We had a great experience with Eugene and Diego from Splash Mobile Detail! I had them do an interior detail of my husband's truck and it looks so amazing! I didn't realize how black the interior was. It looks like a new truck. I would absolutely recommend them! Eugene was very responsive and explained things clearly. I appreciate the add on for white glove service for them to pick up and drop off the truck while I worked. Overall great experience and I will do again! read more

I brought in my 2013 Jeep Rubicon after it had been sitting in my driveway for quite a while, and was in rough shape. Dusty, grimy, and neglected both inside and out. These guys brought it back to life. Huge shoutout to Eugene, who took time out of his July 4th holiday just to assess the full scope of what was needed. That kind of dedication is rare and says a lot about the level of service here. Diego also did an incredible job. He went above and beyond with the detail work, especially given how challenging some of the paint condition was. He didn't take shortcuts and managed to restore the finish far better than I thought possible. The interior now looks spotless, the paint has depth and shine again, and the Jeep feels like it's been given a second chance. I'm genuinely impressed and grateful for the care they put into this job. Highly recommend this team if you want detailing done right. read more

Bought a new to me Ford Bronco that needed some TLC after the dealer barely cleaned it. Eugene was prompt in responding to my messages and did a 15 minute consultation over the phone explaining his process and the products he used. He came and picked up my vehicle and brought it back later that afternoon. He sent pictures along the way showing how the process was going. I had no idea that vehicles could get that clean nor that the paint could look so good. Pricing was a bit higher than I was wanting to pay, but I know without a doubt that I got my moneys worth. I will definitely be using him to keep it looking great for years to come. read more

Nice clean car! Easy from start to beautiful finish! Very responsive. Called and they did work next day.

Eugene and Diego did an unbelievable job on my car. I was on a time crunch to trade in my car and needed a full detail job. Eugene got in touch with me incredibly fast and saw my car next day. It was not cared for very well, and needed an astronomical amount of work done. Dog hair everywhere. Just a nightmare. It's never been cleaner since I bought it. Good value as well. Highly recommended. read more

Used Splash Mobile Detail for the first time today and glad I did. The truck looks amazing after they did their magic! Getting an estimate was quick and easy. Scheduling and pick up/drop off was efficient and convenient. And wow they did a great job with the detailing. I highly recommend this place. The owner Eugene personally dropped and picked me up, communicated clearly and with no hidden cost or fees. Diego checked with me during pick up if I was happy with his work and he demonstrated that he truly enjoys what he does - it shows! These guys are the real deal. Highly recommend them. read more

I got a full detail inside and out in prep for a car wrap. Vape juice on the interior windows and dash, very dusty from off roading and such. Hadnt been vacuumed in years... They did everything, including the engine bay. Dropped it off at my doorstep looking like a brand new vehicle. For the amount of work involved it was very affordable. They paid attention to the problems I mentioned and went above and beyond making sure I was satisfied with the end result. I'll definitely use Splash mobile detail for car cleaning / detailing services again read more

I submitted an inquiry for detailing via Yelp and received a professional and detailed response from Eugene at Splash Mobile in short order. Eugene clearly laid out all available options and shared his perspective as to which services would make the most sense given the condition of my vehicle and how I utilize it everyday. We took advantage of the white glove option which made it so easy - Diego on Eugene's team picked up the car and several hours later he returned what seriously could feel like a brand new car from the lot. After the vehicle was returned Eugene followed up to provide guidance on how to care for the car to ensure the ceramic coating would last as long as possible. Eugene and Diego are professional and clearly care deeply about what they do. I'll be leveraging them again soon for our second vehicle and cannot recommend them highly enough. If you are looking for a detail service THIS is the team to leverage. read more

Diego did an absolutely amazing job detailing the interior of our car. We haven't cleaned our car in years and with two young kids our car was an absolute mess! When we got it back I couldn't believe how nice the car was, it felt like a new car again! Thanks again and appreciate the quick scheduling and turn around! read more

I usually will call on a few places and get some budgetary estimates before deciding on a hiring a company. However, after reading a few of the reviews at Splash I knew that I didn't have to do that. I made the call and I'm glad I did. Eugene was great to work with. He's a people person first and a business owner second. He's very honest and has a great sense of humor. I told him I was going to sell my car and he knew exactly what needed to be done. He recommended a few things I do and recommended other things I wouldn't need to do, but he left the choices up to me. I have two dogs and my car had PLENTY of dog hair in it but they were able to get it all out. He texted me with updates and photos. The price was fair and was right on par with the estimate he gave me before even seeing the car. My car now looks brand new! I'm so pleased with the product, and I'm really glad I met Eugene. He's one of a kind! Thank you Eugene and Carlos! read more

