This is the worst place you could choose to get your car repaired. Here is my reasoning based on experience. A. I took my car here to get repaired after an accident that was not my fault. I did all the leg work with the insurance company they did not help one bit. B. After finally getting my car to be worked on it took 45 days to receive my vehicle back. C. The vehicle had several issues when I got it back. Traction control, Check Engine, and ABS lights on. As well as a clunking noise which is related the power steering work I had done. D. They keep giving me the run around about the sensors and noise then refused to do a re-estimate to USAA for the additional issues. I spent another month dealing with this so far. E. They lost a screw and its missing for my air intake. They re-used a bad part. F. They do not have a receptionist to answer the phone and it is very difficult to get a hold of someone. They are understaffed and don't care how it affects the customers. The gentlemen named ART is a liar and a scam artist. Beware doing business here. He also discriminated against my wife who speaks poor English. read more

I took my car in for a full detail and was very impressed all around! The waiting room is comfortable and I was able to work remotely while my car was worked on. They requested to schedule 4 hours for my detail and my car was ready in 3. The technician gave me a 'tour' of my car after the detail. Stains that were in my car seats were gone! I had previously had my seats cleaned by a car wash place and they did not get the stains out! The technician explained how to care for my car and answered other questions I had. As the story goes... My daughter got into an accident that wasn't her fault. We took the vehicle to BumperDoc's to get repaired. American Family Insurance paid. We got the vehicle back and the 2 front tires blew out within a week. We replaced with BRAND NEW tires. Within another week they blew out again! We towed back to BumperDoc's... after them saying the alignment could not be corrected, now they say it needs front end work. My issue is why wasn't this caught before releasing the vehicle the first time. Now we are out another $400 in tires all because of a missed diagnosis. Now back to the back of the line... we now have to wait another month to have the car repaired correctly. This has been a situation that won't end. If this was your loved one you were putting in a vehicle to have repaired, how would you feel? This was my 19 year old daughter and I will not let this stand! They seem very nice, but they are far too over booked to be efficient. Even our insurance rep said it was like pulling teeth to get anything accomplished. Bottom line! There should never be any reason to have to come back after being told your vehicle is good to go. Period! read more

Worst auto detail I ever had. They damaged paint in many areas with the polisher. A detailer needs a lot of expertise to do the right job. Whoever did my detailing was an amateur. If you care about your car, spend three times the price but find the right place that won't damage your paint. I pointed out the damage to the owner and he told me it was already there. I know what my car looks like and know for a fact the damaged areas of paint I pointed out was not their until his detailer touched my car. I should have taken pictures before hand. In March my car was involved in a hit in run. I did some research and found BumperDoc I took my vehicle in to get an estimate of what it would cost for repairs. After speaking to the owner Arthur he seem to be a good guy and a professional on repairs. Boy was I wrong. I asked him how long before the repairs would be complete he said I week at the most I was okay with that but that week turned into almost 3 weeks I was okay with that as long as the repairs was done correctly. They call and tell me my vehicle was ready for pick up. When I got there I had a few concerns about the work that was done I asked Arthur because my bumper did not seem to fit right and the bolts that was used to repair was questionable. The headlight was not fitting right. I don't know about cars and so after taking to him he told me sometimes after a accident on vehicle don't always come back 100% I took his professional word for it paid $2225.76. Three months down the road in July I am making errands and I noticed my bumper is separating from my car. I Immediately Was furious. I called BumperDoc immediately and left a message. This was on July 14 on July 16 after getting no response I took my vehicle back to him. I explained to him what was going on he said let's take a look. After looking at my vehicle for a few moments the first thing he says is my company would of never done this kind of work on your car. I was Immediately upset by his response. He said you must of had someone basically take the car apart and put different bolts in because we would of ever done that. After going back and forth with him he agreed to fix what was wrong. I asked do I need to leave my vehicle he said no if you have time we can fix it in about a hour. So I said yes and waited in the lobby. A while later he come and told me my vehicle was ready. Wrong he put different bolts to hold my bumper together there was bolts missing underneath. He also pick wire hangers under my car to make it hold boy was I mad. All I wanted was my car to be fixed right to drive me and my 3 children safely in. That's it nothing more nothing less I just wanted what was right and I rightfully paid you a lot of money and trusted your professional service. I had to take my car to another repair shop and it's costing because the work was never done correctly and there was also things wrong with my car that he never even told me that could of had me and my kids in a bad situation that could of been deadly for me and my kids.
