I would recommend this place to everyone. I've been a customer here for the last 3 years and I'm very thankful for Brian and his team. This day I was standing in a very long line on a Monday morning and witnessed extremely great customer service. Brian was dealing with this line very professionally and even took a phone call to help a woman with her car issues. He explained what he thought was going on from her description and offered to look at her vehicle for free. Then continued to have a professional demeanor after he explained several times he could not give her a complete diagnosis over the phone. After dealing with her the next man in line explained he had a nailed and needed help. Brian without any questions told him we will fix it for free. What blew my mind is during all the crazy events events happening every day we as a community must take care of each other. Let's get back to those days because that's what made America great. New management in the establishment that is still in training and does not have great customer service. Just go down the street to Colorado Tire & Service or across the street to Chase Automotive. If you do have a complaint, just file with the BBB to save yourself from multiple headaches. It's ridiculous cause I was coming here for the convenience and am no longer going to be a returning customer. Told the new manager that we were no longer going to be doing business with them and he said, "It really doesn't bother me whether you come back or not, either way I'll still be making money." Not only that, a man came in asking how much it cost to repair a tire and once he was told a price he walked out saying, "I'm just going to go to Discount Tires since they repair tires for free." As soon as the man left, the manager said, "He can go to Discount Tires for all I care cause he didn't buy a tire from me so I don't have to service him." If you are okay with having management talk about you behind your back like that then go ahead and go here, otherwise just save your time and money and go to a different shop for all your automotive needs. I'm going to start with the fact I brought my tire in to get fixed. I changed it out myself and have a full size spare. So they didnt have to take my car all day. I know they're busy but the respect is not there. Dan is rude and foul in person and on the phone. Very short and cuts you off and dont listen. Very scary when spending money to fix a car. Anyways, when I come back to get the tire, i tell them how I felt about the way I have been made to feel here. They offer to put the tire on for me, I was hesitant at first cause I didnt want to wait. I was going to do myself..... well I say yes and it takes over 30 mins just to put on a tire... . insane.. then my I watch my car done just sitting there waiting for someone to tell me it's good. I was doing this to avoid this. I wouldve done it myself. I have brought both my cars here for awhile. I dont care if you're busy it is your job. I also asked for a qoute for new tires and was just left unanswered and waiting. The whole time they helped people who just walked in. Like I never asked for help or was gonna buy anything. I had 700 or more to spend on tires. Not anymore. Annoying that I have spent so much money with this business I mean I have came here and the Southlands location for almost 10years. the way the treat you is appallingly and dead serious never again. I do not believe the customer service could be worse. "Dave" the manager lied through his teeth to me when I experienced a tough situation with a brand new Michelin tire, over and over... He tried to over charge me 100 bucks due to my being from out of town. He told me Michelin would only cover 50 bucks and it had to go through their corporate office as well as his and would take forever so I would be better off to just pay him. I have been bringing my vehicles here for about 3 months now. I have always been impressed by the demonstrated vehicle knowledge the mechanics ans service writers show. Their complimentary vehicle inspections ar ethourough, reaffirming things I already know are wrong, and informing me of new things as they arise, often bringing me into the shop to see the issues for myself. Prices for basic service are set by corporate, and a little higher than you would pay at, say, a Grease Monkey, but well worth it for the knowledge brought to bear on problems. Wow! These guys are amazing! I had been into other Big O Tires before with less than stellar results. Therefore, when our check tire light came on with a sensor issue, and our regular auto shop did not have the tools to fix it, I was hesitant to come into this store. However, it was referred to me by our auto shop owner so I did. I am very happy I did. Upon entering the store I was immediately and warmly greeted by assistant manager (Ruben Castillo) whom I explained the situation to. He professionally intaked the car and got permission from store manager Lanny Rose to expedite its repair. Honestly, as I live close to the shop, I had fully expected to just drop the car off and pick it back up later. When they offered to expedite it on their own that was a very pleasant surprise. The car was immediately taken back into the shop and the repairs were begun. I then enjoyed a great conversation with these very personable and friendly guys, and before I could even get out the door to leave the car behind, the technician was driving it back up front ready to head home in! The car was in and out of the shop in less than a 1/2 hour fully fixed! I was then ready to make payment, and was advised there was no cost. Simply asked if I could please consider coming back again..which is an obvious no brainer at this shop. One would be a complete idiot NOT to come back to this shop again! The management staff here was friendly, personable and outgoing; the technician staff was competent, capable, friendly and efficient and everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. The shop itself was clean and comfortable. Ruben, Lanny and their staff left me with a whole new impression on Big O Tires. Where I walked in the door honestly somewhat hesitant from my prior experiences at other Big O shops, I left truly amazed at the genuine care and competency I experienced here. I can't speak on the other Big O locations, but this shop was truly amazing and exceptional in every regard with their level of service, helpfulness and technical know how to get the job done both well and fast. I WILL be making this my regular service provider for all of my tire related needs. Two thumbs up! read more

ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE!!! Called ahead to see if I needed an appointment or I could walk in. Person on phone said it wasn't busy. I arrived at 11am and said I had a tire I had to keep refilling with air. It then took 2 hours to even get initially looked at and then another 2 1/2 hours to change 4 tires after it was determined I should replace them. NO DISCOUNT WAS EVEN OFFERED FOR THE WAIT! Then after I left the tire light was still on, drove home to get my tire gauge and ALL 4 TIRES were different psi and 3 of the 4 were missing their stem caps. Drove back and had them fix their issues. Zero remorse was given. I even missed my son's soccer game because I was at the store for almost 5 hours. If this is how Big O treats customers I won't be back regardless of any warranty on my tires purchased. DEFINITELY won't be back to this location though guaranteed! I wouldn't have even gone here if it wasn't for one of the only Snap Finance places offered. I'm going to Discount Tire next time. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

I had a really bad experience with this store located on 6th avenue in Aurora, CO. These guys are rude, lazy and lied to me. I has a tire protection plan for my tires with Big O Tires and when my tire busted on the highway, I asked for a replacement. At first they told me that it would take a couple of days. They have been telling me for the past 3 weeks that they can't find the tires anywhere. Besides from being really rude when I call back to check on the status of my order they also have not been returning my calls. After 4 weeks of phone calls I decided to go to another Big O Tire a few miles away and they got me my tire within 24h. Both of these stores use the same warehouse. How is that possible? These guys (especially David at the store) have been a waste of my time! Don't waste your time and go to the one on Peoria and 47th instead. read more

I had a wonderful experience this morning at Big O. I initially went there because it's close to my apartment and they could get me in today. I went there for an oil change and a tire rotation and also had them look at two tires that were losing air. I ended up having to replace those two tires because they had nails in them, but I really could only afford to replace one and do the oil change. The manager, David, walked me through every step of the way with telling what I needed, how the price breaks down and then even gave me a discount so I could afford both tires. They even brought me home while my car was being worked on and picked me back up when they were done! That was amazing, because it was only 22 degrees this morning. I am so grateful for their kindness and willingness to find me the best deal so I can continue driving safely! I have a few more repairs that need to be done, and I will certainly be coming back to see David and the other guys to have them done! read more

These guys are top notch! Be careful which Big O you choose, they are not all created equal. After the clowns at the Big O on Hwy 6 & 50 in Grand Junction broke the TPMS sensor when patching my tire and then proceeded to lie to me about instead of doing the right thing these guys installed a new one free of charge despite the fact that it wasn't even their shop that made the foolish mistake. David is the man. I believe in Big O again...at least this one. This is where I bought my tires and this is where I'll buy my next set. read more
