I gave my car to Elite Hail Systems on May 30 to repair hail damage. Elite said it would take 3 weeks. They received my insurance's payment for repairs. They fixed minor side panel dents but did not repair the hood or roof or trim. They gave me back the car unfinished in July and said they are waiting on parts to arrive in August. Then they said September. Then they said October. Then they said November. I have an extensively hail damaged car but Elite has been paid over $12k without finishing the service. Each time I call them, they continue to push out the date for receiving parts. They blame the current auto strike, but the strike was not occurring in June or July or August. This feels like fraud. Sidenote, when they initially had my car in June, I watched my car info using an app. They somehow used 1/4 tank of gas and added 30 miles to the odometer. Why? Then they return an unrepaired car to me. Update: "Jimmer" from Elite called me after this review posted and told me to call a local auto dealer and ask them for a part for my car. Me, really? How hard are they working to finish the repairs when they only use one supplier and they tell me to track down the part? Unprofessional and fraudulent. read more

I am a very skeptical individual by nature so when I received a flyer in the mail of this business, I was very skeptical. So what did I do? I looked them up on BBB, checked reviews on Yelp, Google, etc and I drove over to their location to make sure it wasn't a fly by night business. I met Donna and a few of the team members and had a very good feeling as soon as I walked in the door. I made an appointment right then and there. I had hail damage in 2018 and just looking at my car every day annoyed me. Well, I met Lonnie on the day of my appointment and was immediately greeted and put at ease and received top-notch service. He explained the entire process, took me to get my car washed and then to the rental company to get my rental car. As soon as I got my rental car (which was a 2019 SUV with very little miles on it), Lonnie took my car away and told me not to worry about anything. Lonnie and his team handled everything and I didn't even have to do the claim process with my insurance company. After a week, I got my car and couldn't even tell it ever had any hail damage! No deductible, no rental car fees, no out of pocket expenses and an excellent process from start to finish! They also have a referral deal so if you have been wanting to get your cars hail damage fixed, they are the best in town and you will be as pleasantly surprised and pleased as I was! read more

Waited a few months to finally get an appointment scheduled to bring cars in for hail damage repair. Owner called the night before we were scheduled to drop cars off to cancel our appointments because they overbooked themselves. Owner was not apologetic and rude when canceling the appointment. We were scrambling to cancel our car rentals. This place was recommended to us by our neighbor. They had their car in their shop for over 3 months and the work was average. I would not recommend this place at all. I was able to find another shop (5280 Auto Hail Repair) that took way better care of our cars. Got us in immediately and got the cars back to us in 3-6 weeks. They held my car hostage after it got totaled and wouldn't give it back unless we paid 4k for it. When we finally got the car it was caked in mud like they were going 4 wheeler mudding. I am not sure what these people have done with my car. It had light hail damage and as of today they have had it for 76 days. Every time I call I get a different story. True I have had the rental car they provided for 76 days also but it is a high mileage car and not one I would purchase for myself. They have cashed my insurance companies check on the !st of August and we still haven't got our car back and not sure who to believe as to when they plan to give me my car back. I think I need to call some sort of consumer advocate or get back with my insurance company and see if they have any pull seeing as their has been cashed more than a month ago. I have been given more excuses than I can count. I have another vehicle with more hail damage and I was going to let them fix it when I got my other car back. I got tired of waiting and contacted another hail repair agency 22 days ago and I got that vehicle back yesterday. Less than 3 weeks!!! read more

Elite took care of my entire hail claim which was over 8k worth of repair. Everyone was very friendly. They took care of my deductible AND provided a rental care through Enterprise at no cost to me for the entire duration of the repair. Although it took several weeks, the outcome was great. I would just say it was a little difficult getting a status when I called, and I had to call them as they didn't keep me updated in the progress. So thankful that they even buffed our a scratch In my bumper that was not related to the claim, no cost to me either. Overall, very satisfied. I would definitely use them again! read more

