I loved this car wash so much. It has microfiber rags that clean my vehicle inside and outside very well. They offer free wipes to clean your dash and they offer air fresheners that change with the seasons and whenever the lines get long I'm not waiting 30+ minutes in line. It's very fast and easy. I would like to point out some things. The first would be that the employees don't always restock the clean rags, the car wash itself is kind of rough on the exterior of my vehicle, and if my car is heavily coated in dirt the wash doesn't do a great job of cleaning all of it. But for the price of the membership, I would say you get what you pay for. read more

This place is awful! Had the worst customer service experience of my life while trying to speak with the manager Daisy. I will never give this place my money ever again. Their scanners never work and when I tried to leave a little space between me and the car in front of me I was yelled at and treated absolutely horribly by that wretched person Daisy. Instead of just giving me a bit of space between the car in front of me she yelled continuously and stopped the car wash so everyone was inconvenienced! I requested to cancel my membership before renewal, and on July 27th I received official confirmation from their customer service that my membership was cancelled. Despite that, they still charged me for August, and then again today (8/28/2025) they charged me for the September month. I have the confirmation emails in writing that my account was cancelled, yet they continue billing my credit card. The website doesn't let you cancel on your own, and reaching customer service is a nightmare. Even when you do get confirmation, they ignore it and keep charging you. Do NOT get a membership here. This company will continue charging you even after cancellation is confirmed--it's nothing but stress, wasted time, and fighting for refunds. read more

Had the opportunity to stop by here for a free car wash during their grand opening day . Got to learn about some membership pass costs. For the first month it's $14 after that it goes up to 27 for the next few months. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, I was very happy with how clean the car came out and having towels to spot dry. Will definitely be coming back here. read more

I took my car through and came out with a bunch of scratches on the rear driver side door. Scratches were in a row of 3's and going several different directions, clearly something was in the brushes at the time that scratched my car. I filed a complaint with the worker who said they would get back with me in a few days. It's been over a week and no response. After going somewhere else for a sub-par car wash, I was so happy to be able to use the FREE vacuums, clean wash cloths, and glass cleaner. I'm certain the employees here don't get paid enough to be confrontational, but management needs to do something about the people that just pull up to the vacuums without paying for a wash and using all the available resources. I watched this idiot with his wife this morning just pull up to the vacuums and just grab a bunch of towels and several bottles of window cleaner then proceed to use it to wash their whole car! Then when they were done they left with the towels and the window cleaner! Sorry but this needs to be policed somehow because it's not fair to those of us that pay for our service and then when the company realizes that they are paying to replace stolen items and losing money, that expense will be put on paying customers in the form of increased pricing. read more

I drove up, and was almost done with self-checkout of my wash when the salesman came over and took it upon himself to reset my screen. He then badgered me about the monthly subscription for 5 minutes. The salesman would not take no for an answer and was quite aggressive about it. I don't mind that Super Star Car wash is not touchless because my car already has a few scratches on it. What I do mind is being harassed by aggressive salesmen. I won't go back, even if the wash was free! I'll stick to Autowash from now on. read more

Love this carwash. This one and the one on Northfield! My go to spot for cleaning my cars. Everyone is always nice! I can wash my ride every day if I want so this is on point for me. I have been trying to reach this company for over a week. When I signed up for monthly service they took my email but I didn't give a password. Now when I try to access my account it tells me it already exists and unlike every other company with a website, there is no way to reset your password (from whatever THEY assigned). I can't access my account. There is no phone number or email on their website. The only communication option is to fill out an online form (which I have done every day for 6 days without a response). I called the number here in the Yelp account and was referred again to that online form. HORRIBLE service from the office. If I don't hear from them soon, I will notify my bank not to accept any future charges from them. I have never seen any company where you cannot reset a password with a "forgot password" or "reset password" option especially since they apparently assigned it. THE WORST. UPDATE: Is Jose serious with his response? I wrote that I had filled out that online customer service form 6 times without a response. Is 7 his magic number? Is it 10? The Brighton location has a great staff. Always smiling and always available if you need something. The car wash is wonderful and always gets all the nook and crannies of my truck. All the vacuum stations are stocked well. Plus they give you a dashboard wipe. Amazing! read more

I like the people at the location. the building is new and does a good job washing the vehicle. I signed up for a monthly subscription for $25 at the location, but the price went up to $29 in 8 months. I went to the website and noted that I could register for $25 a month with no increase (why the difference?). I sent a support ticket and it all fell apart from there. Instead of reading my explanation, they canceled my monthly subscription and told me to wait for the monthly cycle to end and then re-register. I waited until June 21 to re-register for the $25 monthly subscription only to have it increase to $29. "We don't offer that any more, can I register you for the $29 monthly subscription?" Support doesn't read the emails and is sub-par on their performance. It is not a real big deal, just a $48 difference.... don't count on "Support" here. read more
