the other side. The service team is amazing, I'm confident that I'm receiving quality maintenance and no unnecessary repairs. Great value with the prepaid oil change card, too. I've had my oil changed at another place once and my oil leaked. Never do that again! Once this MDX is ready to be traded in, I'll be going back for my next even though I live quite a ways away and don't work close anymore. In the sales department, Franklin and Ty were easy to work with and I never felt under any pressure to purchase. The initial offer on my trade in was definately low ball, but I was able to get Fisher to bump it up to something I could work with. The finance process was less pleasant, but certainly not as grim as I've experienced at many other dealerships.
