Great Service! Prompt repair of a small dent, they made truly invisible. Thank you! read more

I cannot overstate how much you should NOT consider CDM for repair jobs. I came in with a dent in a rear quarter panel. The dent was decent in size, but I knew for a fact that it was a PDR job. I knew this because I'd taken the car in to other body shops for estimates and was shopping around for the best deal. CDM sent an ABSURDLY inflated quote of almost $3,500 including blending the read door, blending the aperture panel, overhauling and/or removing unrelated trim and bumper components, etc. Look, I get it. Repair work isn't cheap and it's not unusual for shops to pad estimates if insurance is paying (it wasn't in this case and I was paying out of pocket). I wrote back giving them an opportunity to provide a revised, honest estimate given that I already knew this was a PDR job. They sent back a laughable revision, only decreasing the price by $500 to a whopping $3,000. Here's the kicker. I had my lease financing company do a pre-return inspection and estimate. This is the entity with the biggest motivation for a like-new repair job. Their estimate for ALL excess wear and tear including the dent and some other dings and scratches was $550 total. Bottom line: CDM tried to overcharge me by $3,000. They're predatory and should avoided at all costs. read more

Well if you have a black car they're on the judgmental side. I'll get back to that. First off, there's nowhere to park. You circle around confused. Where do I put this vehicle? Once you find something, you're probably late for your appointment. Then, you will get greeted by an attractive female who... I can't say, but something's definitely off, guys. My car evidently was an issue for being black. She kept saying "your car is black so I can't see the hail damage" whilst she uses tools right in front of me for being able to see the actual hail damage. Then, after being rude about the color of my car she says that she will not send me a quote in writing, which is what I needed. Listen, if it ain't in writing it never happened, yet as a business she refused. Definite no-go and shady from my personal experience. read more

I just got my car back today after taking it in for evaluation for some minor hail dings, but mostly for two door dings on the side panels. I think they did a great job! I was a little hesitant as I feel like my specialty vehicle needed a little more care and they convinced me they could handle the repairs without a problem. With all their 5-star reviews I decided to trust them. I think they did a great job and would recommend them highly. One of door dings had a pretty good crease in it and they got it out with PDR. I may bring in my other car to get some hail repairs done as well. They also seemed to be in tune with how the insurance companies handle claims and so I ended up paying out of pocket and feel like their rates are very competitive. read more

After an initial inspection and promise to have an estimate by the end of the day, it took weeks to finally be told that the car needed more work than I was originally told. After I made several more calls and the promise to send a quote "within 30 minutes", nothing has been received. Do not use this company. They talk a good game and that is all. read more

Brought my car in for a simple dent and scratch repair that required my car's logo badging to be removed and reinstalled. They reinstalled it crooked and when I complained they told me they wouldn't fix it. It looks ridiculous and unprofessional. I've had several people tell me it's crooked without me saying a word about it. So, it's not just me. I tried to support a local small business, but regret this decision. Now I have to take my car somewhere else and spend more money out of pocket to fix their mistake. It would've taken 10-15 minutes tops to make it right, but they basically told me to eff off. I went thru insurance, so they already got their money unfortunately. I had no leverage to hold them accountable. Capital Dent Masters doesn't have an eye for detail and doesn't care about their customers. There are plenty of other body shops that do better and stand behind their work. I highly recommend going somewhere else. read more

So, obviously I got caught in a hail storm. Fortunately, I didn't get caught up in the misdirection from my insurance provider, who led me to believe that I had to use their 'preferred provider' for the repairs. Not at all true, and so glad I rolled the dice on Capital Dent Masters. My 1985 Yugo looks like new! Fantastic, responsive, and highly professional. read more

This was my second time going to this shop. The first time, I had a 2019 BM1 X1's exterior door dings removed prior to lease return. They did a great job. This time, they added a clear bra on the hood and ceramic coated my entire black car. They did an excellent job. I get lots of compliments on it. Their pricing is competitive and they are very communicative. Don't be fooled, they do much more than "dent" removal! Worth every penny! read more

Absolutely amazing service! Support this business! After accidentally denting my new, black, '24 Silverado with a wrench, I reached out to Capital Dent Masters based on stellar reviews from the Colorado Coffee and Cars Facebook group. Hazel promptly answered my call and invited me to stop by so they could assess the damage. I arrived the same day and was greeted by Hazel. She took a little information, looked at the truck and grabbed Jorge, (Owner and 15 years experience). Without hesitation, Jorge offered to fix the dent on the spot. Their exceptional service and expertise reaffirm the importance of supporting businesses like Capital Dent Masters. read more

Got a door edge door dent unexpectedly on my rental car (door was slightly open and drove off and door flung open and edge of door hit telephone pool) Panicked since a rental and didn't want the hassle of going through my credit card coverage... Saw some great reviews and was in the area so stopped in without an appointment and was immediately evaluated by Jorge. In short, he assured me he would restore enough that it would not be noticed by almost anyone and should not be a problem when car returned to rental company. They immediately took it in and removed the dent and also buffed out most of the scratch that was associated. I'm very relieved! This was fantastic customer service, Jorge very experienced and pleasant and it is also a women owned business!! Thank you Capital Dents! FYI-they will be opening another shop in North Park hill off of 29th. read more

