As a first-time owner of a Winnebago Class B RV Sprinter van, I had zero knowledge about suspension systems and no idea how to address the challenges that come with adding roughly 5,000 lbs to a factory cargo van. It completely changes the driving experience--and the stock suspension simply isn't designed for it. The van struggled in crosswinds and felt unstable and bouncy at both low and high speeds, with very little control. Jake was fantastic to work with from start to finish. I had them remove the Xreas suspension as it and other parts of the suspension were wearing down and after meeting with Andy the Manager, he listened and I felt comfortable with having the shop perform the Bilstein shocks both front and rear, front bushings, 1.75 inch lift, rear coils and a full alignment to follow. The mechanics did a great job and they followed up with a complete suspension check after a few hundred miles. Kudos to a job well done!

I had felt that the car wasn't tracking well but just assumed it was because the snow tires I never took off were very due for replacement. It cost me but not more than I would expect for the level of work performed. The old girl tracks like new again. As someone who has owned 18 Rovers if you think JC is expensive have it serviced at LR Denver work will be half as good at twice the price. I dont know where the bad reviews come from. If I have ever had issues with repairs they are promptly corrected.

4.5 Stars (5.0 Work/4.0 Scheduling)…read more I was in 3 times or so over the summer to get my D90 overhauled and hence spent A LOT of money getting it all fixed up. There are are a few annoying things mostly related to scheduling. It is a hassle for me to get down there, catch an Uber either coming or going especially when they couldn't get to the work when scheduled. My Defender is not my primary car, but at one point I had to take my primary car in for work, so I had to come back, to pick up the Defender (so I could drive while my other car was in the shop) as they were not ready to work on it, and then bring it back. Anyway, I get sometimes a job goes long and they miss their time lines but an Uber is $35 each time and kills two hours for me. That being said, I believe their work is great. They did a great job trying to find OEM parts for a vehicle that is nearly 30 years old. Anyway, in my mind the prices are on the high side, but hopefully the work holds and if there is an issue they stand behind it. I hope to take part in one of their Meet Ups one of these times.
