Always professional and they all have a plethora of knowledge. Quality craftsman in all they do to…read moreyour bike. I appreciate the smaller shops as they really know how to treat their customers. Quality work, good prices and keep you up on progress. They have become my go to shop for all my repairs.

From my experience they don't really listen to your problems or just don't care…read more I had them press rear bearings for me and when they did they seated them incorrectly, costing me over $1000 having my wheel hub replaced as well as the 2 lyndall sprocket it chewed up in the process. My fault cause I brought them the bearings apparently. when all that it needed was a rotor spacer $4 part. Not sure how with all the experience in the building that couldn't be deduced... their response was " as long as the rotors not rubbing it's fine" it wasn't anymore cause they pressed the bearings incorrectly.... Still my fault cause I supplied the bearings.... Then they put in a 1250 kit on my sportster in which every gasket leaked atleast twice and I was given some grief at the fact that I wanted a bike that didn't leak from the owner and push back. On top of that I'd been chasing a noise they refused to actually pay attention to and just gave me the run around every time I dropped it off. only to find out doing my own due diligence the bolts they removed to install the kit aren't torqued to spec. I wasn't charged for any of the additional gaskets needed however for the one job my bike saw their shop atleast 5 times that summer, not counting the time I had to re drop it off cause they didn't complete the service I requested. I originally had a better review posted but I'm still leaking oil from my base gasket on the rear cylinder and I'm having to go through my bike and make sure bolts on the drive train are actually tight and I'm constantly wondering what care was taken re building my rocker box's and the other internal parts if I have bolts on the outside loose. Shops beautiful, summers nice. Other than that my experience wasn't great and as it's known for being performance driven I expected to be taken care of much better and I shouldn't have ever even had any push back to having my bike fixed properly.

I originally came in to fix three oil leaks and have the bike serviced ( brakes, chain and valves)…read more I was told they could do it in a couple weeks time. After 5 weeks of no contact from them and me trying to get any kind of update, they said the bike was ready. After three rides the oil leak I specifically pointed out, was leaking again. I take it back in and they say that was a different leak and make me pay for the repair a second time. Instead of trying to get me back out riding it takes them 2 weeks to look at it and give me a written estimate. The parts they are ordering don't fit my bike( thankfully I caught it) and take another 6 weeks to get in. In total they had my bike for 3 MONTHS to fix something they said they could do in 2 weeks. Overall review is they're a very unprofessional shop from the owner on down. Prices are the same as a dealership but you don't get a guarantee behind the service. The communication from them informing you of updates is non-existent. Will give you time estimates on repairs that they can not meet and won't return calls to explain why. If you can find a different shop I would!

had a written estimate to do work on my Kawasaki, but I had to wait 5 months to get the back…read moreordered parts in. I called the shop up told him I have the parts and can drop the bike off, and if there's anything else they needed or changed, let me know. they said no. drop the bike off. shops about an hour away. drove the bike up. dropped it off about a week later. they give me an email saying that they revised my estimate and it was 300% more than original written estimate. no explanation, just said that's what the cost is now. I already had dropped my bike off and paid $465 deposit and thought about just having them do the work, but I felt I was being scammed. and I couldn't trust them. I get this is their busy season, but to wait till you got a guy's bike in your shop and then tell him you're going to charge him three times the cost quoted, who knows what The final bill would be when I picked it up after the work. so picked my bike up. brought it to another shop. recommend get everything definitively in writing before you drop your bike off.
