I wish I wouldn't have posted this one star review, but others need to know, as well as A Class Auto Detailing's customer service needs adjustment. I never even got a chance to have my detail done because Michael kept putting it off and changing the time and dates on me. (Be considerate of other people's time.) Michael never once called me back to give me an update if he wasn't going to show up to our appointment due to multiple unfortunate events. I rescheduled my detail with him 3 different times throughout the week and I am no longer interested in getting it done by A Class Auto Detailing. I had to call Michael all 3 times when he didn't show up or call ahead. Not only he didn't call to give an update, he gives me a different excuse every time I call him. Before this all happened, I called Michale asking how much extra would he charge if someone vomited in my car. "An extra $20-$25." Michale said. So plus an interior detailing for a Sedan would be $25+$90=$115 sounds reasonable, but I guess he doesn't want to take the job? Even if it would be extra for the job, I would be glad to pay for it. (I didn't need my exterior done because it was clean. So it should be a fast and easy job.) Also be careful ladies/gentlemen, Michael always say he will call you back but he NEVER does. The only time he called me back was asking if I wanted a job? (I didn't call to ask for a job...) I felt I was never in his agenda from the start. How would you feel if you were in my shoe? - I waited patiently for A Class Auto Detailing and got nothing. - Keeping my cool everytime Michael reschedules our appointment. - No call No show 3 different times? (Seriously?) - Not being able to keep your word. - Be considerate of other people's time please. read more

These guys use inferior products and do a half a$$ job with those inferior products. Don't waste your money! Instead of using a real leather cleaner and conditioner, they used a generic "multi surface" cleaner which dries out your leather instead of conditioning it. Instead of a real wax, he used the "Turtle wax quick spray and wax". Something I haven't used since I was in high school and didn't know any better... When I asked him about it, Mike said "none of my other client have complained about the products I use...". His solution was to spray armor all on my seats... so if you want greasy clothes, Mike's your guy... I get a better "detail" when I go to the drive through car wash than I did with "A" class detail. read more

I contacted this auto detailing place after reading all of the AMAZING reviews! I had also noted the price estimates and thought they were very fair. I was ecstatic when Michael said he had a cancellation that afternoon and could come to my home immediately, as I was preparing to sell my car. Little did I know that immediately was an hour and a half later. It had started to rain and I was headed out through my garage to find Michael and his worker cleaning the interior of my car. This completely caught me off guard as I was shocked he hadn't come to my door to let me know he was getting started. As it began to hail, I asked Michael if he wanted me to move my car into the garage so his worker wasn't getting hailed on...so I did. When Michael and his worker had completed the full auto detail as I had requested, he told me the the charge was $205! This is $40 more than the estimates given on his website. When I asked why the price was so much higher that what was given on his website, I was told that my car was a wagon and not a sedan and the coffee stain on the passenger side floor. I begrudgingly paid the additional $40 and a small tip, as the floors of my car did look good. Also, I did not receive a receipt. When I got into my car the next day, and saw the interior of my car, I realized that the interior wipe down had been done with a dirty towel and was done in a careless manner. I contacted Michael and let him know I was unhappy with how the interior had been wiped down. I simply wanted Michael to return to wipe down the interior with a clean towel. Michael wanted to argue with me and told me that the interior of my car was very dirty. I have to beg to differ...I am a single woman, no kids, with a dog that doesn't shed. My car is anything but very dirty. I let Michael know that I didn't need him to come that day or even the next day to touch up the interior. He said he would be at my home at 7:30am on Saturday. 7:30am on Saturday came & went. At 8:11am I received a text from Michael saying he was on his way. I had left my home as I refuse to wait for someone who doesn't respect my time. Michael then called me to see when I would be home. We agreed that he would call me first thing Monday morning. First thing Monday morning came and went. Michael called me at 4:25pm on Monday afternoon asking when he could catch up with me. I let him know that unfortunately I had to re-do the interior as I was leaving in 5 minutes to show my car to a potential buyer. Michael didn't really seem phased by this and just kept saying, "OK, OK." I let him know that it wasn't OK. He stated that he had been very busy. I understand if you're busy, however, it doesn't take much time to send a text to give a brief explanation of where things stand. I feel Michael runs an extremely shady "business" and I will never used it again. read more

Michael Talley came to detail my Land Rover and spayed water inside my engine shorting out my transfer case motor. He has taken no responsibility for his actions and even hung up on me. I have verified this damage through my Land Rover certified mechanic. Beware if you use this man to detail your car. read more

