Based on their very high rating on Yelp I visited Quality One Dent on Dec 17 2024, for a repair estimate for front end damage on my 2025 Volvo XC60. While examining my vehicle the estimator Paul allowed the hood to free-fall onto the safety catch, which was still in an up position, likely because it was not functioning correctly due to the front end damage. I saw this as it happened, but not quickly enough to prevent it. We opened the hood again to find the frame of the safety catch now pushed down inside the surrounding platform. Paul immediately apologized and said, 'that's on me.' He tried to return the safety latch back to its original position but failed. He then asked for the keys and drove the vehicle inside their shop to repair the catch. He returned with the latch held in place by duct tape surrounding the frame of the catch (you can see this in the photo attached to this review). He assured me they would 'take care' of this when I brought the vehicle back for repair of the front end damage. Upon receiving their repair estimate via email later that day I noticed it included a line item for $96.47 for the safety catch. The line item showed labor was 'included.' At this point I decided it may be better to take the vehicle to a certified Volvo repair center because the estimate from Quality One indicated they were not qualified to re calibrate the front end camera. I returned to Quality One later that same day to ask for compensation for the broken safety catch. Paul seemed willing to compensate me for the damaged catch, but then the owner PJ was called in. PJ basically said as far as he was concerned the safety catch was already broken and I should just have insurance cover that cost as part of the overall repair. I tried to reason with him, but he wouldn't budge. This has been very upsetting for me, as Paul clearly admitted to breaking the frame of the safety catch. At this point there is nothing I can do but post this review as a warning to others who are considering using Quality One Dent for their repairs. read more

All Danielle the Business Manager has done is confirm exactly what I said. They didn't fix my car right and it was extremely difficult and exhausting to get Quality One Dent to admit their mistake and fix it. Exhaustingly and after much dialogue they made a second attempt to re-install the same exact bumper. Interestingly, after their second attempt it aligned better - so it was poor quality the first time! It was the exact same bumper and it was never replaced with an OEM bumper so why couldn't they admit it was shoddy workmanship and as Danielle stated "take great pride in their work and commitment to customer satisfaction" - and fix it correctly. Ultimately, they could improve the result - they just didn't want to! Look at the attached pictures (and also my previously supplied pictures) and you be the judge. These were MY photos - not Quality One's photos. After two attempts, with the SAME exact bumper, ironically, they were able to realign better. Because of Quality One Dent's refusal to accept that the first install was terrible, BOTH sides were difficult - including Quality One Dent. After holding onto our car for many, many weeks, and when it was apparent they had to make a second attempt to install correctly, now all of a sudden Quality One Dent had no room for my vehicle at their lot. They had no problem with the multiple weeks they sat on it at their lot (when they said they would only need it one week) but now because they're angry and unwilling to work with their customer, they wanted us to take it home with the initial bad install and shoddy workmanship and bring it back later. Ridiculous and very transparent their intentions. Incredibly unprofessional. read more

Pros: - Rachel and the team took great care of me from start to finish. - Came by for an estimate and followed up with the repair work about a week later. - They were kind enough to provide a loaner for a few hours (this was minor repair work). Very communicative, professional and I was pleased with the end result. Cons: - When I did a final walk-around of the vehicle, I noticed one issue that had not been addressed so when I brought it up, they gladly took care of it within 15-20 minutes. Mistakes happens, glad I found it before I drove off because I would have had to make another trip. - I followed up with a request for additional service and the team never got back to me to finalize an appointment. I reached out for a quote for a scratch repair and got a standard templated response. I followed the instructions in the message and got no response back from them. After the 3rd day, I called and tried to follow up about the quote. A woman answered, made some comments about my last name and how she would remember it. But, would respond through email about the quote. I waited 3 more days, called 6 times and messaged again on yelp with no response. I have never dealt with a business that operates in this manner. I am not sure why I was ghosted. But, this was really an unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

I have a low mileage classic car that I love very very much. A careless driver hit me and I was really upset. Luckily, that driver had insurance. I didn't want to take my precious car any old place to get the body damage fixed. I did a ton of research to find the right place that could do a fantastic job fixing my car, and would also take the other driver's insurance and make sure that insurance paid for all the work. Quality One Dent had nothing but great reviews so even though it's quite a drive from where I live, I decided to take my car there. It was really easy to schedule and get my car in for an estimate. JP and Danielle were easy to talk to and work with. They kept me updated on the progress of the repairs to my car. And they appreciated how much I love my car and took care of it for me. Quality One Dent did a phenomenal job fixing my classic car. It had looked great before the other car hit it and I hoped that it would still look great after the repairs. Quality One Dent had to search all over the US for various decals and parts and the car looks brand new instead of a little bit faded, as it had before. I'm very meticulous and have high standards, and I was really pleased to see that they do as well. On top of making the car look better, when they reassembled the body parts, the car actually drove better than it had since I bought it. I'm the 7th owner of the car. When I bought it, it had a few alignment problems which I'd spent a lot of money to try to fix but it was never perfect. And the steering column always vibrated a bit as I was driving. Somehow, after Quality One Dent reassembled the front end, the car drives much more smoothly and the alignment is perfect. So it's more than I expected and I'm overjoyed at the job that they did. They took the time to match the paint perfectly. I learned that the antique decals had taken a lot of time and patience to remove properly without damaging the body. Quality One Dent was a great experience my car literally was out of the shop the beginning of July only to get hit again in the car wash the following week. Quality One Dent family owned and operated with a friendly dog I schedule that week and they took me in the following weekend on Saturday before hand they gave me quote the man who did the work assured me that the dent I had would be able to be taken out without needed to get painted so that was a plus and sure enough I took it in early morning Saturday around 10am they had it done and ready for me by 1pm. I should also state that the paint was broken so simply pulling out the dents wasn't an option for my new Infinity. I called Quality One Dent because they had 5 stars and were located on Broadway, so easy to get picked up. Danielle was an absolute joy to work with. She dropped me at home, she worked with my insurance company for a supplemental request and made the entire process feel effortless. The work was done timely and I even got a touch up pen in case I get any scratches from normal wear and tear. I've recommended them to others who have also been very happy with their work. Taking your car in for body work is never something you want to do, but Danielle and PJ made the experience as painless as possible. I feel like I have to be on guard with any type of car service but they both immediately set me at ease. They offered a couple of options/price points depending on how perfect I wanted my 8year old car and I was going to get other estimates, but I appreciated the options and the price seemed fair. 10/27: Update to the initial post with an after work completed review. I'm blown away by this PDR and body shop. Daniel and PJ went above and beyond with my vehicle every step of the way!! There was some issues with my insurance company giving them the ole run around but Danielle made the effort to get everything sorted without my involvement. But, from the lost time with the insurance company, PJ's and his crew expertise shined by busting tail to complete the repair under a very short timeline. They even told me that there was a new technique/ machine used on my vehicle that preserved the factory quality. Overall I cannot say enough positive things about this repair shop other than I'm a customer for LIFE and you should give them a shot as well :-) Original post: We were caught in that May hail-ageddon storm and put off repairs until recently. This is the shop for paintless hail damage repair!!! We are VERY impressed with their quality of work and customer service. A few years ago we went to another paintless dent repair and they did such a poor job. It was terrible. The guys at Quality One went back and repaired EVERYTHING and replaced EVERYTHING that the previous shop had (not) done. They made it all so easy with everything from communicating with our insurance company, offered us a rental car, completed the job in a timely manner, AND gave it back to us cleaner then when we dropped it off!!! I had some scratches on my bumper that they even buffed out for me! I can not say enough positive things about them!
