I had heard mixed things about G-Force, so I reluctantly gave them a shot for custom work on my Yamaha since they were nearby. I'm glad I did. Their service team and techs are top-notch, and the custom work came back looking completely factory-done. Pricing was fair as well. I later consigned a bike through them, and they were quick to get the listing online, kept me updated throughout the process, and handled negotiations professionally. The sales staff was consistently friendly and attentive, and I even ended up finding a bike there for a friend who also had a great experience. Since then, I've gone back for advice on another bike I was considering consigning, and they were generous with their time and knowledge. I wanted to leave this review because I was genuinely surprised their rating wasn't higher when I looked them up again. I've owned quite a few motorcycles over the years and have worked with dealers all across the city. I recently purchased a used Husqvarna 650 Terra. It would quit running when coming to a stop and then wouldn't accelerate. After some research I discovered there was a recall to fix the problem and I need to take it to a dealership for a new ECU tune. When I took it in the service dept. told me they couldn't do it and told me I should take it to BMW. KTM bought Husqvarna from BMW before the bike was built and it's their responsibility to do the recall work. KTM verified that to me. I contacted Husqvarna USA and told them my problem, They told me they would get back to me. They sent me another email and told me they contacted Ge-Force and someone at Ge-Force told them they weren't a Husqvarna dealer. Really?! It's on the building, the website, and the showroom is full of Husky's. What a joke! read more

I had been going here for snowmobile parts for the last two seasons due to location only. This place DOES NOT STOCK SNOWMOBILE PARTS. Customer service here has always been lacking and their parts prices are always high. Just getting someone's attention in this place is awkward, they didn't even greet me when I came in sometimes. I could walk around that whole place three times and no one would even look at me. They did price matching so that was ok, never felt right having to ASK for price matching but they are close to my house and could always order parts for me. Today was my last day doing business with them. The parts manager refused to price match, later lied to my face and told me he did offer price matching. The first parts representative I was speaking with told me "price was $250" and "if I didn't like it her manager was right there." When confronted the parts manager 100% back up the previous rep and said the "pricing was fair." The parts managers lack of an ability to go off script and speak with me with common sense as a person was astonishing. Not to mention the price gouging that the company obviously takes part in. Seriously, they charge more than everyone else in town!!!!! PRICE GOUGERS!!!!!! If you're not spending thousands of dollars here you are not important enough. I went to Vickery Motor Sports in Aurora and they are great. Bunch of 'ol timers'. Got attention immediately upon walking in with a smile. And they have parts stocked. Better selection, stocked parts and better customer service all around. Even if you like this company I would consider taking your business elsewhere, the price gouging is ridiculous!!!! I can find cheaper parts at Vickery Motor Sports and don't have to check the price because they are honest. Update. They did not offer price matching, both reps said $250 or go somewhere else. They do not stock snowmobile parts, every time I came here for regular maintenance items they had to order it, even spark plugs had to be ordered. Liars! I had to leave and call another dealer to get the price match then returned. I asked your sales manager what was so hard about that and why he couldn't do that before? He did not answer and I finished the sale. While leaving I told the young lady "don't be like him, you can do better than that" and I meant it. Like other reviews - if I could give a zero I would. I live in Evergreen, work in Lakewood. I was looking for a close dealer to buy a SxS. I went into G-force to buy a Ranger Northstar edition. I knew what I wanted, didn't care about color... ready to buy. I walked around the lot and showroom, the salesmen were on the phone and didn't give me the time of day. I even went to the desk and felt that I was imposing to ask for help. I left and figured they were busy. I tried by phone and left two messages with different salesmen... no call back. I went to another dealer in Greely. (even though I live in Evergreen). They were awesome... got me my ranger, great staff. Great experience... way to far to drive. Fast forward a year.... I don't want to take my ranger to Greely to be serviced and have some upgrades. I thought I would give G-Force another try. I got on line and requested a service appointment. I got a response that they would be contacting me... but never was contacted. I called, when no one in service answered the phone I left a message. No returned phone calls. I feel that I have tried too many times to give this company the benefit of the doubt. It would be nice to go to the closest dealer for service, but not at this rate. I recently purchased an Indian Scout Rogue (thank you, Russell!) and absolutely love it. Russell was amazing in answering my questions and providing his knowledge through his experience. The BASIC MOTORCYCLE RIDER TRAINING COURSE @ G-Force PowerSports with Andrew was EXCELLENT. I had only ridden on the back of my husband's motorcycle. We were talking about riding dirt bikes together while camping so I signed up for the class. Not only was Andrew a phenomenol teacher in the classroom, but also fully explained the riding portion of the class as well. I can't believe people can learn to ride a motorcycle in TWO days, but Andrew is AWESOME! I passed the written portion but had performance anxiety during the eval on the second day. Andrew let me return several times to practice before taking the eval again. His enthusiasm for motorcycles, his patient, reassuring nature and encouragement helped me return again and again to finish the course in full. SIDECAR - here I come!!! I also spent about 30 minutes with one of the salesmen discussing the various helmet options. He was very informative and patient explaining the different varieties and why the different price points. My husband and I met with a different salesmen to discuss various dirt bike options and to try a few on for size. Both were excellent salesmen and not pushy at all! I was optimistic about my purchase. I was in search of a timbersled system and these assholes worked me to buy a 2021 system for the price of a 2023 system. I am at fault for not asking the correct questions. But should I truly have to?? So needless to say they truly broke it off in me as well as the accessories that came with it. I ordered 2 four wheelers with 2 days FedEx shipping and the next day my order was cancelled and I was told instead of the $30 shipping charge it would be $288 and I would need to find a terminal to pick it up at. When I contacted the customer service text option he told me it said some items where excluded but I was able to choose this shipping option at check out.... when I mentioned that he texted me back "bye" what company tells a customer "bye"when the customer is spending over $2,000 at there business. read more

