I wanted to let everyone know about a great body shop. I had my Mercedes 5 months when I hit a fire hydrant (July 2021) which scraped down the door, denting and gauging it. I checked my usual shop (Abra) and they couldn't even get me in for an estimate for a month. Then it would be months after that before they could fix it. I started looking around and saw the great Yelp reviews for a shop 5 minutes away (Aurora Collision Center) who could give me an estimate in 3 days. They could get me in for my repair within 3 weeks. The office staff even called Enterprise for my car rental. They kept the car 2 weeks and kept in contact with my insurance company when more money was needed for repairs they found after disassembling the door. The repair is perfect. You could never tell anything was done to the car. I am very happy and will be back the next time I dent the car. read more

I tried my luck with Aurora Collision, I had two fender benders that needed to be fixed. Jeff is who helped me, he was professional and kept me up to speed on the process of my car. I've never been in a car accident and had to deal with the insurance company before. They were really helpful with helping me get everything processed and taken care of and explaining things to me in general. When I got my car back it was like brand new again! The paint matched perfectly you couldn't even tell it had been hit on both sides. I couldn't be more satisfied with their services. I went to ACC based on their website and reviews. I was not disappointed. I dropped my 2016 Toyota Prius off after hours. The guy were still there and made room in the shop so my car wouldn't be outside. The repair to my driver side rear view mirror and door was finished on time and looked great. They even went so far as to take the small convex mirror I had on the damaged mirror and put it on the new mirror. When we picked up the car they went over was done and were in no hurry to send us on our way even though it was closing time. A great shop ! read more

In the last year, I've unfortunately needed to have body work done twice on my Mazda 3 hatchback. I wish I'd come to ACC on my first visit, but I was not so lucky. But after a terrible experience at another local repair shop, I brought my car to Aurora Collision Center the second time and couldn't be more happy with their work and customer service. Whereas the first place I went to took twice as long to fix my car, ACC fixed everything in the timeframe they promised. I had to return twice to the first place that fixed my car because the job wasn't done properly, but ACC did a great job the first time! The communication at ACC is top notch, also. They gave me emails, letters and phone calls at least daily to keep me apprised of what was happening with my car (with the other place, I typically had to call them to get updates). Aurora Collision Center was courteous, helpful, professional, punctual and left me feeling well taken care of. I had contacted BMW hoping for a loaner but they were fully booked and were going to charge me a hefty hourly rate. Aurora Collision Center however was more than reasonable in their fees and even picked me up and dropped me off! They were incredibly friendly, very upfront and helpful, and they entirely dealt with the insurance company for me. As for the work, my car looks basically brand new and I couldn't be happier! An outstanding experience from start to finish. ACC employees were, without exception, friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. The work was scheduled quickly and finished promptly. The car looks fantastic. The paint blend (the car is 10 years old) is amazing. When writing up the estimate it was clear they knew what they were looking at and had a very good idea of what the repair would take. The explanation was straight-forward and no-nonsense. Once the repair started we received a phone call because they were going to have to replace a clip that would add $5.85 to the cost. Seriously. An added $5.85 prompted a phone call to let us know so there were no surprises. I didn't think anybody did business this way anymore. ACC does. Best shop I have ever worked with. read more

I just called to make an appointment and they declined my service. They said I needed an estimate from my adjuster but my adjuster said I can just take it to any shop and they'll send the check to the shop. The shop refused and basically called me a liar. read more

This is my update. I'm sorry if you feel it was an unfair review, it was an incredibly frustrating experience. I was in fact told I could sell my car to ACC for $600 Phil, maybe you weren't part of that conversation. I admit I'm not an expert in body work, but why was welding in a new channel not discussed vs a whole new roof? I guess I'm also confused as to why a different State Farm certified glass company had two techs look at it to give me their opinion and both said it wasn't nearly as bad as I was told? Thanks for calling the tow company for me, just to be clear it was me who paid for it, which is expected. Also thanks for not charging me to wrap the windshield while it was on the truck. read more

