So, I had Tfog work do some fluid changes on my 2002 BMW R1100S last spring. The reason I'm finally posting this review now is because I now actually have a repair I need on a different motorcycle and I feel like I don't know a good shop to go to. I brought my R100S to Tfog and they quoted me $150. It was a straight up maintenance oil and final drive changes. I knew in the three years since I had had the service done at a BMW dealership, I hadn't put a lot of miles on it, but it is my understanding the time and condensation can be expensively detrimental. They came out mid job and said my fluids looked like new, I asked them to please change them anyway. At the end of the day, all they told me they did was change the fluids (I still wonder now if they did, since they made such a big deal about my old stuff looking new) but they charged me $180 plus tax. No explanation. A bump of $30, which they obviously knew they had done. I felt like it was the 'ol BMW prejudice I have run into before. So, now I'm still looking for another shop. Tfog came referred by my Jap bike mechanic who was moving away. Maybe if you have a bike they aren't prejudiced against they might be good, but I'm not comfortable going back to them. read more

I just had two new tires put on by Tfog. I ordered my tires online not realizing I could order them through this shop (highly recommend doing this to support local businesses) and called them to see if they would mount my tires on the bike. This was important to me because I can not remove the wheels myself. They got me an appointment to do everything the same week, and I was out of there within 1.5 hours, even with both tires still on the bike. The wheels feel great and I am more than happy with the way they handle business. I would 100% suggest taking your motorcycle here for any maintenance work needed. read more

Just an update: I took my bike to another shop to have the fork seals re-done because they still leaked. The bolts holding the forks on were not even finger tight! I hope you work on your own bike the same way you worked on mine, that way you won't be alive long enough to F___ up anybody else's bike. read more

The store had opened boxes all over the floor which made browsing the place nearly impossible. However, the owner was beyond helpful when I asked for a particular type of item. He actually wheeled my motorcycle into his shop, greased the chain and checked tire pressure without any extra charge. That kind of service is nearly impossible to find these days. He also let me try-out the cell phone mount before purchasing it. I'll definitely come back here if i'm in the area and need anything for the motorcycle. read more

Stay away from these guys. I went in for a simple oil change and they ended up dropping my bike off a lift. The shop would not fix all the damaged parts because "it did not effect the performance." He still refuses to replaced the dented mid-pipe. Upon return of the bike I continued to have problems until the tank they sprung a leak. They now refuse to rectify the situation. Don't waste your time or money with this irresponsible shop. read more