Backstory: I've been in the market for a '19 ZX6R with ABS for a few weeks. I found a '19 pre-owned ZX6R advertised with ABS at Fay Meyers for $10,149. After over a week of working with the sales associate and being told that the bike had ABS, I came in to buy the bike for $8,998 + doc fees + tax. I had told my salesman that I would be in at noon. When we got there, we had to wait over 1.5 hours to get started on paperwork. They gave us an Olive Garden-style buzzer that would alert us when they were ready for us. Great. When it was our turn, we literally signed every doc. On the final doc, the bill of sale, I asked them to confirm that it was an ABS model and that's when I found out that it wasn't! They tried to sell me a bike that was clearly not what I wanted for the price of a pre-owned ZX6R WITH ABS. Needless to say, I walked away from the deal and left extremely disappointed. Did a quick google in the area and found a brand new ZX6R with ABS at G-Force WITH ABS for $600 more than what Fay Meyer was trying to sell me their pre-owned, NON-ABS ZX6R for. I called and spoke to Casey at 4:15 pm, came in at 4:45 pm... literally 15 minutes before they closed on Saturday of Labor Day weekend. They were READY for me. Paperwork put together, bike getting cleaned up... Casey walked me to the bike to ensure it was exactly what I was looking for. Then took me to work with one of their Parts people, Brian to go through any parts I wanted. Then took me to another individual, Brock, to do a walk through on the bike to make sure I knew all the features and functions of the bike. Finally, sat down and signed docs within Sean. Process was 100% seamless and personable. They announced my person over the intercom and the team cheered AND I got a swag bag full of Kawasaki goodies!! The process took all of an hour. Unlike Fay Meyer, I felt like G-Force appreciated my business - their team is professional and personable! I can't recommend them enough!! read more

