The work looked great, and they finished the car in the time frame they quoted. Can't ask for much more in a body shop.

Quality One Dent - 2017 Volvo Fender Repair. 100% Paintless Dent Repair. Repair time: 3 hours

Based on their very high rating on Yelp I visited Quality One Dent on Dec 17 2024, for a repair…read moreestimate for front end damage on my 2025 Volvo XC60. While examining my vehicle the estimator Paul allowed the hood to free-fall onto the safety catch, which was still in an up position, likely because it was not functioning correctly due to the front end damage. I saw this as it happened, but not quickly enough to prevent it. We opened the hood again to find the frame of the safety catch now pushed down inside the surrounding platform. Paul immediately apologized and said, 'that's on me.' He tried to return the safety latch back to its original position but failed. He then asked for the keys and drove the vehicle inside their shop to repair the catch. He returned with the latch held in place by duct tape surrounding the frame of the catch (you can see this in the photo attached to this review). He assured me they would 'take care' of this when I brought the vehicle back for repair of the front end damage. Upon receiving their repair estimate via email later that day I noticed it included a line item for $96.47 for the safety catch. The line item showed labor was 'included.' At this point I decided it may be better to take the vehicle to a certified Volvo repair center because the estimate from Quality One indicated they were not qualified to re calibrate the front end camera. I returned to Quality One later that same day to ask for compensation for the broken safety catch. Paul seemed willing to compensate me for the damaged catch, but then the owner PJ was called in. PJ basically said as far as he was concerned the safety catch was already broken and I should just have insurance cover that cost as part of the overall repair. I tried to reason with him, but he wouldn't budge. This has been very upsetting for me, as Paul clearly admitted to breaking the frame of the safety catch. At this point there is nothing I can do but post this review as a warning to others who are considering using Quality One Dent for their repairs.

All Danielle the Business Manager has done is confirm exactly what I said. They didn't fix my car…read moreright and it was extremely difficult and exhausting to get Quality One Dent to admit their mistake and fix it. Exhaustingly and after much dialogue they made a second attempt to re-install the same exact bumper. Interestingly, after their second attempt it aligned better - so it was poor quality the first time! It was the exact same bumper and it was never replaced with an OEM bumper so why couldn't they admit it was shoddy workmanship and as Danielle stated "take great pride in their work and commitment to customer satisfaction" - and fix it correctly. Ultimately, they could improve the result - they just didn't want to! Look at the attached pictures (and also my previously supplied pictures) and you be the judge. These were MY photos - not Quality One's photos. After two attempts, with the SAME exact bumper, ironically, they were able to realign better. Because of Quality One Dent's refusal to accept that the first install was terrible, BOTH sides were difficult - including Quality One Dent. After holding onto our car for many, many weeks, and when it was apparent they had to make a second attempt to install correctly, now all of a sudden Quality One Dent had no room for my vehicle at their lot. They had no problem with the multiple weeks they sat on it at their lot (when they said they would only need it one week) but now because they're angry and unwilling to work with their customer, they wanted us to take it home with the initial bad install and shoddy workmanship and bring it back later. Ridiculous and very transparent their intentions. Incredibly unprofessional.

Eventually they called me back and I made arrangements to drop my car off after hours, due to a busy work schedule. George told me there was a drop box in the door. I arrived at 10:30pm and searched all around the building and didn't find a drop box. I called him in the morning and he insisted I just missed it and there was a Dropbox in the door. I asked him to send a picture of the drop box so I didn't miss it again and that's when he told me they don't have a drop box. I was suppose to jimmy open a window and then push the office door open through the window and throw my keys in. None of which was explained on the phone and not something I'd know to do as that's also considered breaking and entering. This place seems incredibly sketchy. I would not trust them with my vehicle.