Background, and I so wish I had before pictures: we have a boxer. And anyone who has fur baby boxer knows what our Jeep looked like before the detail. It was a year and a half to two years worth of doggie slobber. Add to that a trip to Lake Powell, Moab, a few beaches on Oregon, and living on a dirt road and there was fur, slobber, and sand everywhere! Enter Splash... For starters, Eugene answered the request for a quote instantaneously. I don't think I even waited 10 minutes. It's steep, but add to it all the amazing reviews we knew we couldn't go anywhere else. Eugene was very attentive and talking to him, Tanner, and Noah was like talking to friends of ours. Pictures of the whole process were sent, we were updated frequently, and the whole car was completed before we thought it would be. Our Jeep is so pristine you could eat a gooey cheeseburger off of it, not that I would, I wouldn't want to ruin this work of art! Is it so much more comfortable that it was! I can't wait to spend two days in it just to get to Oregon. We will for sure be back! read more

Wow, what can't I say about Splash Mobile Detail. First of all, I received this car in not the best state from the previous owner. The previous owner had smoked heavily in this car and left stains and ash all over the seats. As the new owner, and the neat freak that I am, I knew I had to get this car professionally cleaned. There was absolutely no way I could have done the job myself. I requested a quote through Yelp and within minutes I received a quote from Eugene. When he gave me the quote, it was a bit above my price range but Eugene said he'd work with me and to give him a call in the morning. Boy, was I glad we talked it though. Eugene is the owner and is extremely knowledgeable about cleaning and taking good care of all vehicles. I explained to him everything I needed and he gave me an extremely fair price. What was even better was that he was able to fit me in that day and promised a 24 hour job. Eugene and his team were extremely responsive and I knew I had left it in good hands. They did a complete ozone treatment to get the smoke out of the car, waxed the exterior and did a DEEP clean of the interior. Eugene called me that night and updated me on the process. He even recommended that I purchase a new air cabin filter to preserve and elongate the cleanliness of my new car. The next day, Eugene and the team notified me that the car was ready. For such a big job, I was surprised that they were able to get it done in 24 hours. When I showed up to pick up my car, I couldn't believe me eyes, it was like picking up a brand new car from the dealership. My detailer, Danny, walked and talked me through the entire process and even showed me how to change my air cabin filter. After driving off, I received a call from Eugene asking me if I liked the job! TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. From the beginning the end, they showed me that they truly cared about the product they were delivering. He even said to come back to them in about 6 months to get rewaxed, which I certainly will because of how happy and impressed I am with there work. All in all, 10/10 experience! read more

Excellent communication. Prompt scheduling. Quality work. Car was showroom clean. Worth the price.

Impeccable! I could not be happier. Very professional and personable. Eugene responded to my inquiry quickly and was able to get my vehicle on the schedule faster than I anticipated. I waited 1 day ya'll--that's it. I opted for the 'White Glove' service, so Carlos picked up my (2 kids + 2 dogs and 30K miles worth of 'family dirt' on the inside with lots of squished bugs (I hit ALL of the bugs) + general road grime on the outside) vehicle from my home in the morning. It was detailed, washed and waxed at the shop in Parker then returned my home in east Aurora, all before my kids got home from school. Carlos did an impeccable job. I am so impressed. It's cleaner now than when I purchased it brand new off the lot! I will definitely be a return customer. read more

Absolutely highly recommend Splash for your detailing needs. Eugene was prompt with providing a quote and coordinating getting my vehicle in, transparent about pricing and fees, along with being extremely communicative during the detailing process. I brought in my 2007 Toyota Tundra which has been used for the last 8 years as a work truck in addition to an every day vehicle we used when we traveled with our two short haired dogs (that were not in kennels). The truck had never been professionally cleaned and the last 8 years we have really neglected taking care of the interior. There was SO much dog hair! And because it was short hair, it was literally impacted into the carpet and upholstery. Eugene walked me through what they were discovering and what the next steps could be - always providing me with options - I was not forced to upgrade service. Nico and his team had to remove the seats (extra fee but since we didn't know this ahead of time, Eugene provided a generous discount) in order to do the kind of clean he finds acceptable - meaning, this guy only settles for perfection. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, I was THRILLED. The team transformed our disgusting truck's interior to near brand new! The carpets looked 100 shades lighter. The seats looked incredible - a shade of grey I didn't think I would ever see again. Their attention to detail is impeccable. I would not hesitate to reach out to Eugene and ask for a quote. I read another review that talked about it not being cheap... as a former small business owner that provided deliverables, I understand time and attention to detail and the level of passion it takes to turn around a project like I just brought them in 10 hours. And that kind of work will cost more than the average Joe-schmo down the street. Every penny I spent was WORTH.IT. The guys are friendly and kind and damn hard workers. Support small business! My mustang got caught outside in a hail storm with the passenger window down. Eugene's was the only quote to include all the special work that needed to be done because of that. Eugene was professional, friendly, sensitive to my particular needs and flexible. Tanner had a remarkable work ethic and amazing attention to details. Communication from both was excellent. They handled my baby as if she were their own. She is in much better condition now than before the storm. When I find people/work like this, I am a customer for life. If you are looking to invest in your vehicle with quality work you can be confident about, this is the place. read more

