Needed a reliable shop to rebuild a first gen busa engine. Communication was excellent talking prices and build options. Work was done professionally with a quick turn around. Highly recommend these guys and I plan on continuing business myself. Thanks for the help fellas. Looking forward to spring to see if she can roll with my ZX14 now.

Fresh new tires for the summer. Good prices, quick work. Love it.

Picked up a used bike off a guy and it needed a set of tires. Searched around and found this spot which stood out to me because they will install new tires for your bike without you having to remove the wheel for them first. You can just bring the bike in and they'll do all the work. I love that. I only get so much free time and if I have a day to ride, I don't want to spend it installing my own tires instead. I dropped off the bike even though they said they could do the tires today and when I picked it up everything looked great. I also asked if they could give it a look-over and let me know about any maintenance that I should expect coming up, and they gave it a look and let me know that all was well with the bike. A good feeling to have when hopping on a used bike just after picking it up. Aside from the excellent service dept and the good prices for tires and labor, they also have a good selection of really nice bikes in their showroom. Lots of Aprilias, and some big sportbikes that could make a track fiend drool. They have a dyno in the back, and just based on what I saw seem to have the expertise to handle just about any bike related issue you might throw at them. Real pros in this place, not just a retail mill. Love it. Overall a good experience and definitely the place I'll go whenever the need for a bike shop presents itself.

Bought a brand new bike four months ago that ended up having cosmetic damage to it before I even took delivery. I was assured this issue would be resolved, accepted their word, and rode off on the bike. Four months later, it's not been resolved. They don't get another dime from me. Going to Fay Myers now, where I'll spend loads of money.

Ignore my pie-belly and just admire all those gorgeous machines.

I'm on a month-long motorcycle trip in Colorado and on Day 3 suffered a sheared off gear shift lever, at a scenic viewpoint 48 miles away from my friends' place. After creating a makeshift lever with the help of my friends, I went about calling around the Denver-area motorcycle dealers to see who had a lever in stock. I found a used one, but then discovered a secondary (or maybe primary?) problem: I couldn't actually shift gears. I'm a mechanical moron and didn't want to waste time screwing up a clutch bleed on my own, especially if there were other issues (e.g. bad master clutch cylinder). I arranged to pick up a U-Haul trailer, and brought the bike to the guys at Imperial. Rick, the service writer (?), was brilliantly helpful as were the techs. They bled the clutch, and adjusted my brakes, air in my tires, and "new" gear shift lever position for no extra charge. These guys are fantastic!!

I brought my Ducati Diavel in to this shop based on reviews online for front fork seals and it took them three weeks to get it back to me which I thought was a long time but fine, ok... Then they call telling me they broke my front dampening rod. gzzz Whatever things happen, ok again. I got it home park it in the garage where I always do. A week later I was going to ride it so I was going to clean the chain, I had to do it because this shop failed to do so even after asked and they said "sure no problem"...lol This is when I noticed the damage...I also have a video of the bike after I dropped it of so I know the work was preformed to the fork plus I've never had more than an oil change on my bike with 6000 miles on it. Thanks Ducati for putting paint on all the screws...

The only place, period, to have done what needs to be done to your motorcycle. The only place, period, to go for unrivaled competence when it comes to anything motorcycle related. And for the stuff they are not set up for, e.g., custom exhaust work, seats, and paint, they know where to send you. Their principal mechanic, Bart, has been working on my bikes prior to Tim opening Imperial--albeit the two of them in cadence with their fellow workers have created a team that is second to none! Yes, the test ride of the higher performing Aprilia was tempting (thank you), but don't y'all wanna see me get another 100K+ miles out of the ever-evolving Frankenbike. . . ?

Perfect fit for touring

I give Mike and my service tech at Imperial Sportbikes the biggest 5 stars possible! I'm from out of town and I rode my motorcycle from CA to Florida and on my way back I needed a service. I called last minute and thought for sure the answer would be no. Mike was SO kind and helpful. He was able to squeeze me in and I was able to get the service done and back on the road ASAP. I am genuinely grateful for their willingness to help me with a smile on their faces. If I lived closer I would only go to them!

*Posted this on Google Reviews, but posting on here as well for more visibility :)…read more I've been strolling into Erico for a few short years now. Before, it was always just to look because they were a cool shop with cool bikes and who doesn't love that? I wasn't a rider back then, more of an aficionado, but I always told my boyfriend that maybe one day I will actually get something from there. Fast forward to Saturday, Feb. 25th and I have my new Triumph Speed Twin 900 with the help of the fantastic team at Erico! I am still in my beginner phase, so it was truly helpful to have these guys thoroughly explain all that it means to own a bike and really help me decide on which was the best choice for me. One thing that cemented my interest in visiting Erico before any other dealership was that they were extremely helpful when I first called to ask the silly question of whether a Triumph can be a good first motorcycle (there was a little intimidation when thinking about investing in such a beautiful brand since there's always the possibility of dropping it, higher speeds, etc). I had called up a few dealerships both in CO & CA, and Erico really made the best first impression out of all. David Mack, Erico's sales manager, not only went above and beyond to answer any question while following up with relative key product features, but also did that while off the clock! He didn't even have to, but the fact that he did made me believe Erico cares a lot about their riding community. Massive shoutout to David, Deonte, Logan, Joe F. & Joe B. (with special mention to Justin and Sterling for the chats) for helping me with the whole purchase process! You guys were great to work with, and I feel confident that I chose the right dealership. Love a good company that has so much heart in what they do, and if you've read up on Erico's history or have been to their shop, you know this is one of those places. Thank you, Erico!

I hesitate to be "that guy", but…read more.... I had a new battery installed on my Triumph. You have to remove the ECM bracket in order to get the battery in or out. This is done by undoing one bolt. Not knowing about the bolt, they broke the ECM bracket by trying to pry it out of the way. This YELP review is about this particular incident, but there have been others. There have been obvious problems that should have been seen by the mechanic and/or the service manager, resulting in service that I would have had done. A service manager needs to inspect every job before he/she signs off on it. They don't do that here, otherwise they would have caught these things. The owner is a good guy and they carry a line of bikes I find appealing but the service dept. really needs either better, or more, people. I've owned a lot of bikes over the years and worked in the service and parts departments at a few shops. This wouldn't fly anywhere I ever worked. Their service manager will always feign ignorance in an effort to upsell you on unneeded and expensive diagnostic work. And only rarely will own up to a mistake they might have made.
