Start to finish my experience with Select Auto Hail was stellar. They go above and beyond to make sure your life has the minimal amount of interference. The amount of options they offer, from a loaned car, to shuttle service, to picking up your vehicle, etc. is next level. Communication was exceptional, if Jesus is busy and can't answer your call, you won't have to wait more than a few minutes to get a call back. Most importantly the quality of their work is insane. I text the detailer at 5pm on Thursday asking his eta because he never contacted me. He said his detail is over and he has to reschedule because the sun is setting. I needed my car detailer before Friday. If you can't get the job done for one reason or another - please give me an early heads up so I can book somebody else - not let me know at the time of appointment you can't come.

For the first two buisness days my car just there without being checked at all. They then ordered cheaper parts that didn't work for my car to try and save money at the request of the insurance company, this delayed the fix by another week (I would've expected them to know in advance that the parts won't work and not waste this time). Then they did order the correct parts but due to some mix-up something didn't came and that delayed for another week. Throughout these 4 weeks, I had to chase them for updates. Overall, I don't recommend coming here.
