After being told that they were a, "one price dealer," they matched a lower price for a comparable vehicle, advertised by a dealer in north Denver. Working with car dealers can be exhausting and confusing ordeal. I am satisfied with the deal that I received from Corwin Toyota of Boulder.

However, after spending over $600 on flights, Ubers, and a hotel, I walked away empty-handed due to undisclosed paint issues. There was a large 12-inch scrape on the rear passenger door, damage to the trunk lid that I would describe as embarrassing plus others (see attached photos). Corwin Toyota should be ashamed to offer this car for sale on their lot. I was also told that the GM would be back on Monday to discuss possible solutions, and that I would hear from someone on Monday afternoon--it's 4 days later and this never happened. It's a classic case of over-promising and under-delivering. It seems like Corwin Toyota might be so focused on new car sales that the used car division gets neglected. Used car buyers, be cautious and thoroughly inspect every inch of the vehicle to avoid any hidden issues.

He was knowledgeable, insightful, and made the test drive both informative and enjoyable. After discussing our wants and needs, we decided that building and ordering a car was the best option so we could get exactly what we wanted. Throughout the entire process, Jason kept us well-informed and maintained great communication. The dealership was also very accommodating when it came to delivery, as we had a few family events that delayed our ability to pick up the car right away. When we finally arrived, everything was perfectly prepared for us. In Finance, Jake took the time to clearly explain all the options available without being pushy or aggressive--something we had experienced elsewhere. We also had a training session with Shane, who thoroughly walked us through all the technology features of our new vehicle. Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely kind. I highly recommend Gebhardt BMW--if you're in the market for a BMW, this is absolutely the place to go.

We like to work with Mustafa, that is our Service Advisor. Today he was off so we worked with Ethan. He was just as courteous. The main attraction is they evaluate your vehicle and send you a walk around video that highlights thier inspection points and an evaluation of your vehicle and its condition of your particular issue. My wife likes Mustafa due to the little touch that he walks her to her vehicle when the service is done. Just that little touch makes a huge difference! Would definitely recommend.

HUMILIATING AND DISCRIMINATORY EXPERIENCE - MIKE MAROONE CADILLAC BOULDER, CO…read more On August 15, my wife and I, both deaf, came to this dealership with the hope of buying a car. We left feeling hurt, humiliated, and with a deep sense of injustice due to the treatment we received from the manager, Austin. From the start, he showed no interest in helping us. He did not provide any price quotes for the cars we asked about--no options, no comparisons. Instead of guiding us and building trust, he treated us as an inconvenience. Since he did not speak Spanish or American Sign Language, we had to communicate in writing. However, his impatience and boredom were obvious. It was clear he did not want to assist us. The worst part: * He pressured us to apply for credit without any documents or clear figures. * He forced us to provide a $11,000 down payment as a requirement to take any car. * He ignored our alternatives and threatened us by saying that without that deposit, there would be no sale. This is not just poor customer service--it is discrimination. No one should leave a dealership feeling oppressed, manipulated, and treated as a burden. Mr. Austin is the example of what a sales manager should never be: unethical, lacking empathy, and unprofessional. He was not looking to help us--he wanted to get rid of us. The manager sale of a car should never come at the expense of human respect.

Steve and his staff ( we worked with Keifer) took great care of us and answered all the questions, they even stayed almost an hour late with me while I tried to decide between the Atlas and the Tiguan. I'm only giving a 4 star because the people who work in the service department could be friendlier but we haven't had any issues. If the service department was a little more approachable I'd give the whole dealership a solid 5 stars.

In July, I paid around $2,000 to have the water pump replaced on my Tiguan. At the same time, I had them install a fuel injection harness that I had already purchased from a certified VW dealer. Since they were already removing the intake manifold for the water pump, I was shocked to be charged $400 for what amounted to a few extra minutes of labor. They eventually reduced it by $100, but the charge still felt excessive. About three months later, my coolant light came on. Given the recent repair and my financial situation (I had taken out a loan for the work), I assumed it was unrelated and topped off the coolant. The issue kept returning, and by February the leak became severe enough that the car would no longer hold coolant. When I brought the vehicle back in, I was told the water pump they installed was leaking -- but because I had exceeded the 12,000-mile warranty limit, they would not cover the repair, even though it had only been about six months. I was never verbally told about the warranty because if I was I would have brought it in immediately, assuming they probably screwed something up, again.  After speaking with the General Manager, Wade, I was told labor coverage was at the shop's discretion. I was made to feel like they would take care of me. Gaslight, 101. The final offer was a $300 discount, which does little to help given the circumstances. A major component like a water pump should not fail this quickly. Being just six months removed from the repair, this feels like a quality issue, or an installation issue, not normal wear. To make matters worse, I was told that if another shop could prove the original installation was done incorrectly, they might reimburse me -- placing the burden and additional cost on me. This experience is especially frustrating given prior visits at this location where my turbo and CV axle were misdiagnosed, costing me thousands more in unnecessary repairs. I chose this location for convenience and hoped for better results, but instead I've been left without a vehicle and feeling like my concerns don't matter. Loyal Volkswagen customers deserve accountability, quality workmanship, and fair treatment. At this point, I cannot recommend this service center, and experiences like this are why long-time VW owners are losing co
