Excellent work and even better customer service! The repairs were done beautifully, but what really stood out was the amazing staff. Karen went above and beyond, advocating for me with the insurance company and making sure everything was taken care of. Perfection Unlimited is not a good body shop. They are a fantastic body shop. You're treated with respect, their estimates are spot on, and the workmanship is expert level. If you need a body shop, you will not be disappointed by Karen and Rick - the owners - who are outstanding from beginning to end! read more

Amazing customer service! Family-owned and run business. They did an incredible job and got it done quickly and beautifully. My SUV looks better now than before we got rear-ended! Thanks to Rick and Karen and their incredible team! We'll never go anywhere else! read more

Previously, i had a bad experience with a body repair shop in the State Farm "network" so decided to select a repair shop in my own. After reading reviews of a number of body shops. I took my car to Perfection Unlimited for an assessment and quote. They were very responsive and good communicators. While waiting for my rental car, I had a conversation with several people in Perfection's waiting room. They were repeat customers and said they wouldn't take their car anywhere else. After picking up my car, I determined that they were right Although I would like to avoid frequently needing this service, I would readily take my car back to this shop. 5 Stars for Perfection Unlimited! read more

We have used them several times, perfection Unlimited does great quality work for a very reasonable price.

Today I had the good fortune of meeting Karen & Jessica at Perfection Unlimited. Yelp reviews led me here. I badly scratched the side of my car. ( I wont share what I did!) I drove over to Perfection Unlimited for an estimate. I didn't know what to expect. Karen & Jessica took care of the damage on the spot & even suggested some products to purchase at an auto store to really shine up the car. What a pleasure to experience professionalism, honesty & excellent customer service. I will be sharing my 'good find" with everyone I know & returning if their services are required. This afternoon the auto body gods shone down on me! read more

Had a rear quarter panel replaced from an accident. These folks are responsive, on-the-ball, know what they're doing and the work is spot-on. We have used them 3 times for 3 different body shop repairs and have never ever had a problem. We love this team. read more

After a telephone pole jumped out at my car, denting and scraping my rear quarter panel, I dreaded both the ensuing inconvenience and cost associated with having it repaired. After procrastinating for several weeks, I learned that my usual car repair shop (Hotchkiss - also fabulous!) doesn't do body work but they recommended Perfection Unlimited. I am sooo glad they did! When I dropped by (with very little notice) Karen took a look and explained exactly what it would take to make my car look new again, then quickly worked up and printed a detailed estimate. The estimate was less than anticipated so we set a date for me to drop off the car a week or so later. When it came time to complete the repair, it was completely painless. I dropped the car off, Ubered home, and then Ubered back again on the day it was to be completed. The repair was completed on time and looked PERFECT!!! Unfortunately my story doesn't end there. Just a few weeks later my 16-yr-old new driver scraped another car as he was pulling out of a parking space, scratching the exact same quarter panel that had just been repaired. (Ugh. Apparently neither of us are great drivers.) Thankfully, the owner of the other vehicle was super understanding. She didn't have a relationship with a body shop and since I had just had a great experience at Perfection Unlimited, I recommended she check with them and let me know how much I would owe her. To my surprise she called a day or two later to share that Perfection Unlimited had fixed it at no charge! (Seriously. See Jane D's review!) Could this get any better?!? Well, it does! Read on... When I revisited Perfection Unlimited to have my own rear quarter panel repaired they took my car inside and buffed it out at no cost. Zero! Even though they worked their magic in less than 10-15 minutes, they could have easily charged both Jane D and I for their time...but they chose not to. As a result, they've earned two more customers, plus I've now recommended this body shop to two additional friends. B O T T O M L I N E : Go! This level of customer service and honesty in business is (sadly) rare. Also, they're just nice folks! read more