Forgot to review Splash Mobile the first time we used them, but now that we've had consistently good service on two occasions time to post a review! First thing I really appreciate is the communication throughout the process. The owner is incredibly quick to respond and thorough in sending you a complete break down of the work & cost so there are no surprises. From there you get reminders and ETA updates right up to your appointment so you never have to worry about your appointment. I've had Carlos work on our cars both times (Prius & a Tesla Model Y) and each time he is on time, very nice, and such a hard worker. Both times my cars don't just look new off the sales floor clean. They look like so glossy and the paint is vibrant. Your car will be a headturner. I'm always impressed with the cleaning on the interior as well, especially considering the first time we used Splash Mobile we had some sunscreen that needed cleaning off the seats. Not a problem, every blemish is gone! The only thing that hurts is getting your car this gorgeous isn't cheap. However, where we lived before this level of car wash wasn't cheap either. It's just the nature of the beast when you're trying to keep cars above a certain price point in peak condition. I also realize I'm paying more for the luxury of having their mobile service come clean my cars in my driveway. I can easily save some cash taking it a short drive to their brick and mortor shop but it sure is a nice amenity that saves me time. Splash Mobile will continue to be our go-to car wash company for getting our vehicles looking like brand new. read more

Wow! I think Eugene and Carlos actually bought me a new car instead of detailing mine! Eugene was quick to respond to my last minute request for a quote and was able to work me into the schedule for the next morning. Carlos picked my car up in a timely manner and was courteous and thorough. Eugene was sure to keep me posted about the detail progress, even sending pictures along the way, and even more importantly was transparent that those pesky German Shorthaired Pointer hairs were tricky to get out. I think I even converted Eugene into a 4Runner fan. I can't say enough good things. Can't wait until our next service and to ride around in my new rig! Thank you! read more

Good job but never again and can't/won't recommend. BUT CARLOS IS AWESOME! Carlos, the guy who actually does the cleaning, did an amazing job and has over 25 years of experience. 5/5 great dude and excellent job. Got some gnarly stains out and was very nice. If not for Carlos, I would rate this 1/5. The sales rep/manager was nice but over charged the heck out of the service (by $100s), lied about the cost of products (a supposed bottle of $400 wax less than $200, among man other products that a bit of research would actually tell you). Not to mention "joked" about not working for someone who "lives under a bridge" because I can assume they thought I had some trash and a gym bag in my car. Was happy to listen to them "educate" me on car but overall a super know-it-all, "your opinion doesn't matter on the matter because I know more than you." Originally quoted be less than $400 for a simple interior job, then kept sporadically sending me new quotes. Worst of all, the manager had started work on the car BEFORE WE AGREED ON WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DONE. Then when I tried to say "Wait I don't want that done" they said "too late". This wasn't like 30 min into the job either. So unfortunately, I can't recommend it. I can however recommend any and all work done by Carlos. read more

I am so grateful, that I came across this detail business... Eugene is amazing...when I spoke over the phone with him, I knew he wasn't the type to upsell a person. He took the time to ask questions about the type of car I was driving and whether I had ever done a detail before. Over the phone, he was able to describe things I knew nothing about when it came to cars, in away simple enough for me to understand and answer. Mind you this... I am a 25 year old Nigerian American women. I loved how I was able to pick where i could drop off my car, this business gave me the choice to drop off or have someone to pick up my car. I chosen to drop off my car. The direction were easy to follow. I liked how I was able to so much variety when it came to paying... which was Cash, Zelle, Venmo, or Check. My car had never been detailed, exterior or interior. I bought the car a year ago and knew that this 2003 Lexus had seen better days, when it came down to the interior. I wish I had taken before pictures to really compare the service that had been done. There were stains everywhere, and awful order coming from the vents, the passenger's seat was a lost cause, and carpets couldn't of honestly been torn up and burned for how filthy they were. Carlos, Danny, and Eugene worked on my car to get it ready in a few hours. I cannot say this enough on how grateful I am to these guys. With some of them having over 20 years of car detailing, it sure does show that they knew exactly what they were doing to take care of my car. I will be coming back to this place for my car, my dad's cars, and strongly recommend this place to everyone... especially people who want to try getting a car detail for the first time. You can honestly the see pride in the work of these guys through the picture I added with to the review. I like how honest and passionate Eugene, Carlos, and Danny are as people. They go above and beyond to get the job right instead of most places, whom focus on quantity versus quality. read more

Hard to sum up this business in a few sentences or a paragraph but Eugene is unbelievably personable and treats customers like family. Cares about not just his business but really felt like he cared about me as well. Carlos was super nice and really took t great care with my car. 5 stars isn't enough! Eugene, Carlos and Tanner all worked so hard to restore my truck to showroom condition to help me sell it. There was enough dog hair to make a whole large breed mix and they completely eradicated all that fur!
