I paid more than I thought I would but I have no regrets. Honestly the best detailing I've ever had done. I will be back for sure.

Came to get his car washed and the inside cleaned. I decided on which wash level to get beforehand and drove up. You enter the car wash area and then drive out for the detailing. I forgot to add the car mats which are an additional amount. But it was fine. After the wash, I exited the conveyor system and my car was wiped down. The on to the vacuum and wipe down area. I waited on the patio but you can wait inside as well. And they have a massage chair. Cool! The car looked so nice after. read more

When did prices get out of control and not include interior cleaning with each option and then only dry wipe down inside unless pay extra and extra and extra. Want to support neighborhood where I live but not at these prices. I can clean myself with free vacuums for less than $15. Sorry but can't afford you any more. read more

Would you like to argue with the manager and overpay for a dirty car? Then this is your place, as 'D Hand Car Wash' is sure to upsell you and under-deliver entirely. I gave this car wash two opportunities with different vehicles just to ensure this was the result on both occasions. The first time the employee (Hispanic young man with a design etched into the back of his fade haircut) who I assume is the manager attempted to upsell me into a $75 car wash because I have a "large truck" (Ford F-150). The second time he told me that he would not clean the floors unless I bought a 'detailing package' for $120. I thought the $120 was excessive but I assumed I would have a very clean car at the end. Little to my surprise the manager said that he refused to clean the covered bed of the truck because it 'was extra'. At this point there was nothing I could do because they take your money prior to any cleaning, and you get whatever they feel is appropriate at the end. It is a shame this manager is focused on ripping off customers instead of trying to earn repeat business. The workers at the car wash seem to be nice, but none of them speak much English and I didn't feel it was fair to associate them with the manager's behavior. I asked for a refund and the manager refused and said 'too bad'. Initially he had said the car detailing would take 45 minutes to 1 hour, so I thought it will definitely get cleaned. Instead they were done in 30 minutes, and the manager 'spot checked' the vehicle. I came out to pickup my car and saw that there was still dust all over, and the seats were not vacuumed well. At this point there is not much to be done and they did go back and fix the two areas I pointed out. I got home and found that the car wash was worth $40 AT BEST, and ended up cleaning numerous areas over again. I am unsure on how this place stays in business and feel sorry for anyone who gets taken advantage of here in the future. read more

Expensive disappointment. 1st time customer. I paid $45 + tip for a mediocre car wash. The car wash and the attendants did a poor job cleaning dirt off the exterior and the tires (part of the package) and in the interior they left quite a quite a few areas not properly cleaned/wiped for the interior conditioner was left with drip marks and/or areas untouched. I do not know if I would risk giving them anymore of my business. I had previously considered using their detailing services. read more

I went there last minute today and thought I just needed a basic wash. I went with the supreme instead, and I am so glad I did. Everything is so sparkly and clean now it looks amazing. Other than the old lady that cut me off to get in front of me then took forever to decide, followed by constant attention, and so much extra time from everybody there, she was completely unaware of a world going on outside of herself. They did a great job washing inside and out for a ok price. Problem was, as soon as you come out of the washing station, there are two guys that dry your car before getting the inside cleaned/vacuum. Thats where my rear door was scratched, by the zipper from the jacket of the employee. My wife is pissed. 2021 black Durango with 7500 miles, is now going to the body shop for a scratch. Employees were extremely unprofessional. They scratched my car and I ended up having to have my car repainted. And I'm talking, scratched the paint down to the metal, all over my car. The manager was so unprofessional and aggressive that cops had to be called. It was a huge ordeal. Embarrassing and stressful. I would one million percent avoid this place. I am pursuing this in court. My car is brand new after the recent hail storms and this place doesn't want to stand by the obvious fact that they destroyed my paint. read more

Hi, I'm writing this review for awareness. I purchased a membership back in March 2024, very happy with it, before that I was just going to get car cleaned as I am a courier and on the road a lot so car outside is usually dirty, like I said I'm a courier and used to just leave coins in cup holder, I notice my quarters being gone when I would be looking for them as I use my coins for parking. No big deal, I started just leaving coins in wallet so not to make a big deal. That went away. on Thursday 5/23/24, I went for my wash and inside cleaning, car always looks nice, Thanks team... on Friday I wanted to use my Red Robin Free coupons that were given to me by Red Robin's as a Thank you, there was no coupon cards. I am not putting this out cuz I can't tell you WHO took them as they work as a team. I'm letting you know that someone went through my cards that were in a visible place with other appointment cards and only took Red Robin cards. I think I'm pretty fair in tipping, If I don't have cash I will get cash to tip team. I have reached out to Manager leaving VM as of yet no response. I just feel if you are going to snoop through my car to take things, you are only hurting the TEAMS TIP. I know free cards were probably worth $20, its the principle, that no one should be going thru a customers car. It's sad that Ive resulted to putting this out on Yelp, just want people to know BE Aware. I'm also sad that this person has ruined it for everyone else. What is in my car, is mine. read more

All I can say is it's about time! I've been having to travel across town to go to a brushless car wash for years. I'm glad there is finally a GREAT ONE in the neighborhood now! Since they opened in May, I've been four times and just got a detail with headlight restoration and it made my car look GORGEOUS! They only half clean the floor mats and whatever chemical they use to wipe down the seats and dash is greasy and streaky. I now need to go home and redo all of this and hopefully it will come off, plus I need to go spray down my other 3 floor mats. Not a great experience for $60, which included a $10 tip. Not a do over. UPDATE: the manager reached out and offered to make things right. Kindness and sincerity goes a long way these days. While I live 1/2 hour away, I am not taking them up on their kind offer but anticipate they would get this right. Broke the seat of my car, refused to fix it. While it's okay that accidents happen, refusal to acknowledge and fix isn't really right

i have been to this car wash many times and even got my head lights done. I have spent hundreds of dollars there. I also recommend them to my family who goes there at least every two weeks. I will never go back. the cashier took it upon himself to ask my 3 year old son why he had paint on his nails. I said he was just playing with his sister and cousin. he proceeded to tell my son that its not ok or cool to do that. He kept trying to push his point to me about how wrong it is that I allow him to do that. I kept telling him that it's not a big deal he was just playing around. He asked me if that is how I raise my children. I politely asked him to not tell me or my son that what I allowed him to do was wrong. I started to get angry because he kept coming at me and asking if I am listening to what he was saying. I told him that he needs to keep his opinion about my children to himself and proceeded to tell me it's his first amendment right. I then told my kids to come outside and he kept following me and getting in my face. I told him that he just lost several customers. He said I don't give a fuck. When my car was ready he said I don't care that I insulted me or my children and god bless. When getting in my car Carlos asked how I was and I told him that the cashier insulted me and that I will never be coming back. He apologized for him and said he would talk to him. I told him that it wouldn't make a difference because I will never come back. I would advise anyone from going there unless you want someone to force their beliefs on you. read more

The last couple times i have taken my truck to this place i was very happy. I paid for the wax the works. I watched these guys when he was buffing he missed half of it. The overall cleaning wasn't good. There was smudges all over. At the end he shows me a bunch of water spots he says it must be sprinklers. I asked why did you put wax on top of the water spots he said you need to pay more for a different chemical, He said it's not that bad, this is a very well kept newer vehicle. Now i have water spots waxed into my vehicle. I am not happy actually quite pissed! read more
