Matt took my badly ignored, not running bike and made it purr like new.
D W.

Matt is just amazing. He was recommended to me by the Denver BMW club who sing his praises, and from the moment I contacted him it was just a great experience. Great guy (and from my home town, it turns out!). I have a 1978 BMWR100s, the local shops won't touch these old bikes, and after a little discussion we made an appointment to have him give it a look. It hasn't run in about 5 years and had a ton of things wrong, wouldn't start, etc etc. Once he took it in he got right on it and within a couple days supplied me with a comprehensive, detailed report of what it needed, broken down into various stages with the related cost, from just getting it running to all the other fixes it would require to be a safe, reliable bike again. It turned out to need a lot more than even I realized so we agreed to stop after 'get it running', which he did. He had to get a bit creative as there were problem areas he had to do some workarounds on but, when the bike was returned to me it started with one push of the button and runs and idles smoothly! I was amazed. Now that I know I have a master mechanic to rely on, I'll begin shopping for a little bit more modern (ABS, etc) BMW to purchase. The first thing I'll do when I get one is have Matt go over it and make any needed repairs. If you need a bike worked on that Matt will take in, he's your guy.

Rescued 2000 miles from home. Incredibly good and fast service. I was fixed and on the road again the same day.

Matt is the best. Helpful as well as knowledgeable. Dealing with him is a million times better than going to one of the dealers.

Five Points, Northwest

*Posted this on Google Reviews, but posting on here as well for more visibility :)…read more I've been strolling into Erico for a few short years now. Before, it was always just to look because they were a cool shop with cool bikes and who doesn't love that? I wasn't a rider back then, more of an aficionado, but I always told my boyfriend that maybe one day I will actually get something from there. Fast forward to Saturday, Feb. 25th and I have my new Triumph Speed Twin 900 with the help of the fantastic team at Erico! I am still in my beginner phase, so it was truly helpful to have these guys thoroughly explain all that it means to own a bike and really help me decide on which was the best choice for me. One thing that cemented my interest in visiting Erico before any other dealership was that they were extremely helpful when I first called to ask the silly question of whether a Triumph can be a good first motorcycle (there was a little intimidation when thinking about investing in such a beautiful brand since there's always the possibility of dropping it, higher speeds, etc). I had called up a few dealerships both in CO & CA, and Erico really made the best first impression out of all. David Mack, Erico's sales manager, not only went above and beyond to answer any question while following up with relative key product features, but also did that while off the clock! He didn't even have to, but the fact that he did made me believe Erico cares a lot about their riding community. Massive shoutout to David, Deonte, Logan, Joe F. & Joe B. (with special mention to Justin and Sterling for the chats) for helping me with the whole purchase process! You guys were great to work with, and I feel confident that I chose the right dealership. Love a good company that has so much heart in what they do, and if you've read up on Erico's history or have been to their shop, you know this is one of those places. Thank you, Erico!

I hesitate to be "that guy", but…read more.... I had a new battery installed on my Triumph. You have to remove the ECM bracket in order to get the battery in or out. This is done by undoing one bolt. Not knowing about the bolt, they broke the ECM bracket by trying to pry it out of the way. This YELP review is about this particular incident, but there have been others. There have been obvious problems that should have been seen by the mechanic and/or the service manager, resulting in service that I would have had done. A service manager needs to inspect every job before he/she signs off on it. They don't do that here, otherwise they would have caught these things. The owner is a good guy and they carry a line of bikes I find appealing but the service dept. really needs either better, or more, people. I've owned a lot of bikes over the years and worked in the service and parts departments at a few shops. This wouldn't fly anywhere I ever worked. Their service manager will always feign ignorance in an effort to upsell you on unneeded and expensive diagnostic work. And only rarely will own up to a mistake they might have made.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars!!! Connor and Chris have been absolutely incredible! As a…read morefemale rider I hate going in to shops simply because I usually get treated like I don't know what I'm talking about. The moment I walked through their doors Chris met me with a giant smile and listened to everything I said was happening with my bike. He was very professional and polite. Gave me rough estimates and all types of brands for the parts I may have been needing. I then towed my bike in and met Conner who was also super professional and met you with a smile! He brought my bike in and did a diagnostic and then fixed the problem. Which ended up being WAY cheaper than what we all figured the problem was! Honestly what a relief! Conner could have still charged me for the original problem I would have never known, but instead he was incredibly honest and helped me out! I honestly will never bring my bike to another shop! They will be who I turn to when I can't fix the problem myself! If you need a good shop look no further, they are who you should trust your machine with! Connor and Chris from one rider to another thank you for all you have done and for the immense honesty and integrity you have held through this whole process! I have been just blown away by the both of you and can't thank you enough!

Now I have to take him to court!!
