I made an appointment to go to their shop to have my car cleaned.. I was told they even have a waiting room where I could wait while the service was being done. I showed up to an office building (address on their website and on yelp) and there was no listing of their business- the suite number 400b doesn't even exist. I reached out to them several times confirming the address, reiterating my appointment and received no response. They committed to an appointment, acted like there's a shop (with a waiting area no less) when there really isn't - and was completely unresponsive when I reached out to confirm. I had a good experience the first time with Chris so I booked again online. Day of service no one called or text so I called 5x and sent a text message. Called the following day as well and again, No response. 7 days later I finally get a text back that they had a new reservation system and missed my appt. I had already rebooked with another company so I did not want their service. Today I received an invoice for their service that was never done. William is an exceptionally good detailer. Not only is he skilled at detailing, but he is also knowledgeable, thorough, and extremely hard-working. I had been searching for a mobile detailer to come to our company a couple of times a week, however, I kept running into different issues. Most didn't have the manpower, others didn't have the tools. Top Notch is simply Top Notch Service from beginning to end. Prices are not bad for the service you get. William will get your vehicle looking like it just came off the sales lot. My black 2008 Honda Civic had some pretty bad oxidation on the hood, trunk and along the driver's side that looked terrible. Cameron and his co-worker showed up and inspected the car and were able to polish my car to a great shine without having to go to the claybar application. The detail I scheduled never happened. I got a message that my detailer was running late and would be there in an hour. Almost 3 hours later I reached out and heard back that the detailer had to return to the shop and would not be coming. They never cancelled my appointment until I called them. Then today I got a past due invoice notice for the service they NEVER PERFORMED. I emailed the company about this invoice and my message was returned undeliverable. Their communication is horrible and they are nearly impossible to reach. read more

This was at best a wipe down and wash. There were dirty spots left on the interior and exterior. Bugs left on the front bumper. Areas completely missed outside and inside. I'd say if you're looking looking for a Detailing look elsewhere. read more

Top Notch did a top notch job! My car had an odor in it from being flooded and tons of dirt on the ground from hiking trips. After an interior detailing the car was returned clean and fresh smelling.
