I traveled from out of state on 9/6/25 to pick up a 2024 Camry XSE with 26K miles (Vin 4T1K61AK7RU240287, Stock # 4240287) for $27K, after being assured that it was in "excellent condition" and that I would "love it." However, after spending over $600 on flights, Ubers, and a hotel, I walked away empty-handed due to undisclosed paint issues. There was a large 12-inch scrape on the rear passenger door, damage to the trunk lid that I would describe as embarrassing plus others (see attached photos). Corwin Toyota should be ashamed to offer this car for sale on their lot. I was also told that the GM would be back on Monday to discuss possible solutions, and that I would hear from someone on Monday afternoon--it's 4 days later and this never happened. It's a classic case of over-promising and under-delivering. It seems like Corwin Toyota might be so focused on new car sales that the used car division gets neglected. Used car buyers, be cautious and thoroughly inspect every inch of the vehicle to avoid any hidden issues.

No matter what you hear around town, Corwin is still upholding the service tradition of all past owners of what we still refer to as Boulder Toyota. Paul is the last of the "old guard" in parts and can "find anything" even if not made new anymore. And service staff has been known to find a way to even install an upgrade on a vehicle of this age. In our case, we had a tailgate that was inoperable, so they found a salvage part for us. When it arrived, it was visually unacceptable to have been rated by the supplier as higher than its actual condition. The service staff called and asked permission to spend a little bit more on price to have them disassemble and take out the parts needed to make ours operable again. It was the best case scenario as we now have a working tailgate that looks original from appearance. Give them a chance and being kind to staff in such a fast paced workplace is beneficial to all concerned.

These parts fell off as soon as I touched it

Not a good experience at all. Do your research on this place and you will see all you need to know. For me I found it very hard to get any communication from them. Long story short; I bought a car from them they messed something up. When I took it back to get fixed I was given the run around and left waiting for 30 minutes until I decided to go to different people for help. Upon leaving an original bad review, I was contacted by the manager Mark. He told me he would not fix my car even though they were the ones who messed it up....Unless I took down my bad review, even though they were the ones who emailed me asking me for my honest feedback. He was aggressive, unprofessional and a poor representation of what a manager is supposed to be. They kept my car for another week to fix their error and as luck would have it I'm still having the same issues post them working on it. And of course made it a little worse. Buyer be aware of this place.

Still waiting on someone to call me about selling me a car with cigarette holes all over the front seats which you covered up with seat covers. Is this acceptable business for Corwin Toyota? Does no one there care about customer service? What a joke

The wait time for a simple oil change is ridiculous. Expect to spend your entire day here. It's crazy how long it takes.

I purchased a new Toyota for my birthday. The salesperson, Michael Halax made it an enjoyable experience. I would recommend Corwin Toyota.

I did get the sense that they value putting a customer into the right car and will take the time to try and do so. I saw other Yelp reviews for Flatirons Imports under its other name Flatirons Subaru, and I'm not the only person who spent a lot of time with a salesperson test driving models and did not end up buying that time around. I think for the patience of the salespeople here, they may not always make a sale that day or that time, but they are earning long term customers who will come back next time and buy. I would buy here in the future.

I came in with legitimate concerns about my vehicle and left feeling dismissed, disrespected, and talked down to. I have been going to this dealership for 5 years and will never return after this experience. A small fingertip-sized windshield chip expanded into a crack the size of my hand during the 4 hours my vehicle was in the shop. When I brought this up, Ryan responded, "Do you think we're just going around smashing people's windshields?" Instead of taking responsibility or having a professional conversation, I was told chips expand eventually and that it may have been from sitting in the sun. This windshield had survived years of weather and hail storms without this happening. I also came in specifically to discuss a previous AC recommendation. I was told my vehicle's age and a slightly low AC charge justified an $850 reseal and recharge. I was later told that 2-3 O-rings were leaking and that all 8 needed to be replaced, but no one could explain which O-rings were actually failing or answer my questions. An independent shop completely disagreed with these findings. The way I was treated was the most unacceptable part. I was repeatedly spoken to in a condescending manner, including being asked, "What should I do about it, Ella? What should I do?" and being told, "Well, you didn't pay for any of this." My concerns were dismissed instead of addressed, and I was made to feel like I was unreasonable for asking basic questions about my own vehicle. I also raised concerns about a recommended $1,250 oil-related service. The inspection video only described the area as "sweating," not an active leak, and I had an oil change just two weeks prior where no lower oil pan leak was identified. When I asked about the discrepancy between their findings and those of an independent shop with extensive experience, I was not given a clear technical explanation. Instead, I was met with dismissive responses, including comments questioning whether I was implying the Subaru technician was "wrong or making something up." After this experience, I will not be returning to this dealership. The way I was treated has completely destroyed my trust in this service department, and I cannot recommend this dealership or Subaru to my friends and family based on this experience.

