What wasn't great was the lack of attention the sales staff gave to critical details of our investment. We definitely felt the turn and burn of sales handing us off to the people who actually knew these details but we didn't find any of this out til after they'd ran our credit and were deep into the paperwork. Beyond that, they promised to take us through the new vehicle upon drop off but the transport guy said he'd never dropped one of these off and practically tore open the hood looking for the battery I later found out was behind the seats. They lied to us that they did the first major service and not until we asked for an owner's manual and proof they did the service that they sent the transport guy back out to get it to actually perform this service(fingers crossed) then redeliver it to us - this time with a manual so we could teach ourselves about the ATV they sold us. Can't recommend these guys to make your investment with.

Starting with the great, the shop is nice and people are friendly. The work area was clean which is a good indicator of the care they'll put into your vehicle. The actual installation work in my car was good quality. Where things fell short is largely with communication. My install included a sub amp and an LC2i. The total cost, including parts as I did not provide any wiring kit, was $420. I believe 3 hours of this was for labor. I was okay with the price as it including all the install hardware and the install itself was done cleanly. However, I never received a quote or an estimate and was just told the total at the end when picking up the car. They finished at the end of their day and sent me on my way without really showing me what was done. Including where things were installed. The second lapse in communication is with the LC2i. When I dropped the car off I listed the components I had for them to install. They never called or asked where to install the LC2i or the amp. In my past experiences these ended up in the trunk so I didn't think I needed to be specific. They ended up putting the amp under the passenger seat, which is okay but not ideal. It's good that I can access the controls to tune the system but when the seat moves forward to let someone or my dog in the back seat, the amp is exposed to being stepped on if someone isn't careful. The LC2i unfortunately was hidden under the dash, like it's a high low converter. Leaving it completely inaccessible and i was unable to use any of the adjustments to tune it, or have easy access to the outputs for future expansion. I was disappointed that these locations were not seemingly thought through with accessibility in mind, and that I was not asked for preference before they decided to hide the lc2i. When I called back and spoke with Guy, he at first offered to move the lc2i for additional labor costs, but after hearing my concerns he graciously offered to schedule another appointment to have them relocate it free of charge. This was very positive and appreciated. I'm not always comfortable having someone "redo" work on a car, and instead offered to buy some additional gear so I could pay them to install those and have them move the lc2i while they were at it. They price matched/beat crutchfield on the items I wanted, which also great. But then the quote to install a jl audio rd400 and upgrade the component speakers in the front doors was $845 (for parts and labor). I had to decline the quote. I will say that while their prices ultimately aren't for my preference, the work was done well and they were reasonable when hearing my concerns. If you go with them, please over communicate instead of simply hoping for the best as I did and you should be left a happy customer.

Line-X is really great to work with and I'm super happy with how my truck came out after they sprayed in a new liner. It looks great, they were highly professional and I'm totally chuffed at how much better this is than the old slippery factory bed liner! I'll be using them for any project needing this material from now on. You might think that an odd statement because how many trucks will I need this on? But there are many uses for this great spray on material that is hard as a rock (ever try to crust the soda can in their office that was sprayed with this stuff? You can't!), you can use it on wheelbarrows, use it on the exterior of an off-roading vehicle, all sorts of uses. And, while it's pretty expensive, I'll probably pay them a visit if and when I'm ready to put a cover on my bed because they did such great work for me this time around and I remember excellent vendors!

From my experience they don't really listen to your problems or just don't care…read more I had them press rear bearings for me and when they did they seated them incorrectly, costing me over $1000 having my wheel hub replaced as well as the 2 lyndall sprocket it chewed up in the process. My fault cause I brought them the bearings apparently. when all that it needed was a rotor spacer $4 part. Not sure how with all the experience in the building that couldn't be deduced... their response was " as long as the rotors not rubbing it's fine" it wasn't anymore cause they pressed the bearings incorrectly.... Still my fault cause I supplied the bearings.... Then they put in a 1250 kit on my sportster in which every gasket leaked atleast twice and I was given some grief at the fact that I wanted a bike that didn't leak from the owner and push back. On top of that I'd been chasing a noise they refused to actually pay attention to and just gave me the run around every time I dropped it off. only to find out doing my own due diligence the bolts they removed to install the kit aren't torqued to spec. I wasn't charged for any of the additional gaskets needed however for the one job my bike saw their shop atleast 5 times that summer, not counting the time I had to re drop it off cause they didn't complete the service I requested. I originally had a better review posted but I'm still leaking oil from my base gasket on the rear cylinder and I'm having to go through my bike and make sure bolts on the drive train are actually tight and I'm constantly wondering what care was taken re building my rocker box's and the other internal parts if I have bolts on the outside loose. Shops beautiful, summers nice. Other than that my experience wasn't great and as it's known for being performance driven I expected to be taken care of much better and I shouldn't have ever even had any push back to having my bike fixed properly.
