From my experience they don't really listen to your problems or just don't care…read more I had them press rear bearings for me and when they did they seated them incorrectly, costing me over $1000 having my wheel hub replaced as well as the 2 lyndall sprocket it chewed up in the process. My fault cause I brought them the bearings apparently. when all that it needed was a rotor spacer $4 part. Not sure how with all the experience in the building that couldn't be deduced... their response was " as long as the rotors not rubbing it's fine" it wasn't anymore cause they pressed the bearings incorrectly.... Still my fault cause I supplied the bearings.... Then they put in a 1250 kit on my sportster in which every gasket leaked atleast twice and I was given some grief at the fact that I wanted a bike that didn't leak from the owner and push back. On top of that I'd been chasing a noise they refused to actually pay attention to and just gave me the run around every time I dropped it off. only to find out doing my own due diligence the bolts they removed to install the kit aren't torqued to spec. I wasn't charged for any of the additional gaskets needed however for the one job my bike saw their shop atleast 5 times that summer, not counting the time I had to re drop it off cause they didn't complete the service I requested. I originally had a better review posted but I'm still leaking oil from my base gasket on the rear cylinder and I'm having to go through my bike and make sure bolts on the drive train are actually tight and I'm constantly wondering what care was taken re building my rocker box's and the other internal parts if I have bolts on the outside loose. Shops beautiful, summers nice. Other than that my experience wasn't great and as it's known for being performance driven I expected to be taken care of much better and I shouldn't have ever even had any push back to having my bike fixed properly.

I appreciate the smaller shops as they really know how to treat their customers. Quality work, good prices and keep you up on progress. They have become my go to shop for all my repairs.

I have heard good things about woodys and i purchased a rare kawasaki kz1000 police bike and this…read morebike is clean but needed new tires so i looked every where because like everything on this bike the wheel size is an odd one. in fact no one had the right tire on hand and had to order one well i can do that my self well all it took was one call to woodys and these guys did what no one else in denver could. that was provide me exactly what i needed at the very best price on the spot . but the story does not end there because i found everyone at woodys to be on top of my questions they are a straight shooters no BS looked up part numbers double checked for me the important stuff told me what options i had and which ones they thought would best fit my budget and walked me through the show room and i felt like i had known these guys all my life and they were welcoming like family. to sum it up go were ever you want in denver the best place by far is woody's. Thanks woody's for all your help and i am a customer for life!!!!!

A bubble test showed that there was a leak and the air pressure went from 38 to 26 in a few hours time. I could still drive the car if I pumped up the right front tire every day. I got some great advice to take the car to Woody's Wheel works. They were able to repair the wheel today. The bent wheel is straight now and so far is holding Air pressure nicely. It would've cost me $1000 to get a new wheel. Woody's fixed it for 30% of that price! Recommended.

I originally came in to fix three oil leaks and have the bike serviced ( brakes, chain and valves)…read more I was told they could do it in a couple weeks time. After 5 weeks of no contact from them and me trying to get any kind of update, they said the bike was ready. After three rides the oil leak I specifically pointed out, was leaking again. I take it back in and they say that was a different leak and make me pay for the repair a second time. Instead of trying to get me back out riding it takes them 2 weeks to look at it and give me a written estimate. The parts they are ordering don't fit my bike( thankfully I caught it) and take another 6 weeks to get in. In total they had my bike for 3 MONTHS to fix something they said they could do in 2 weeks. Overall review is they're a very unprofessional shop from the owner on down. Prices are the same as a dealership but you don't get a guarantee behind the service. The communication from them informing you of updates is non-existent. Will give you time estimates on repairs that they can not meet and won't return calls to explain why. If you can find a different shop I would!

I called the shop up told him I have the parts and can drop the bike off, and if there's anything else they needed or changed, let me know. they said no. drop the bike off. shops about an hour away. drove the bike up. dropped it off about a week later. they give me an email saying that they revised my estimate and it was 300% more than original written estimate. no explanation, just said that's what the cost is now. I already had dropped my bike off and paid $465 deposit and thought about just having them do the work, but I felt I was being scammed. and I couldn't trust them. I get this is their busy season, but to wait till you got a guy's bike in your shop and then tell him you're going to charge him three times the cost quoted, who knows what The final bill would be when I picked it up after the work. so picked my bike up. brought it to another shop. recommend get everything definitively in writing before you drop your bike off.

Imperial Sportbikes weren't just polite on the phone but super kind and cool! I dropped my bike off on a Wednesday for a scheduled Thursday service to address an oil change,…read morecooling issues, and a noticeable thud/clunk in the front steering under braking. I received no updates or communication, so when I picked it up the following Monday, I assumed the work had been completed. At pickup, the staff experience was disappointing. The person who was supposed to assist me appeared to be on lunch and acted inconvenienced. After pulling up my account, he simply stated that the bike needed a head bearing and then said nothing further. There was no prior call to authorize this, and no attempt to explain the diagnosis. I told him that I would have approved the repair if they had contacted me. Instead, I was presented with a $1,000 bill for the service they claimed to have performed. What's most concerning is that no one explained what was done regarding the overheating issue--or if anything was done at all. Based on the lack of communication and the fact that the bike began overheating again on the ride home, I genuinely question whether any meaningful work was performed. It felt like the bike sat for five days with minimal effort beyond an initial diagnostic ride. I was told I could bring the bike back anytime, but given the experience, I declined and mentioned I would take it elsewhere. Later that day, I received a text from the General Manager, Bobby, stating he would speak with the technician and make things right. It has now been over a week with no follow-up. In my view, accountability starts at the top. When management doesn't follow through, it sets the tone for the entire operation. Unfortunately, this experience reflected a lack of communication, transparency, and customer care from start to finish.