All of a sudden, three show up a different dealers seemingly on the same day. Pollard sent me a dealer pricing quote through email right away. I spoke with Conor on the phone and he setup a test drive appointment for that afternoon. I hadn't been to a dealer post-covid, so I wasn't sure what to expect and he went over their protocol - meet out front, go over the car, do the test drive. This limits the number of people you interact, but without making the process unworkable. It's definitely different, and I like it more than I expected. As promised, Conor met me out front with the Jeep and went over everything. No pressure or over-selling. Not that it would be been necessary.I had been researching Wrangler JLs for about two months now, so really once I saw it there in all its glory, I was sold. After the test drive, things went quickly and smoothly. Price, financing (Chrysler is offering 0% APR on 36/mo), trade-in, paperwork took about 90 minutes. No negatives with the experience. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable. There was no pressure, no stress. Highly recommended.

I brought my car in at 9 AM on an appointment for them to give me a quote on two tires and to find out why my passenger window sounded like it was open or a seal was broken in which four people who got in my car told me they could hear the wind. They said they'd get back to me during the day with a quote of the tires which they never did. By 3PM I never heard from them so I gave them a call in which he said they're still working on it. He said they can't seem to hear a noise coming out of the window, which makes no sense cause four people told me that. They were also supposed to look the back windshield wiper which the fluid didn't work. That was at 3 PM. At a little after five after waiting at my daughter's all day and spending $25 on an Uber to get to her house, he proceeds to tell me that they had someone call out and there was only one guy and they're not sure that they could get to my car that I could come pick it up. So basically someone called out, I'm assuming in the morning and they never even mentioned that to me when I called at 3 o'clock. They never told me I could get my car at 3 o'clock because it probably wouldn't be done because they didn't have the main mechanic. They waited till after five and then proceeded to tell me that absolutely nothing was done with the car. Nothing with the fluid and nothing with the window and that they still couldn't hear after all these hours and they never even bothered giving me a quote on two tires so they lost that sale. I literally went back there and got my car at 5:30 after bringing it there at 9 AM and not one item was fixed as it sat there all day long. Why didn't they tell me the mechanic wasn't there at 3 PM? I could've at least gotten in the car a few hours early or why didn't they call me right away when the mechanic called out and said we're not sure we're gonna get your car fixed today. This is unacceptable. And to add insult to injury, I called the next morning asking to speak to the service manager and he said oh he's here, but he's not at his desk, but I will leave your name and number on his desk and guess what ??? He never called and days later still never called me back ! The worst customer service. I will never bring my car here again. I'd rather go to the crappy Jeep dealership dalmost an hour each way. Worst customer service do not go here.

HUMILIATING AND DISCRIMINATORY EXPERIENCE - MIKE MAROONE CADILLAC BOULDER, CO…read more On August 15, my wife and I, both deaf, came to this dealership with the hope of buying a car. We left feeling hurt, humiliated, and with a deep sense of injustice due to the treatment we received from the manager, Austin. From the start, he showed no interest in helping us. He did not provide any price quotes for the cars we asked about--no options, no comparisons. Instead of guiding us and building trust, he treated us as an inconvenience. Since he did not speak Spanish or American Sign Language, we had to communicate in writing. However, his impatience and boredom were obvious. It was clear he did not want to assist us. The worst part: * He pressured us to apply for credit without any documents or clear figures. * He forced us to provide a $11,000 down payment as a requirement to take any car. * He ignored our alternatives and threatened us by saying that without that deposit, there would be no sale. This is not just poor customer service--it is discrimination. No one should leave a dealership feeling oppressed, manipulated, and treated as a burden. Mr. Austin is the example of what a sales manager should never be: unethical, lacking empathy, and unprofessional. He was not looking to help us--he wanted to get rid of us. The manager sale of a car should never come at the expense of human respect.

The 3rd party inspection showed major damage in the engine due to rodent nesting within the hood, resulting in chewed hoses and a coolant leak, plus whatever other unseen damage within the engine. After wasting my time looking at this vehicle, I expressed my frustration to the GM, Dylan, and after letting him know I intended to post my experience on google, he told me to get out of his dealership. Said he wouldn't be threatened. What's crazy, is I would I expected to be told "Let's find you another vehicle" instead of letting me walk out of there with 0 options to actually make it right. So my suggestion to you is to take my experience as opportunity to potentially avoid having your new car be infested by rodents that likely died in the engine and will never be removed.