Do you like first-class service, great communication, family and veteran-owned businesses, and people who go the extra mile for you?! That's what you'll find at Elite Hail! At first, I was like nah... I'll wait until the end of hail season. Jimmer (one of the owners) had left a few notes on my car, and I figured he was just another dude trying to sell me on something. I'm not exactly a car person, and anytime anyone approaches me about car stuff, I generally shrug it off and promptly forget about it. But, after actually talking with Jimmer and accusing him of trying to sell me on something, I realized I was actually wrong! All I had to do was bring in my car, they'd fix it up and get rid of all the damage, give me a rental car FOR FREE, and bill my insurance company so I didn't have to pay a cent! Still, I kinda thought this was too good to be true, but it actually wasn't. I paid nothing, Jimmer called my insurance for me, Elite made my car look brand new, and they even vacuumed out all the dirt (and dog hair) that was in my car. Jimmer went the extra mile and fixed what he could on my bumper, which was damaged when someone rear-ended me a few months ago. Being a person who'd rather ignore car issues than actually deal with them, Jimmer and the Elite team made me glad that, for once, I didn't! I felt like I could trust Jimmer--he and the team treated me like a daughter--and they delivered superior results! Jimmer was always available by text or call, and even gave me his personal phone number so I could get a hold of him whenever I needed. A man came to my door and disregarded my no soliciting sign told me I had a lot of damage to my vehicle told me he could have it fixed with a rental car and would probably only take 2 weeks or so. Almost 3 months later, after calling every couple weeks to ask for updates, I finally get my car back. The windshield was not replaced like he said as well as some plastic that he said he as well would be replaced. My battery died 2 days after getting my car back which I didn't think was that big of deal until I found someone had hooked their phone to my car and was listening to music and drained my battery while I guess it was getting worked on. ELITE IN EVERY WAY. I've lived in Colorado my whole life and up until last summer had somehow avoided the dreaded hail storms that seem to come every year. But then the expected happened and my car was pummeled with ice pellets falling from the sky resulting in more bumps and bruises than a pubescent teenage boy. I was reluctant to take my car into shops to get it fixed because I heard so many horror stories, like shops taking months to actually fix your car, endless battles with insurance, paying tons of money out of pocket etc. But after seeing an ad for elite hail systems I finally decided to get my car fixed. Rob answered my call right away and said I could bring my car in that day. When I arrived I filled out a bit of paperwork and had a rental car ready for me. Rob and team handled all the logistics with insurance and paid my rental car fees, which meant I paid zero out of pocket. 1.5 weeks later when I got my car. I hardly recognized it. Not only did they flawlessly get rid of every dent they detailed my car and I swear it looked better than when I drove it off the lot. I had a dent in the front left fender of my Nissan Rogue. I took it to these guys to get a quote. The people there were very unprofessional. The guy who helped me originally tried to get me to pay for 3x the cost of the actual repair given quotes from other people. He eventually came down when I pressed him on it. He then gave me a quote which was the lowest I found. But it wasn't in writing so I didn't know if they were going to tack on other stuff later. At this point I didn't trust him to give me an honest job and went with someone else. Gave me 2 stars because he did come down in price. read more

