We used Brian's team at Scratch Master when a trip from Centennial to Hays, Kansas resulted in severe hail damage to our 2012 vehicle. Buyer Beware! Brian did not fully explain their pricing structure when we discussed the scratches on my Lincoln. He told me about the $67. upfront charge to drive to my residence to view the damages, but did not note that their minimum charge is around $300, with the reduction of the $67.00 if I decided to go forward on the repair. I would of pursue different options for the repair, especially since the scratches was superficial in the clear coat. I felt I was misled on the cost. $67.00 gone! I do web development, and I ALLWAYS explain fully my pricing structure to my clients! Do your research, there are other options to pursue especially when it's only the clear coat that is scratched! read more

Scratch Master's repair work on my car 5 star! The paint job and the dent repair on my Audi were top notch and I'm very pleased with the end results. I wish I'd taken before & after photos of my fog light grill -- it looks great! His "right-hand man" did the work onsite and was very professional. I can't believe he was able to pull the big dent out of my trunk! No bondo!! Because I live in Conifer, Brian preferred that I bring the car to him in Littleton for a quote. Brian seemed to be very, very busy with multiple clients and quotes (which I took as a good sign) while I was there. That said, his 'quote process' was odd to me, as he just went around the car writing on blue painter's tape how much this or that dent would cost to repair -- but maybe that's how it's done in this industry(?). In the end, I just added up the ones that I wanted fixed, a total of $1000. I came back two days later for the work, and he didn't remember which dents and paint work I needed... but I reviewed my needs with his helper and the turn around and workmanship on the end product was superb -- in and out in one day! There was one thing I was disappointed with: I asked for a cash discount upfront, which Brian agreed to, but I could not nail down his reduced price. I expected to shave 3-5% ($30-$50) off the price by not using a credit card. However, the 'cash' price just ended up being the original quote of $1000. So, be forewarned that if you want to pay with cash, they may add on 3-5% for using a credit card, which was my only other option, as I didn't bring along a personal check. I would recommend ScratchMaster and give them 5 stars for awesome workmanship, which is really what matters in the end. Remember to take those before & after photos! read more

I needed hail repair and I thought my car was done for good. Fortunately I met Brian at Scratch Master. He helped me get my Subaru back to new. It looks fantastic! I put off fixing my car for so long because I thought it would be expensive. But, at Scratch Master they bend over backwards to make sure the process is painless and very cost effective. I lucked out, Brian paid for my deductible so it didnt cost me a penny out of pocket. He was also flexible as he let me take my car in sooner then discussed so I could make it home for Xmas, and surprisingly was able to get more damage repaired then we originally thought. Michael from Scratch Master was scheduled for 7am Monday morning and he was right on time. He fixed a dent on my truck bed that went through the paint down to the metal. I was very sad as my truck only has 300 miles on it. I was given three options for repair from very basic to full out repair. I went for it and wanted it to be absolutely perfect. I was so nervous about the process but Michael invited me into the whole process and explained everything. He sanded down the spot, filled it, sealed it, color matched the paint perfectly, and clear coated the entire side bed of my truck. The finished result is perfect. The relief I felt having made the right decision to trust Scratch Master with my truck is indescribable. I have attached photos of Michael's work because I really don't see many posted. Update: Brian worked on my latest vehicle acquisition this week and as usual his repairs are impeccable. I had a spot of paint damage from bird poop on the roof and some other minor dings and scratches that happen with life and Brian made them gone just like he has on my prior repairs/vehicles. This guy is a flake. I've called / emailed him a handful of times for different jobs, and he's never even given the courtesy of returning the call. A few years ago, I drove out to his house near the airport to get an estimate on a bumper paint fix, and he wouldn't give a straight answer for a bid...it was clear that he didn't want to do it, even though I would have paid his full price. read more

They did a great job touching up the scratches on my rear bumper. Only firm I found that could fix the scratches without removing bumper and having to leave vehicle for several days to repair. He came to the house to do the work so very convenient and price seemed reasonable. read more