After recently reviewing a business after a very horrible experience, I wanted to balance my Yelp reviews to compliment a business that I have nothing but praise for. I thank my lucky stars for finding ACC. I have used them for 5 years on 3 different cars and each time ACC has exceeded my expectations. Lets face it, no one WANTS to have to go to a Collision Repair Shop but if you have to go, this is the place. I trust them so much that I continue returning there when I have a need despite living nowhere near Aurora--it's that trustworthy. I've recommended this shop to friends and family and everyone I've sent has had rave reviews. Tami even gave me leftover paint and a little brush and showed me how to touch up any future scratches I get on my newer car which we are hoping to keep looking new for as long as possible. She also personally touched up a few spots that were unrelated to the hit and run damage I had to bring the car in for. This shop is a shining example of customercentric practice. The service and quality are top notch and fair. They even showed me areas on my car that were strictly cosmetic and wouldn't hurt the body of my car in any way to not pay to fix it if I wanted to keep more money in my pocket. I've waited a few months since the repair on my truck to write a review for ACC. I want to give them 5 stars but there were a couple of issues that prevents me from doing so. I drive an older Toyota Tacoma and got into a minor accident that damaged my front bumper and one headlight. I took my vehicle for estimates to a few different places, and I came to ACC based on their social media reviews. Jeff was helpful, friendly and understood my needs. Because my truck is 17 years old I didn't want to spend a bunch of money on fixing it up. While I maintain my vehicle as well as I can, after 17 years my girl has seen her share of minor dings, dents and scrapes. It made no sense to drop a bunch of money on her. ACC communicated well with me during the entire time they had my truck and did the work to replace the bumper & headlight, along with minor body work to make her look "good enough". The only reason for not giving them 5 stars is I had to go back - a trim piece on top of the bumper kept popping out and the headlight wasn't secured properly. It was minor, but I can't give a "perfect score" if I had to go back a second time - sorry guys. However - with that said, I would most likely do business with ACC again. read more

I just bought a brand new car last summer, and only a few months later I got rear ended near my house. It's my first brand new car ever, and so I was really bummed (even though it could have been a lot worse). Fast forward a few months and I am researching a body shop in Aurora. This one came up with great reviews so I took it in to and met with Phil. Phil has been extremely helpful and very professional with explaining the entire process with me. I got an estimate with another shop (insurance mandated), but I took it to Phil and ACC instead. The team there took great care in making sure all parts were covered, never once did I feel they were shortchanging me, or cutting corners. They took a few weeks for the repair, and Phil kept me in the loop with all updates and changes. They worked with the insurance company and took care of all that. When I got my car back it looked brand new again. I was afraid that it being so new that repairs would be an issue, but they are competent, knowledgeable and precise with their work. I have been driving my car again for a week and half since picking up and it is like when I just bought it. That to me, is the best part. I just bought this car, then got an accident, but having it back from ACC it feels and looks like nothing happened. Phil is a great guy who kept me updated, felt he was honest and I could tell he was proud of his work. I'm especially glad to help a local business instead of taking it to the dealership or some national chain. Its very important to me to support local business in Colorado so I was glad to find a shop that does good work. We asked for a quote to repair a couple of doors on a 2008 chevy aveo. We mentionned that the car was obviously not worth that much anymore, around $4000, asked if it was possible to stay on the cheap side, like to use parts for a junk yard or something. The guy said sure, but you can't bring your own parts, we'll find them for you. He said he would have to charge us $25 for the quote but that it would go towards the repairs if we ended up doing the work with them. We said ok, pease give us a quote. After literaly 2 minutes, before he was even done, the bill was already above $3000. We gave him his $25 and left. Also worth mentionning, during the time we were there, another customer showed up. The employee who was serving us just turned away and started interacting with the new customer, telling him that he would have to come back later to get his quote and telling him of course that he would have to get the $25 upfront, obviously. Looks like the quote thing is a significant part of their buisness. Well, way to go, $25 for 2 minutes of "work". read more

I took my truck in last week for an estimate on a dent in the tailgate. I was told they wouldn't give me an estimate unless I first paid $25 which would be applied toward the repair if I got it done there. The guy said the owner made the decision a while back to charge for estimates because they were tired of people getting estimates for court and never getting the work done. Ummm....that's the nature of your business; you give estimates and people decide to go with you or not. I didn't pay and instead went elsewhere. I got 2 estimates the same morning and picked the more expensive one actually because I like that shop the best. I paid 50% down and left the tailgate there. The work should be done tomorrow. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone needing any sort of body work done on their car. A great mechanic referred them to me to assist with some light stains I had unknowingly gotten on my brand new white car. After a few other places, including my own dealership, couldn't seem to help my problem I went here thinking I was about to pay a great deal of money to have them removed. Tammy at the front desk could NOT have been more nice and helpful. I arrived about 10 minutes before close, and she herself got up, looked at the stains, and went to grab a hand polish to see if that would do the trick. Instead of charging me and taking my car in for paint work, which she very well could have, she stayed with me for 45 minutes rubbing out the stains herself. I was told by so many other sources that the stains had reached the paint and that it was a serious issue that would need paint work, but all it took was a bit of insight and help from Tammy. I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone! read more