My Qx80 was involved in a minor accident and needed a bumper and grill replacement and a minor hood…read morerepair. We took our vehicle in for an initial estimate with them and a repair date was scheduled a month down the road. We brought our car in at the appointed time. Mike, the owner called me once tear down was complete and estimated 2 weeks for the repair. They also had some warranty work they needed to correct on some prior damage. We were in a rental car through USAA. As time went on, we were told our car was "in production" over and over again. As insurance companies do, they only approve the rental car for the estimated amount of initial repair time (2 weeks). USAA called saying they had not received information from Hampden about a supplement and could not approve the rental without one, we called on conference to Hampden and spoke with Mike. Mike was argumentative stating that the car was in line for repair and there was nothing he could do. That there was no supplement, they were busy and would submit a supplement at the end of the work if there was one. USAA explained that they could not approve a rental for beyond the time allotted without a supplement and round and round they went while I, the customer, was stuck in the middle. Eventually USAA approved the rental for another 2 weeks despite not having any supplemental information. At the end of those 2 weeks (they've now had my car for a month) I was again stuck with no car and the end of the rental looming. I called Hampden again and spoke with Brian. He informed me that my car was in line for paint and was not ready. USAA approved the rental extension based on that for a week. Then at the end of the week, here we go again. USAA had reached the end of what they could pay for a rental without supplemental information. We again called on conference to Hampden and spoke with Brian. Not only was Brian not helpful he was rude and obstructive. He proceeded to the tell the adjuster that he wasn't going to argue repair time with her because she didn't know what she was talking about and my car was in line for paint. The adjuster responded that she has been in the business for 20 years and she understands how repair shops work. The conversation devolved from there . Needless to say, there was no resolution and the call ended badly. So badly in fact that the adjuster called me back and recommended that I report them to their corporate office, unfortunately, there isn't one. At this point, my 2-week repair was at 7 weeks and they could no longer justify a rental car. A week went by, now without a rental car and again I called Hampden expecting my car to be finished, after all it was in line for paint a week ago, surely it must be done by now. This time Mike fielded my call. My car still wasn't done and it was still in line for paint. When I inquired as to why my car sat for a week waiting for paint since I was told the same thing a week ago, Mike explained that they have 60 cars on rotation there. Some of those cars have been sitting for months waiting for parts and when those parts come in they get pushed to the front of the line further delaying my repairs. To his credit Mike did offer to pay for a rental vehicle and did cut us a check at the end. My car ended up taking an additional 2 weeks for a total of 9 weeks! For a drivable, minimal damage repair. Do they do good work, yes. Is it the most frustrating experience you will ever have, also yes. Hampden Auto body is like dropping your car into a black hole. Whatever they tell you for a time estimate is a lie, multiply it by at least 4. Don't expect them to work with the insurance company paying for your repairs. They blatantly refused to use the USAA online document submission system and refused to send the paperwork to justify extending the rental. Expect Mike and Brian to be condescending, obstructive and thoroughly unhelpful. I cannot recommend them less. There are plenty of good repair shops in Denver that are better organized, customer friendly and courteous

I had my vehicle towed there (it's in a commercial/light industrial area off S. Santa Fe Dr.) and I am so thankful that I did. Tony Martins, Jonathan Lane and crew were nothing short of amazing. I'll fast forward through the "insurance" process but the Insurance Company told me that $7,177.72 would take care of the damage and make me whole. Enter the Rallye team. After they completed an exhaustive inspection and full computer reporting, complete with photographs, that initial amount was supplemented with another $32,869.79,* bringing the total near $40K which enabled me to get into a new replacement vehicle. The Rallye team has professional relationships with the various Insurance Companies & Estimator's and it was clear to me that they are held in high regard. They also loaned me tools to be able to remove my license plates and a few personal after market items, that insurance wouldn't cover. These folks are the real-deal and while in the shop, I was able to see some of their handiwork-- which was stunning. The Rallye team are true artisans, with both the paperwork and restoration sides of the business. Thank you again Rallye Coach Works!!