UPDATE: Michael texted me after my review, trying to defend his prices. I told him the main issue I had was his unpredictable and seemingly arbitrary upcharge for vomit and his reply was "how could you not expect an upcharge for vomit"? Unprofessional and immature. When prices are listed on a website, it is only fair to let clients know in advance that there are hidden fees. After interacting with him and seeing his "last word" of a reply to his disgruntled former employee's review below, I'm now seeing that's a pretty good taste of what this guy is like. Stay away from this guy and give your money to someone with tact and professionalism instead, folks. ORIGINAL REVIEW (2 stars): Nice work but not worth the price. He answered on Easter evening and arrived the next morning at 9:30am for a 9:30-3:30pm window I gave him and I ended up being a bit late but he hung around so he gets kudos for that. Michael charged me the $250 for a full sized truck for my 2 door Jeep Wrangler but I didn't realize it until after he left - not cool. Though there was some vomit (partially already cleaned up with some chucks still on the floor/seat) that I warned him about...Though I admittedly forgot to request a quote because I just wanted the puke gone, transparency with the cost ahead of time, especially an upcharge that he was made aware of in advance, would have made me a much happier customer. Overall it was decent detail work but feel cheated because I gave him a 30% tip only to find out that he overcharged me. Wouldn't go back again. read more

The service is simply outstanding. I was called moments after a web-inquiry. He made time to come to my office and clean a Kawasaki zx-10R. When I left the zx with them, the bike was positively filthy. I had previously blown fork seals which puked fork oil all over the rims and undercarriage. I wasn't too hopeful it'd get truly cleaned. I'm glad to be proven wrong. The bike is spotless. It was given a mirror shine for a good price in 45 minutes. In short, the service is a+ and this is exactly the kind of local business any conscious consumer should support. I'll be calling them to detail my truck and wife's car before long. read more

I had them out to detail my 06 scion today. They did an incredible job. My car was baaaaaad. I have smoked in it since 06 and have 3 dogs that had hair everywhere. I hadn't washed it in months. Totally worth it. Michael came to my work and detailed my SUV in the parking lot while I went about my usual day. It's an 8-year-old vehicle, and has never been this clean. Not even when I drove it off the car lot 7 years and 100,000 miles ago. He even figured out a way to get massive stains out of my tan fabric seats that I've tried shampooing multiple times over the years. I had accepted long ago that the stains were there for good, but now the seats look like they're brand new. So does the rest of the interior and exterior. My cars look like new! They came on time with all their own equipment, hand washed and waxed, pointed out any blemishes (rocks, dents) for my knowledge. They were prompt and professional. Will definitely use again. They are obviously more expensive than taking to the local car wash but it's so worth the extra expense to have someone take the time and care to get all the bugs off, buff to a shine, and to do it all at my house. Had a child throw up in the back seat of my car. Mike came to my office and cleaned my car while I was working. He did an amazing job! There is no trace of the vomit - smell, stain, anything. The car looks incredible, and as you know, vomit can be extremely difficult to remove. I was concerned that the smell would persist, but Mike took care of it. This man saved the day! The paint store did not bang the lid on the gallon paint can so when I turned the corner feet from my house it tipped spilling 3/4 of a gallon of paint. He called back quickly, came within a few hours and you cannot really tell what a debacle it was. Strangely after less than 5 minutes of me trying to clean it up and was covered and my clothes ruined. Took him some time and barely had a spot of paint on his pants. read more

Mobile Detailing - Michael with A Class Auto Detailing, was early for our 5 pm appointment at my house, he did an excellent job, and left my 85,000-mile vehicle looking nearly brand new. His rate was extremely competitive. Most importantly, he is fully equipped for mobile auto detailing. He didn't even need to hook up to my water or electricty, although I offered. I have two small children, so having someone who was fully self-sufficient, could meet me at my house on my schedule and did excellent work was critical. But like everyone I have a kid and dogs and the hard to get places were overdue for a really deep cleaning. I called Michael with A Class Auto Detailing this morning when I saw how dirty my car had gotten from my three kids. He was able to come to my house this afternoon. He was prompt, courteous and came fully equipped. After a couple hours, my car looks brand new! He was able to get out some stains on the back of the seats from the kids muddy boots that other detailers were unable to remove. Attention customers. A-Class Auto Detailing does not provide workman's comp. for his employees and he does not carry insurance for his business. I was contacted by an employee I worked with and he was injured on the job and did not have any insurance coverage through A-Class. A-Class refused to pay his medical bills and is now being sued. A-Class also just received more than 4 OSHA violations and subsequent fines. Please be very cautious using A-Class. read more

the only reason this has a star is because you cant post without it. Had these people come out to do 2 cars 1 interior and one interior and exterior. I left a key to my BMW in the car and low and behold the key was missing. Now on to the "detailing"... there was mud left by the rear licenses plate and Mike was the one that washed and waxed the car. his employees were the ones that cleaned the windows on both cars, they "missed" the entire drivers side half of one cars windows and didn't even attempt the back window in the other car. It appears that Mike has only a few cleaning rags and he and his crew use them if they are dirty or not. I told him he needed to come back and find my key and clean the car again. he didn't let me know that he was coming until about 20 minutes before he showed up (complete disrespect of my time) and proceeded to spend 20 minutes re-cleaning the car which was just as bad as the first time. he even tried to blame me for the streaks on the windows because I smoke, I asked him if he just cleaned the windows and he responded "yes" , sorry but freshly cleaned windows don't has streaks. Should have canceled the check. I will never use this poser again and will be contacting the better business bureau about the ineptitude and missing $400.00 key. I wouldn't let this clown make me a sandwich NEVER GIVE this guy MONEY, you will regret it. read more
