Update: I want to clarify a few things. My feedback was never about how I was treated during my visit--I have no complaints about that. My concern is solely about the lack of transparency regarding the estimate fee on your website. I understand that the fee is credited toward repairs, and I understand that most estimates are scheduled. However, none of this information was clearly stated online. If it had been, I would have been able to make an informed decision before visiting. The fact that I had to physically come in to learn about the fee is exactly why I found the pricing information misleading. As a business, you're of course entitled to set your own policies. However, as a customer, I'm also entitled to provide feedback when something is unclear. My review isn't about disagreeing with your policies--it's about suggesting more transparency so future customers don't run into the same surprise. As for your comment about why I didn't say anything "to your face"--why would I? I wasn't going to stand there and argue over your policies. Once I was informed about the fee, I said I'd be back as a polite way of leaving. That's just basic courtesy. Customers shouldn't have to navigate through multiple steps just to find out if an estimate is free or not. A simple update on your website would resolve this issue entirely. And YES of course, I'm taking my business elsewhere. Your aggressive and defensive responses only confirm that this isn't the type of service I'd want from any business I choose to work with. First comment: I stopped by this shop because of the great reviews, but I was surprised to be asked to pay $25 just for an estimate. As soon as I walked in, I saw two employees at their computers, and I asked if someone could take a look at my car. I wasn't expecting a charge just for an estimate--especially since their website clearly states FREE ESTIMATE. If there is a fee, it should be clearly listed online or communicated before customers visit the shop. Also I want to make it clear that I understand that the estimate fee is credited toward the repair if I choose to proceed, but that doesn't change the fact that your website states FREE ESTIMATE without any mention of a charge. I have an old car with more than 300K miles and needed a new windshield, but needed a little body work first. The staff was incredible and so easy to work with and the job they did was even more so. It didn't hurt to see other people trust them with their cars, which were very,very expensive models. Let's just say you'd have to visit Crewe, Cheshire and Maranello, Italy to see them being assembled. I will be back if I ever need this type of work done in the future! read more

Shirley was absolutely amazing! My nana got in a little fender bender and needed work done to her car. When we came to drop off her car Shirley was very personable and friendly. She said she would call us when the car was ready. She gave us a cal 3 weeks later to pick up the car. Mark and team have worked on 2 of my cars this year. First was my 1967 mustang that was not done correctly by another shop. He took what a nightmare for me and finished off our 3 1/2 year restoration so that my family and I could finally enjoy my car! There were some surprises that he found but they did an awesome job! I just picked up my 2018 F150 that was hail damaged on a trip to Mount Rushmore. Again top notch job. I also had them add a bed liner and the custom painted and installed a ranch hand grille guard on my truck. They worked with my insurance company to make sure that it was done quickly and done right! I have had an accident. Somebody hit my car to it back. I gave my car to the this shop. First it took more than month to fix it. I completely don't like their quality. Spaces between rear headlight and trunk. They have forgotten to make a light in the trunk. Bumper is painted by different color shade. First two months after "fixing" I heard a noise(like hit) under my car. when I drive though the bump or through a little crack on road. I came to them back with my complaints. They didn't find any time to look at what I wanted to show them. Oh. They are completely different people before they begin and after if You don;t like something after they have done their work, You will see completely different attention. For a nominal fee Mark made the trip to our home in Northern Colorado to rapair the dent. The results were fantastic, his skill at paint less dent repair is amazing. Top notch customer service and excellent work! I had an accident that left my vehicle un-drivable. Mark and his staff were very quick to arrange a tow and rental car for me, allowing me to still make it to work. I was kept up to date on the status of my repairs and when my vehicle was returned it looked better then before I wrecked it! I cannot speak more highly of the service and care I've received at Caropractor. I've gone to them twice now and have had beyond fantastic experiences! Their wait queue is shorter than most other auto shops. For my first repair, a dent and mirror replacement, I was able to get it done that weekend and only went carless for two days. My second repair was a front bumper reattachment and fender replacement and I was able to schedule that two weeks out with repairs done day of. My car came back spotless inside and out both times.