I lived in Denver for years and experienced several hail storms. The original reason I came here was to get my car detailed after the winter season ended. With so many trips up to the mountains, my 2017 Subaru Outback was in need of some TLC. The owners of the shop are neighbors of mine, so I wanted to bring my car in to them. For the detail, they went above and beyond. The entire belongings of the car were bagged and put into the trunk to ensure a thorough cleaning. The paint was coated after the detailing, and they even drove my car home for me. After the detail, Loredana showed me how my cars exterior has been damaged my hail. This is no small matter, and can affect the resale value of my vehicle as well as the structural integrity. Capital Dent Masters agreed to cover my insurance deductible, as well as pay for a rental while they worked on my car. They communicated directly with the Progressive Insurance adjustor, and the whole process was seamless for me. I viewed the adjustors scope of work, and indeed my vehicle had hundreds of spots that needed repair, and over $7K worth of damage. I'm glad that Capital Dent Masters treated me so well and looked out for me, repairing my Subaru with no out of pocket cost. I'd gladly go here again. Thank you! read more

I am very impressed so far!! I brought my car in for estimates on some damage but also needed some assistance with changing my license plates. The team at both sites (Sara, Alo, others...) were so attentive and were ultimately successful in getting the license plates off and new ones on. I will know more once do rest of work. read more

Capital Dent Masters is an amazing team and treats you like family! Loredana took great care of my hail damaged car and had it shining and sparkling upon picking it up! She organized everything for me down to the rental car and sending updates throughout the process. She made this process so seamless and I couldn't have asked for a better company to take care of my vehicle! The guys did a great job and very friendly as well! I thought this company was to good to be true but they are actually just a really caring, helpful, and amazing team! I will be back to see them & excited to bring my car there to get detailed in the future! read more

We took my wife's vehicle in after hail damage last year. The initial inspection went well and the staff was very helpful. However, the communication lacked as time went on. The staff was not upfront about trim prices needing replaced/not available, we had to come back multiple times for repairs. In one of the instances were we told it would take a full day for "quality control" but new trim pieces were still installed with scratches. They did order and replace these pieces but it was another day in the shop to coordinate and multiple emails to make sure all the correct pieces were installed. I would not recommend this shop to friends. read more

I can't begin to tell you how happy I was with Capital Dent Masters. I was out of the country when my Tesla's rims were damaged. After reaching out to multiple shops (with no response), I was referred to CDM by a neighbor. From the very first phone call, they made the process so seamless and stress-free. Lory went above and beyond so I could focus on my vacation and not on the repairs. She provided a very close estimate based on photos, so I knew what I was looking at cost-wise, a detailed invoice with pictures, and a speedy turnaround time. If you're in the Denver area, I recommend reaching out to Capital Dent Masters. You won't be disappointed. read more

Got an email about free small paint less dent repair and I had one small dent from when I parked near a golf driving range. I scheduled the appointment, brought the car in the next day and they took care of it in 15 minutes. The deal was for dime size dents but they agreed to take care of it for free anyway. For paint less dent repair or hail damage these are the people to go with hands down. read more

"Discovered" huge dents with several deep scratches along the side body/front & rear passenger side of my SUV. What can I say? The establishment is a very warm and friendly family-owned business. They worked with me on the pricing and even got my vehicle to me three days ahead of schedule. Their deliverables were completed highly professionally and the paint match was identical; I'm unable to distinguish the initial damaged areas. If you have any [cosmetic] damage or need a professional opinion about your vehicle, I'd highly recommend Capital Dent Masters as your primary option. They did whatever they could (within reason) in satisfying my necessities. read more

This company is an absolute pleasure. First their work is beyond A+. I got both my car and my wife's car detailed and they did a phenomenal job. So impressed. Second. Give them a try and you will be raving about them just as I am now. read more

I had a 2 inch dent on the front left of my new 4Runner, no paint damage and as the car is new I wanted to get it fixed. Took it to a different shop and they told me to leave the car and they would call me with an estimate in one or two days - that was not possible for me because of my schedule so I googled for another to see if I would have more luck. When I got to Capital Dent Masters Lory was very nice and had Jorge come right out to look at my car, he said he could do it that same day and that it would only take about 90 minutes. Asides from the damage in the car being 100% fixed (like it never happened) I received customer service that was not expected and I was pleasantly surprised. I would highly recommend this business, excellent delivery in a great manner. read more

Cannot recommend Capital Dent Masters enough!!! I had hail damage from a summer storm and they made the entire process so easy (and is it possible that it was enjoyable...?). Lory was incredibly accommodating to my work schedule for pick up and drop off of the vehicle, and helped me with transportation to and from the rental car location. Sooo kind and thoughtful - I felt like my car was being fixed by friends! The work took less than a week, including getting a supplemental approved by my insurance company, and the quality was amazing. My car looked like new afterwards - clean and all evidence of the hail absolutely gone! Capital Dent Masters is 100% the way to go. read more

The team at Capital Dent Masters is top notch! We have used them twice for our Mercedes; once for a ding someone put in our door (which they skillfully removed without having to repaint) and another time to replace the grill and make related repairs to the bumper and hood when we were in an accident. Their friendliness, efficiency, fairness, pricing and professionalism are unmatched. We highly recommend speaking to them before selecting any other body shop. read more

Brought my car a couple of places for estimates after the antenna was ripped off my roof in a garage door incident. Capital Dent Masters was very fairly priced in comparison, and got the work done much faster than the others quoted (1 week vs. 3+). I will definitely return with any paint/dent issues in the future. Can't recommend these guys highly enough. Took my car in for a quote for some dent repairs (from door dings, shopping carts, etc). Everyone at the shop was super nice, they walked through the car with me, pointed out all the dents and gave me a (very fair) estimate. They were then able to have the car ready and fully washed within just a few hours and went above and beyond what I expected. Everything they fixed looks absolutely perfect. Really reassuring to have such a good resource like them in Denver for any minor fixes repairs if you want to keep your car looking like new.