Update: I was contacted shortly after posting this review by Rob from Elite, who wanted to make things right. The wrong mirror was ordered...again (this is like the 5th time, for those keeping track) but managed to get the correct one to my door within a few hours of ordering the wrong one. I appreciate that he was willing to go out of his way to make things right. He also gave me a $100 gift card for the trouble, which I appreciate as well. So overall, I'm glad I had my body work done with Elite. It was beautiful and top-notch. But I'm also glad that my dealings with them are done, for the meantime. Had my car repaired by them last summer after our massive hail storm. As of right now, I STILL don't have a car that's been 100% repaired. They got my car in quickly and paid for my rental car. It took 40 days to get my car back to me (they didn't start work on it for several days, waiting for insurance and parts and whatnot). Allen was my customer service guy, and he was great. Friendly, good communication, and he always let me know what was going on with the car. Make no mistake: the body work they did on my car is FLAWLESS. These guys really know their stuff when it comes to PDR. They were able to save my roof without needing to replace it. BUT.... at the time I got my car back, I noticed a few little things off, the biggest being a rear view mirror that didn't match the original factory one. (They also installed the weather stripping in the door with double-sided tape). Pointed it out and I was told they would order the correct one and call me when they had it. 4-5 MONTHS go by and I hear nothing, so I call them. They apologize and say they had a "parts mixup" but would be ordering the correct one. Couple weeks later i hear that they have it and that I can come down anytime to get it fixed. So I take the day off, drive across town to their shop, only to find they ordered the wrong mirror. Still not my factory heated, auto-dimming mirror with a sensor light. At this point I'm pretty annoyed that I've wasted a day off to fix something that isn't fixed. They apologize for the inconvenience....again. They call the dealer and verify the correct part needed and try to order it. They tell me it's on back order and they have no idea when they'll get one in to fix it, but that they'll call me when they do. That was January 31. Today is March 17. Still no word. They've been paid IN FULL 8-9 months ago to complete the work on my car and they still haven't done it. They've made no efforts to compensate me for my time or trouble. My husband is about ready to order a mirror himself (is it really on back order? Who knows?) and send them the bill. I've tried to be understanding and reasonable throughout this whole process, but enough is enough. read more

Seventy two days ago I dropped my brand new car off for what was said to be a two week repair time for hail damage. Today is the 72nd day my car has been in the shop. Never once have I been contacted with an update by the company. The only time I've been told anything is when I've called asking what on earth is going on. I texted Eli on 9/21 as he's the only contact I've been given and he was the one who helped us. He said he'd find out, I got a call from the shop letting me know that all of the parts for my car were on back order for an indefinite amount of time. This was day 61, on day 61 after I asked for an update I was told ALL of the parts for my car are back ordered and they just now found this out? I called Nissan myself and was told that in fact the parts were not out of stock. I called Bri at Elite back and told her what I'd found out, she was shocked and I let her know I felt lied to and deceived. She said she'd find out and call me back. She did and said that all the parts but one were in stock and would be there the following day. That was nine days ago and I've heard nothing more and I still don't have my car back. On top of that I can track my car from an app and I can see the gas usage. They must just leave it running because they've used over 50 miles worth of gas but have only driven it ten miles. I will never recommend this company and I don't trust them at all. Their timelines are severely off and their customer service is horrific. They've also received half of the payment from my insurance company and didn't seem to have any problem cashing that check yet they still haven't returned my car. If I hear one more time that they have provided me with a rental car that does not help the situation! I would like MY car back that I chose and purchased. They've had the car so long my free trials on WiFi and Sirius have long expired. Its getting to be absurd at this point. read more

