He had gotten the bags setup for the GSA and when he saw the GS instead of the GSA, he didn't miss a beat and effortlessly switched up the bags to the correct ones and both Joey & Hope and invested time in the GSA bags and never complained about my mistake. After those fixes (and additional work like carb cleaning and spark plug replacement), the machine still has the exact same issue. In other words, Apex misdiagnosed the problem. What made matters worse was the follow-up. When I called back, the service department was inflexible, dismissive, and unwilling to stand behind their work. They would not recheck the ATV without charging again, despite their first diagnosis being wrong. That lack of accountability and unwillingness to make it right was the most disappointing part of the experience.

From AutoZone's website page for Price Match: * You need evidence of a lower price for the product. * The product must match features like those found at AutoZone. * The other store's price must be current and verifiable. * Additionally, the Autozone 'Price Match Guarantee' only applies to in-stock items. * Lastly, AutoZone will only match prices with companies in the same geographic area. So, if you want your price match request to be accepted, you'll need to meet the requirements listed below. I printed out the price of some 75w90 Valvoline gear oil from a NAPA brick-n-mortar store that you can literally see from the AutoZone store. When I got to the register with $80 of gear oil, the manager started to hem & haw about how they won't price match with NAPA. After I proved that I had met AutoZone's own criteria for price matching, he decides to say, "We don't price match with NAPA because they're not one of our competitors." Huh? Then he adds, "Let me look at that price," and he exclaims like a preacher on Sunday morning, "Oh, I can't do that anyway," like NAPA's pricing for the Valvoline is some kind of a scam and that's why he can't match it. Which excuse is it? You don't match NAPA ever or their price is beyond your capability? I get it, reviews like this don't change people's mind. When you need an *overpriced* wiper blade, fine.
