This was my first accident and also wasn't my fault, let's start with that. The Body Shop worked with the person's insurance and took care of everything without having to bug me for a thing. Due to supply chain issues and such things that were out of their control things took a bit longer than usual, but they were in direct communication with me every step of the way (and working in an industry at the whim of supply chain issues myself, I completely understood). I arrived and my car was in better than new condition, washed and waxed, and ready to go. The front staff, Janelle and Austin, are the true command post of this business, but I can't neglect to mention all the body shop employees that did the work other work too. I wasn't even their previous customer, but I took my truck to them for a second opinion about what seemed like a so-so paint job that was done on a repair from a different shop. Without a prior appointment, their painter (didn't catch his name) actually took time to look at it and give me his considered opinion about the quality of the job and what they should have/could have done at the other shop. And, when I offered him a tip afterward for giving his time/expertise to me like that, he refused the tip! They scheduled me the wrong appointment, the owner told me I was lying about the time which was very surprising and off-- I asked him to pull the call and he said it doesn't matter and told me I should cancel and go somewhere else. The man yelled at me until I was in literal tears. I'm just trying to get my car fixed, this is very stressful without adding chaos and disrespect to it. Everyone there are not bad but the owner hands down gave me the worst customer service experience I've had in years. I only gave the one star bc no stars isn't an option. ..... I took my car in to get two new side doors after someone turned into me. These guys were great and up front with their business, so I didn't go in blind. Unfortunately the insurance company of the person who hit me was complete garbage, unresponsive and ghosting when they had to pay up, but Akash was an amazing help. He helped me pester them enough to finally get their response and payment and get me back into my car. This is the last time I will use the body shop for any repairs to any vehicle. They lost my business for life. Not only did it take over five weeks for a simple repair but when I pointed out an area that did not look okay/appeared shoddy as far as craftsmanship, the employees got very defensive and proceeded to make comments and derogatory statements toward me as a customer! Not only that but they accused me of dropping my car off a week later than I had and argued ad nauseum about it, despite the fact that I had Proof I was over a thousand miles away when they claim I dropped it off. The Body Shop has a wonderful staff and high quality of service. Their pricing estimates were open and transparent, the time it took to repair my car was shorter than expected, and everyone who worked there was friendly. If you're curious, the repair work was replacing the hood and grill of my 2003 Toyota Corolla. They did a great job fixing it, and they even shined my headlights and bolted my battery back in place (the battery problem was from something else, not what brought me to the Body Shop). This place is the best! I had bumper damage and got some quotes from other places that were much higher than the body shop and said that they would take longer. I dropped my car off on a Monday and got it back Tuesday evening which I really appreciated because I needed it back to get to work. Let me be honest - I had to wait two weeks for an appointment- dropped the car off on Monday with a promised date of Friday but had to wait until the following Tuesday for the repairs to be completed. So why give them 5 stars? Because they are honest, transparent and they fixed my vehicle and it looks brand new. I worked with Bennett who provided a very transparent estimate of parts and repairs. What happened was a bumper didn't fit correctly, had to be re-ordered and re-painted, causing a two day delay. Bennett was straight up honest about what was happening and at the end of the day the repairs were completed perfectly. Even with the extra work the final cost of repairs was exactly what was estimated in the beginning. After all the work was done.. they broke my ABS in the process of repairing front end damage on my tundra, now my odometer/speedometer and shifting from 2 to 4 wheel drive is non existent. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. Worst body shop ever. Took my truck back multiple times for the same issue over 5 times. AEverytime something else on my truck would already be "broken". I pointed out a issue day one of picking it up they said ot was fine. But down the road they blamed that issue on me saying that wpuldnt of let it leave the shop that way. But yet tgey let me leave with a dopr that does not sit right so ait poors into the truck and i can see the sky if i look out it. Everytime i leave a bad review it gets deleted. Trust me people. My repair was a little difficult-- it was a brand new, European car-- documentation was not yet available for the adjuster (Allstate, not The Body Shop) to accurately quote, and many of the required parts needed to be ordered from the manufacturer in Europe. They helped put together a plan that limited my time without my car, while still being sure to get it back in time for holiday travel I had planned. Highly recommended!! My poor car was hit on the side and needed to be fixed. I called around to various shops in the area and all told me it would be months until they'd be able to schedule me. I called The Body Shop and they were able to fit me in right away for an estimate and could even get started on fixing it next week! What's even better is that they stay open until 6 so I didn't have to miss any work. I just picked up my car and it's beautiful, you can't even tell it was damaged. This place is the DIAMOND you're looking for... sort of in the rough in that it's small and off the beaten path. We brought in our car for body work, and they did a FIRST RATE job! Also, even though they weren't the designated place for our insurance estimate, they kept the price very close (within $40) of the estimate. On top of it all, one of the fuses in our car burned out a few days later (likely to be completely unrelated), and I called to ask what to do about it.