I don't know where to begin. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. First of all, the customer service and management are horrible. After finding out through cameras that the instructor lied about my test results because of personal reasons. They never returned my calls and told me to simply come back another time and take the driving test again. Everyone in the class told the manager Andrew that the instructor lied about my test results and still Andrew did not do anything about it. Furthermore when I asked Andrew to provide me with the owner's phone number so I can explain to him that one of his instructors is a fraud and a liar, Andrew simply ignored me and never even responded to any of my phone calls or texts. This place is run horribly. No-one knows who is in charge. I attempted 7 times to call Andrew to get the owner's information because he deserves to find out how his business is run. Of course, Andrew did not pick up my calls, and when he did pick it up he told me that there is nothing he could do. Members of the class even called him ad left him voicemails telling him that the instructor lied and that Andrew should check the cameras. Of course, they not only did not return my calls they just flat out ignored me. Stay away from this place. read more

Made it very clear I wanted possession of it ASAP. Was told I would have my quad within one to two business days. After three business days I had to call them to ask for status, only to be told they had to wait for a part that wouldn't arrive for another week at best. They should've told me at the time I was purchasing this ATV because if I had known that, I would gone somewhere else. Bad customer service. Dropped rear wheel off on Saturday 06/06 with two broken spokes. The following Tuesday 06/09 they called to get VIN number off the bike so they can order a spoke set. No problem. No update all day Wed 06/10 Thursday 06/11 they ask me if they want to order spoke kit- i said yes (which i also ok'd when we talked on 06/09) Friday 06/12- no update- i email to ask if spokes were ordered- no response Tuesday 06/13- no update- i email- no response. Wednesday 06/14- G Force tells me "spoke kit is back ordered"- which makes no sense because i told them to order it a week ago at this point. I call G Force and was told" oh no this was actually ordered from a supplier in UT- should be here Friday." Long story longer, today 06/19 still no wheel. They are telling me it will be done tomorrow 06/20. I will get my wheel back (hopefully) 2 WEEKS to the day i dropped it off with 2 broken spokes. I should have ordered the spokes online and paid some one off craigslist to do it, or just learn myself. Just another reason to learn how to work on your bike yourself. read more

...its a long story, but I had some minor issues with a repair done by G-Force, which happens because no one is perfect. The mark of a good company is how they handle mistakes, and I was extremely impressed with how Billy handled this issue. There was no BS and Billy went out of the way to take care of the issue...and he took care of the issue very quickly. In the future, when I need more service, or to buy a new UTV, I will only be going to G-Force.... and I will pay them what every they want, without even checking prices anywhere else. read more

I went to this dealer in October and bought a used Honda CRF250L along with a helmet and a rack to load the bike onto my car for transporting it. The sales guy was nice but didn't show me how to load the bike onto the VersaHauler. It was strapped down when I got done with the finance guy so I had no idea how it worked as this is my first motorcycle. He directed me to another guy to help me get a helmet. Of course the guy strongly pushes the most expensive helmet but that's ok as I expected a helmet to cost around $600. The finance guy was helpful as well as got me a good rate with a credit union. The issue I have and this is why I have rated them 1 Star, is because the registration expired 11/29/19 and they never sent the registration to the state so I could get my plates. So I haven't been able to ride the bike on the road at all. read more

I was ready to buy more accessories for my new snowmobile and believe in buying local vs. the web. I always had good experiences and great service from sales and the parts department. Until 1/30/19 when I called to see if they had additional parts, to add to parts, I had already confirmed they had the night before. My call was answered by a female parts department employee. I let her know that I had contacted the store previously and needed to check on the items I wanted to add. She responded by telling me the original parts were out of stock. I hadn't even told her about the new items at that point. But, curiously, I asked her if she was sure about my original request. I mentioned to her that another employee, I had talked with the night before, also showed that item out of stock, but had actually double checked and found 14 of these items in "the back." So, I asked her if she would check "the back" just in case the computer was wronge. Her response was , "I don't need to, the computer says we don't have any." This was not a polite exchange with the employee. Frustrated, I told her to forget it and ended my call. After cooling down, I tried again a few hours later. She answered the phone again. This time in a very polite manner, I asked for the additional parts I had intended to ask about the first time. In less than a second, she told me that part was out of stock. I am certain she didn't even check. I don't understand how one employee can be more than willing to meet the needs of a customer and another simply act like you bothering her? I will buy my parts online from here on out and end my support of this business. read more