Beware! This company is now being pursued by the Better Business Bureau. I brought my car there over three months ago, and they refused to give me an estimate, despite the fact that I made an appointment for an estimate. They said that they needed to talk to my insurance company first, despite the fact that I had already been paid by my insurance company and was ready to turn that payment over to them. There is something very shady going on behind the scenes. They still will not provide an estimate, and they only respond about 25% of the time. They do not care about your business. Steer clear. read more

Excellent customer service, trustworthy and transparent, and an amazing team of dedicated professionals. We highly recommend Perfection Unlimited for any needed body shop work! We are repeat customers and this second time we had a lot of issues with my insurance company. Karen went to bat for us and worked diligently to help the insurance company understand how and why the damages were more complicated than originally thought. Once we got through all that, the body shop team worked quickly to get our car done and did a fantastic job! read more

Old school professionalism, competence, speed, and integrity is hard to find. Perfection Unlimited is a Colorado gem. Rick and Karen listened to my priorities. Rick provided a cost-effective solution to a fender-bender that bent my t-bar. Rick taught me stuff too! He let me get under the car and see that my radiator was ok. He showed me how to wire my horn back together- no charge! I felt the ghost of my dad applauding my auto body find. Karen is kind and organized. RJ is funny and upbeat. Every staff was friendly, conscientious, and upbeat. I love this place! read more

I love supporting family businesses! Cars are not my forte, & repairs/upkeep can be so intimidating when everyone's been scammed or taken advantage of once or twice in the auto industry. Karen & Jessica are the most customer oriented mother-daughter duo up front. And Rick & his guys in the back take such pride in their work! I am so happy to have found this shop. Good people helping good people with honest recommendations & fair prices. I'm so happy to support them & will sing their praises if anyone I know is looking for a body shop in the future. read more

Came in today to get an estimate of repair on my vehicle. I was met with prompt, courteous, professional, and thorough service. Everything was explained to me line by line on how and why work would be done. I found the 5 star reviews for this company to be absolutely warranted. Great company and definitely my first choice for auto body service in the future! read more

I and my daughters family and friends in Denver have been serviced and aided and helped by Rick and Karen, often times at their own expense for 5 of our own vehicles and many others of friends of ours. I've been experiencing Perfection Unlimited quality work since we moved from Hawaii to Denver in 2014. I am from the aloha state of Hawaii and have always been spoiled with the aloha spirit with folks that have serviced my cars since the day I was able to drive. I have personally stood outside the shop and watch Rick help a person that drove up snap his front shrouds into place so they could continue home and politely tell the person, this one's on the house. Ever been to any other body shop in the area that does this? Rick and Karen have the same aloha spirit that I have experienced in Hawaii. I send all my friends to Perfection Unlimited every chance I can recommend and honest, upright, caring and professionally executed workmanship. This review has been long overdue since I just happened on this yelp site tonight. Mahalo Nui Loa Rick and Karen Cal L read more

Upon good yelp reviews I went to Perfection U. today to get a quote for a front bumper replacement. I also got a quote for back bumper which had black paint from a minor back up collision. They took off the paint for free! Very friendly, walk in estimates, and the quote was 700.00 below another I got. I'm excited to do the work. Because of winter weather first appointment was April 11 th - 2 months from now. read more

Karen was professional, honest, and straightforward; she even gave me a second quote to save me a couple hundred dollars!! They were prompt and courteous. Hopefully I won't have any more issues with my car but if I do, I'll be going back to them. read more

I cannot recommend Perfection Unlimited enough! They have done work for us on two separate occasions, and both have turned out better than I could have expected. Most recently, they redid a poorly done paint job on my daughter's car. Even though it took more work and effort than originally anticipated, they stuck with their estimate, which was a pleasant surprise! Do not hesitate to use this business! read more

In the last two years we have had body work on our car and hitches installed on each of our two cars. In each case Karen and Rick have been great to work with and have gone beyond anything we expected to make sure we were well taken care of. The work is always first rate and the prices are fair by any standard. Take a look at all their reviews at this site and others, that is why we chose them to begin with. You won't be disappointed. read more

