This place and Discount tire company in general is the best customer service in the market. They help me and the consumer making sure everyone drives safe on the road. I came in twice to fix my flat on two different months. They did not charged me. This is so cool of them. I didn't expect to get my flat fixed for free. I think its because I have the warranty possibly. Either way, they are so cool!!! read more

We've bought many sets of tires here over the. years for our three cars and keep going back because 90+++ % of the time the service is excellent, and the price always competitive. Today we needed a tire repair and snow tire swap. No appointment but we were out the door in 15 minutes and the work done in two hours as per their estimate. Damon helped us, super professional. read more

Anthony assisted me with my tires and the way he cared about me enough and my individual situation was the best I ever experienced in customer care. Their team helped me in a bad situation and as a single mother I couldn't thank them more. Thank you again Anthony for everything you did for me and my family. May God bless you. read more

This place is amazing. I highly recommend this discount tire out of any other. They had me in and out in no time and the guy at the front desk was one of the most polite people I've ever encountered at a tire store. read more

My tire pressure light has been on for two days. Visibly I wasn't able to tell what the issue was. Took my 4Runner in 30 minutes before they were closing (it's about to be a holiday weekend) they were quick to assist and very efficient. I had a screw in my tire they were able to patch up and got me new windshield wipers which were DESPERATELY needed for a very good price. Highly recommend! read more

I was absolutely blown away by the incredible customer service and professionalism of the team at Discount Tire. Despite being unbelievably busy, they took the time to work with each and every customer, ensuring everyone felt heard and taken care of. Their politeness and patience were unmatched, and it was clear they genuinely cared about providing a great experience. Watching them handle the chaos with such grace and efficiency left a lasting impression--I couldn't be more impressed! Also they fixed the nail in my tire FOR free! They do this in hopes you will return when you need tires next.. and I certainly will. read more

Very happy with my experience here! Jeremy was super helpful in showing me my current tire state and options. This staff doesn't try to oversell. It's refreshing to have team members try to give advice and get you out the door with the best fit for you. I snagged 4 tires and a wiper blade for less than $530. Stop by this location for any tire needs! read more

I brought my vehicle in for the first time today. I made an appointment. I came early, and they took me right away, even though they were busy. Ronaldo (spelling?) took amazing care of me. I had a leaky front left tire. I was recommended by several people to come here, as they repair flats for free most the time. While fixing my tire they found a nail but the tech accidnetly made it worse and ruined the tire somehow. No biggie, these guys gave me a free tire and I left with a zero dollar balance. The customer service overall was amazing, including the front desk Ronaldo and the actual tech. I will return or all my tire needs and to get new ones. Amazing prices, too. Ya'll killed it today, thanks! read more

Hoenslty great service. I came her because I needed to get 4 new tires and they had the best price on tires by far. I ordered and paid for my tires online simply because I wanted to make sure that they had the tires that I wanted. When I got there, they had mentioned that they had some theft of tires and that one of my tires was no where to be found. They were nice enough to upgrade me to a better set of tires at no cost to me which was extremly nice. I have had nothing but great expereince here, I know that I will for sure be back when I get my next set of tires. read more

I came to get one of my tires filled. They leveled all 4 to the same pressure at 39. The problem with that is they're supposed to be at 45. I went to tell the technician and was met with an eye roll & "it'll be fine". How are you supposed to trust a company with technicians that don't care? I left because I didn't have time to go back & forth but getting the issue corrected at a different location in the first place could've saved a lot of time & frustration. read more

Always fast and efficient! Changed my 37" tires over to new rims and balanced everything. Looks great now and rides superbly!

replaced a front tire quickly on a new set of tires. Finished the job on time and had me going. will certainly tell my friends and family

Amazing customer service! They gave me a great value on tires and did them quickly. And then had a small nail in the tire and they fixed it for free!!! read more

My husband recommended this specific location and I'm not sure why...... These employees TERRIBLY represent this company. I waited for 20 mins for someone to fill my tires. No one ever approached me. They even sent another vehicle to wait behind me. The vehicle behind me eventually left and then I did too. I get it's a free service, but if they don't want to actually provide the service.... Perhaps they should remove it??????? read more

Super thankful for their team and how quickly they get things done! They were all respectful and considerate in my decision making! Highly recommend this location! read more

Five stars!! As a woman, I've been taken advantage of for not knowing too much about cars & tires in the past at different places, but not here. I called in to order 4 new all weather tires as I'm new to Denver and purchased my car in Arizona. I was greeted by Louis and he took a look at my current tires and informed me that it wouldn't be necessary to get four new tires as I already had all weather tires on. Since I purchased the car with the tires, I just didn't realize I already had them. Louis was super honest and I appreciated that! Discount just got me as a lifelong customer for the transparency Louis displayed when it would have been super easy to take advantage of the situation. Thanks Louis! read more

What a great team here. I pulled in to instantly hear" air check for the Tesy" from friendly workers still busy servicing cars after hours. Thank you Discount Tire. P.S. I'm really happy with my all season tires from Discount Tire for all my Tesla adventures. read more

Paid 150 for them to put my summer tires on and a set of lugnuts, for them to break my stud and tell me it wasn't their fault. Told me the extra lugs would be in the car and it wasn't and had to turn around and wait in line again for them to say oh I didn't think you would want them. I paid for them, cmon get your shit together. What do I expect at a place where all the techs are like younger than 20 years old. read more

I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of my visit! I had a tire rotation appointment at 8a and was running a bit behind. Although there was a line and phones ringing off the hook when I arrived - they took the time to greet and acknowledge me, ensuring they'd be with me soon. Jeremy was very professional, genuine, and informative. During my 20 minute visit, I had 3 separate technicians check in on me to update me with my progress. I would recommend this store for your tire needs! read more

Had a flat tire - ended up needing ALL tires. The fellow that helped me - Brandon was AMAZING - helpful, kind, smart - It's been a while since I felt SPOILED - but that's what BRANDON did. no more tires from Costco - just BRANDON for me! read more

Thank you to Reece for taking care of me and giving me a1 service. Very happy with new rim and tires.

