I want to sing all the praises for Nadia and her shop. I came in the week before drop off and was told my job would be minor, 5-7 business days at most. I dropped it off that next Monday, and because she knew I was paying for the rental out of pocket, it was done by EOB that Friday. The repair looks flawless, and I'm pretty sure this is the cleanest my car has ever looked. Nadia kept me updated throughout the entire process, including when she was able to save me money on my deductible by not changing out my rims which were plenty scratched before I got hit. I noticed after I had arrived home after pickup that my front license plate had not been put back on--the front plate is required in the state of Colorado--and since I had Nadia's personal number, I was able to contact her right away. I might text all my friends in the Denver metro area to let them know this is the best place to get body work, should you need it. I moved here from california and a couple months after moving here got into a small accident. And I did not know even where to start looking for a bodyshop to get my car fixed. I was recommened at first by a coworker to go to abra bodyshop but after going there I didnt like their customer service, right away I changed my mind since I felt they were not being helpful and I resorted to yelp to help me look for somewhere and thank God I found nadiya's place! She was awesome! She was very kind and helpful on the phone shes the owner so its a small autobody but thats better! I went in since my insurance works differently than most I had to choose who I wanted as a bodyshop right away and not get a qoute since my insurance came out and quoted me. I asked nadiya if that seemed right and she said it did and asked what insurance I had right away she knew how to handle it because she had worked with my insurance company before. So she looked at my car and decided it need two new complete doors not just parts like how the insurance quoted me. She took care of everything for me once the car was in her hands. Which is what I loved! She billed them! For the extra things she needed. She really took good care of me (the customer) she was always in contact with me communicating with me everything and she even saved me $150 on my deductible which was really nice of her! THIS PLACE IS RIDICULOUSLY GOOD. They worked on my Toyota Rav4 when it had hail damage that nearly totaled the whole vehicle. My insurance provider was dragging their feet on a supplement that needed to be done which would have added over $1k to the ticket. It had to be approved by the insurance provider before they started working on it. After nearly two weeks of waiting on my insurance provider to send someone out, Nadia made the decision to work on the vehicle and was prepared to eat the cost! I was expecting the cost to be shifted to me and I would then have to fight with the insurance company to get reimbursed. She didn't say anything of the sort. She said that she wanted to get me taken care of and she knows it's part of the job that has to be done and was willing to lose on it. I mean....WUT??? The insurance company eventually came out and accepted the supplement so she didn't have to lose on that part but there were other things like my door handle that were not included originally that they just took care of at no cost to me. This is the kind of service that doesn't exist anymore. They did a great job and I've never been more impressed with service of any kind anywhere. I had to create an account just so I could post this experience. I chose this shop because of the great review this place had and felt the need to continue to spread the love so that it helps someone else make the decision to go here. I was rear ended and Allstate recommended this body shop. I was blown away by the service and the work that they did. Nadia, the owner, is wonderful and always available to answer questions. I trusted her immediately after only speaking to her on the phone. When I went to pick up my car I found out she had done far more work than what was required, including having a glass guy come out and take out my back window because there had apparently been a bad repair job with the previous owner. She replaced parts that were not related to my accident merely because she takes so much pride in her work. My car was being fixed over the holidays so I was not expecting to get it back when she had estimated but it was ready by noon the day she told me it would be.