Our car's driver-side passenger door got a huge hole in it from something large thrown off a gravel hauler speeding past us as we were getting onto I-25. I made an insurance claim right away. I assumed it was wise to choose one of the insurance company's preferred providers. It took over 6 weeks to get an appointment to get it looked at and written up by that franchise of a huge company. It took longer yet to get an appointment for the repairs. We took the car in, called four days later to check on it, and learned no service had been started yet! We lost the use of our car for a week with nothing to show for it!! That franchise didn't care about our needs as customers at all! I then called someone I know in the collision industry. He told me about the service and customer service at Elite Collision Systems. Todd set an appointment with us that week to write up the estimate. He said work would start the next day and drove the car into their shop. That saved us an extra trip. He arranged for direct payment from our insurance company and made sure our car was repaired and repainted in a timely manner. We were able to pick it up in 8 days, on the day and time we requested. The work was done perfectly. We received a clean, like-new car without any hassles. We wholeheartedly recommend this independent business that cares about its customers. To sum up of my experience with Elite Collision in one word, it would be "amazing," but service this good deserves much more. I had some pretty extensive body work done on my car and the final result was flawless. They were able to blend and match the new paint job to the existing faded paint job of my older vehicle. They even gave it a good wash when they gave it back to me - it looks better than I have ever seen it! The customer service is second to none. They did the estimate at my house and they even picked up my car and dropped it off back to me at my house. Todd is wonderfully communicative, there was never a point in the process where I didn't know exactly what was going on with my car. My wife and I had our cars damaged pretty good from hail over the last summer and I just drive by and saw these guys. I saw that they had good reviews so I went with them to fix our cars and we weren't disappointed!. I cannot say enough good things about this business. I recently was due to turn in my 2016 Ford Fusion per the end of my lease. Ford sent an inspection team out to assess any excess wear and tear on my vehicle prior to handing it in. What I thought would be minor or non-chargeable wear & tear actually came out to about $4,000 worth of damage, and the car was due to be turned in that week, not to mention my insurance had JUST EXPIRED! Pity party aside, I had a full-on panic attack, and did not know what to do. After looking around for a solution, I came across Elite Hail Systems. Donna Kerlin was my point of contact throughout the entire process. These guys were great from the time I called to set my appointment until I picked my car up. They were on top of every single step and provided timely updates. The best part was when it came time to pick up my car. I was stuck in traffic in my rental car ( which they arranged for me) and there was no way to make it by close. A couple years back Rob left a sticky note on my car when I was in a target parking lot, at the time I thought it was so weird, but I'm so glad I called him! After the devastating hailstorm that struck Denver on May 8th, my car, along with every single one of my coworker's cars, all suffered from hail damage. A team from Elite took a look at 10 or so of those vehicles. According to the gentleman who assessed them, 8 "would be totaled" but there was hope for two of them. Mine was one of the two. I took a little time off work a day or two later, drove to their location, which was outside the area I usually traverse, drove in heavy traffic and in the rain. While my salesman was starting the paperwork, a kid walked in. He was introduced to me as "a top tech." He went on to tell me that there WAS PDR repairable damage, but I needed a new hood and roof and my car was "probably going to be totaled out by insurance" so they weren't willing to fool with it. I was devastated. I had a gut feeling that there was no way I had enough damage for my vehicle to be totaled, but the kid went on and on about how he was nearly certain it was a total loss. At that time, the owner inserted himself into the conversation. He started spouting off about how roof replacement was the most devastating body work there was, and blah blah blah. He said something about an all around weld and other selected drivel. Honestly, I had mentally checked out because his tone of voice and demeanor were slightly off-putting. Basically what he was saying was, "I have a spray tan, poorly dyed hair, too much gold jewelry, and a Hawaiian shirt, therefore I know nothing but present myself like an expert in everything." I was trying not to bawl at that point because my car was paid off, very nice, and had less than 9000 miles on it. As I was leaving, still holding back tears, the owner said, "Well, this news deserves a cupcake" and he shoved a tray of cupcakes in my face. I almost screamed. I literally cried all the way home that day. I did a little research while waiting for the claims adjuster to finally get to me. He arrived a week later. My car wasn't even CLOSE to being totaled. It had 8000 worth of damage. Roof replacements aren't risky or devastating when done by skilled auto body shops. And over $2000 worth of my damage IS easily repairable through the PDR method. Meanwhile, of the 10 cars they looked at that day, the ONLY car that got totaled out was the ONE car they determined they COULD repair. Don't waste your time with these folks. Really. The fact that most of their happy customers were approached in parking lots indicates that they are hucksters. I can't speak for their quality of work, but I can attest to the fact that they made my "sleeze meter" go haywire. read more

I figured it was worth a shot as all the other places I had called were booked up for weeks. Elite Hail Got my car scheduled quickly for hail repair from the spring hailstorm when I could not get an appointment anywhere else around town. Allyn Anderson was great to work with and set me up with a rental car and the company covered any expenses that my insurance did not. At the end when the work was finished I picked up the vehicle and later noticed that one item was missed. I was not too excited to have to drive back to Dartmouth Street but when I did they quickly made the fix and Robby, one of the Owners, offered to compensate me with some free service for the inconvenience. Which he did by replacing a broken mirror on my wife's car at no cost. So great service, great to work with, and did a good job. Grand Cherokee looks like new after almost $10,000 in hail damages.