5 stars all around! I dinged my car up against the side of the garage and was freaking out. They got me in quickly for an estimate and took care of it the next day. They are super friendly and accommodating and never tried to upsell me. They relieved all of my anxiety with quick, friendly service at a reasonable cost. I can't recommend them enough! read more

Just got my Honda back from Perfection Unlimited and it was amazing. It looked like it rolled off the showroom floor. I got 3 quotes and Perfection Unlimited's was the lowest, most detailed how they were going to do the work (no replacement panels or tons of bondo) and also great customer service. Scheduled out a date that worked for both of us and very satisfied with the results. You should always include them in your quote list. read more

Perfection got me in right away to take a look at the scrape a student driver put on my car trying to unpark, then buffed it out at no charge. They are mixing me some new paint for an old scratch that was nearby and that reappeared; probably the touch-up we did a few years back just wore off. I was so impressed with their friendly and helpful attitude. I am planning go there if I have body work to do in the future. read more

I cannot say enough nice things about this shop. They're honest, personable, and a small family owned business which takes pride in their work. I gave the utmost respect and admiration for the owners and their daughter who helped me initially when I went to get an estimate. Thanks so much! Blessings to you all. read more

It is rare that an encounter with a business changes the way I feel about humanity. I got a HUGE scratch down the length of my truck, and was distraught about how much it would cost to fix, and how long it would take. I called several shops to see if I could get an estimate, and I kept getting told they were months out from being able to help. I called Perfection Unlimited, and was told that I could bring it by anytime for an estimate. When I arrived later that afternoon, the friendly shop representative came out and investigated. She told me to stand by, and then came back with some equipment to assist. After spending some time working on the scratch, she brought out Rick (the shop owner), who proceeded to work earnestly on my truck on the spot. In short, he worked a miracle, and the vast majority of the damage is gone. He tried to under-charge me, but I insisted on a more fair price that better reflected the time outstanding service that they invested in me. I could not be more grateful for this wonderful business. Honest, friendly, hard-working, and genuine folks who go way above and beyond what a normal company would to take care of their customers. I would give them 10 stars if I could. read more

I had a great experience here, even though I didn't end up having any work done. I called and asked if they could give me an estimate, and they said no problem. I drove right in and met with the super nice woman at the front desk. We walked out to my car and she immediately diagnosed the bumps and bruises on my Subaru Legacy. Then we walked back inside and she promptly printed out an estimate for me. The estimate was very detailed and broke down each item I was being charged for. I wasn't sure exactly which work I wanted to do given my budget, so she then printed out each of the different work to different parts of the car individually and explained where the overlap was so that we could save money by doing some of the work together. I haven't done the work, but when I decide to, I'll definitely go here and report back on quality. Great reviews are encouraging! read more

Not only is Perfection Unlimited amazing at repairing cars, they go the extra mile to provide great customer service. They are easy to work with and provide a fair and detail estimate. They are right on the mark to inform when the repair will be completed. In fact my car was repaired 1 day before promised. It looks brand new! The inside and outside were clean and spotless. Karen and Rick take pride in their work and repair and it shows in how well the customer is treated the minute you walk in the door. I highly recommend Perfection Unlimited as they definitely live up to their name. read more

I took my daughter's 2009 Honda CRV to Perfection Unlimited at the recommendation of Kevin, owner of Ace Auto Repair, for a repair estimate of the front bumper damage I'd caused. Karen greeted me with such warmth and kindness and listened as I explained how it happened (in my rush to get home to greet my daughter, son-in-law and new granddaughter after their stay in the hospital). Karen said, "Well, let's take a look and see what needs to be done." She thought it wouldn't take a great deal of work (given it's an old car, and I wasn't looking for 'new') and said she'd ask her husband (Rick) if he had time to look at it. I was surprised when he told her he'd take a look at it "right now." I was even more surprised when he said he'd go ahead and repair it while I waited. I found that shocking enough but when he was done, they did not charge me for the repairs! I've never had that experience and cannot say how grateful I am for their kindness. I highly recommend Perfection Unlimited! read more