These locations are ALWAYS busy. The communication here was fantastic. The staff kept me up to date with timing and what was happening throughout the process. Thank you! read more

I got my tires from Discount Tire back in Texas when I kept getting nails in them, and I'm glad I did! If you get them insured it's free to have them rotated and to check for leaks. This comes in handy anywhere you live since in the summer theres always construction with nails on the road and in the winter you need to check your tires more often. I usually make an appointment, because most locations can get pretty busy overall. I came here the other week because I had my car in the shop and the one tire looked low. The shop "claimed" they put air in my tires. Well they didn't. Discount tire told me they only had air in the one I asked them to fill. They also checked for any leaks, and fixed the pressure on the tires. I was in and out in about 30 minutes with my appointment even though they were busy. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, as I find most discount tire employees to be. I've never had an issue at any location. I'll continue to keep buying them and getting service with them. read more

WOW! We have purchased tires at various Discount Tires locations for over 20 years, but this was by far the BEST Customer Service I have ever witnessed or experienced. Efren & Jake were running the front like a well-oiled machine (no pun intended)! I came in at 4:40pm (closing was advertised at 6 pm) with a bubble in my tire and knowing I probably needed all new tires at this point. There were 8 people in the waiting area, all bays were full, and I was expecting to be told to come back tomorrow... but no. Efren wanted me and my family to be safe. He educated me on what tires I needed and said they would be done by 630pm. As I waited for my service, I witnessed these 2 amazing customer service gentlemen at work. They answered phones eagerly, welcomed each and every customer with a smile, AND kept every waiting customer up to date on their vehicles movement through their shop. Exemplary Service, from the front desk staff to all of the guys working the bays in the service area. No complaints or respectful communication between everyone. It could not have been better! I would highly recommend Discount Tires, especially the 4580 Wadsworth, Wheatridge location! Loved them so much that we are taking pizza by for the whole crew for lunch! read more

one of the better discount tire locations, I'll come here before going back to the one on Colfax

I've been here a few times now & they've always taken care of me. On my most previous visit Efren was able to get me in and out handling a situation I thought would be more complicated. Thanks read more

Called Discount Tire and Nick let me know that I could come in right away for a flat tire with a nail in it. I knew my tires were ready to be changed and he helped me compare tire options and I chose the Goodyear all weather tires for my 2016 subie outback. Got in and out in an hour and a half. read more

It seems like everyone has a flat in the same place. I made an appointment to get a flat repaired and it took about 45 -50 minutes for the work to be done. Granted the damage wasn't too bad so the patch up was easy. Some other folks had a hour+ wait. They're closed on Sundays so be wise about when you need to get something done and plan appropriately. Overall, the associate was honest and only tried to sell me windshield wipers but ‍. read more

I came into to get a leak checked after purchasing my new vehicle. The dealership I purchased from was too busy so they sent me to discount tires. I'm so glad they did because Alex was wonderful. He helped me figure out my tire situation and informed me that my car needed 4 new tires. I was stressed as I had just purchased this vehicle. Alex helped me out and spoke with the dealership and was able to help me get them covered. I came out with 4 brand new tires that the dealership paid for. All I paid for was the tire insurance. I have been coming to discount for 10 years and have always been a satisfied customer! I will not go anywhere else! Thanks read more

Came in for a slow leak in one of my tires. I thought I had scheduled an appointment before I showed up, but I had accidentally scheduled it for the following day but they still worked me in no problem. I was told about an hour, but only waited about 40 minutes. The tech came out and told me what they did, gave me the invoice that said $0, and I walked back to my car confused that they hadn't charged me. One of their customer service reps even came out to check on me since he saw my confusion and he confirmed that the $0 charge was no mistake! Main takeaway- everyone here is kind, professional, and fast! I'll definitely be back if anything comes up again in the future. read more

Above and BEYOND service! I came in a week early than my appointment was scheduled for (whoops) and they didn't have two of my tires currently in stock. But, they were able to send someone to retrieve the ones I needed and fulfilled my appointment in a matter of hours! I am so beyond satisfied with the quality, service and overall experience at this location. 1000/10 recommend! read more

These guys have serviced my Mustang & Prius several times since I've moved to Colorado. Nicholas was the tech that worked with me. Every time single time I've come to whether it be 90 degrees outside or - 10 these guys have been so kind & friendly, working hard & efficiently. Own time I showed up last minute after a first big snow storm to get winter tires. The waiting room packed and they still got my car done within a very reasonable amount of time. This is the only tire shop I'd like to keep doing business with. read more

Amazing and friendly staff went out of their way to fix a screw in our tire after our extremely long drive and stressful trip/day. And they did it completely free for our big family! went to get a nail out of my tires and my tires were very worn so I bought a new set a tires. they put them on and sent me on my way. Now, I'm getting my brakes done and the mechanic says "I can't get off your tires" I'm super confused; "I don't have a wheel lock..." he comes over and shows me. I now have spline lug nuts with ridges running down them rather than the traditional hexagonal lug nuts. No one told me. No one gave me the socket key. Thank god I'm not on the side of the road with a flat. We tried the tire bar in the trunk and that's now useless. So now my car has been on the lift for two hours for a brake job and the tires haven't even been taken off. I'm an Uber/Lyft driver so this is eating into my pay. Thanks for the new lug nuts, morons. read more