I took my car that had been in a scrape to Perfection Unlimited. The whole experience was excellent. Karen and her husband Rick provided great communication and were a pleasure to deal with. Perfection is an understatement when it comes to this body shop. Why? Their skill and service is beyond compare. They are honest! They pride themselves on the highest level of customer service. Family owned and operated --- they guarantee you will be satisfied! I have taken my car to Perfection Unlimited for years and have referred many of my family and friends to them and they are equally pleased with the quality of work. Chet, who recently retired, left his company in extremely capable hands! Rick (who has worked for Chet since he was "Yay high") and his wife, Karen, have continued to run this top-notch shop. It may be out of the way, but well worth the drive. When the bodywork was completed, they returned my car in pristine condition! Did I say they were honest? I left my credit card in the rental car, and thankfully Rick found it before Enterprise picked it up. And they were so accommodating; got it back to me personally without having to drive back to their shop. Hopefully I won't be in an accident any time soon but if I do, the car goes right back to them!! Above and beyond! PERFECTION! read more

My side view mirror was side swiped and destroyed. I saw the good reviews for this place and took it by when I was getting estimates. Looked at a few shops to replace the bumper of my Honda Civic. Not only did Perfection Unlimited have the best price, but I just had a good feeling when I met Chet. I hate car repairs because my knowledge of whats actually needed pales in comparison to the shop owner, but Chet was great to work with and put me at ease. He did a wonderful job with the bumper, making it look brand new, and he even took care of an unrelated issue at no charge. Strongly recommend them! Old school honest shop. read more

Great people who never disappoint! They are honest, and great at their craft. I recommend Perfection Unlimited without reservation.

Where do I even begin - this place is the absolute BEST! I went in today at the last minute after hitting a pole feeling like an idiot - Karen walked out yo my car and even though she had to let out an audible wince, she was incredibly kind to me. We are trading in our car on Thursday - understanding the situation she called out Rick - who came over and immediately began working on the huge dent I put in my car. He pulled it around and after 10 minutes he came out with the keys - Karen apologized because it was the best he could do. Y'all - my car looked 1000% better - I could have shed a tear...I did not imagine he would be able to smooth the dent or get the bumper back in - another professional in the area had already told me replacement was my only option. On top of doing an amazing job, they were sweet to my baby boy, shared some animal crackers with him, made me feel less terrible about my idiotic mistake, and were just genuinely kind. Human kindness and honesty in a business is a rarity - these guys have it in spades. Hopefully I don't run into any more poles but I can guarantee if I ever do - I will immediately head to Perfection. Thank you Karen, Rick, and everyone at Perfection - you guys made my day infinitely brighter! read more

This place is amazing. I brought my car here after having a bad experience at another body shop and they corrected all of the previous work. I recently had some body work done at Perfection Unlimited on my 2012 Grand Cherokee. Karen who did the quote and scheduling, was very pleasant and professional. Her estimate was 40% less than another I obtained at a "National" repair place. The repair was done timely and repaired the damage so that it is impossible to tell it was ever damaged. When settling up with Karen, she informed me they were able to cut 5 hours work off the bill so my total was less than the estimate. How many firms do you know that would pass a savings of 5 hours time to the customer rather than increasing their profit margin. I strongly recommend this business - they are solid, trustworthy people. read more

I have taken multiple cars to Perfection Unlimited and each and every interaction has been a true pleasure. Their work is excellent as are their prices. But what I truly value is their commitment to treating their customers as people who matter. Rick and Karen clearly care about their customers, which is a rarity in an era of declining commitment to customer service. Perfection Unlimited is a place to which I am more than happy to give my business. I highly recommend this shop. read more
