I love this car wash concept. You go through a regular drive thru wash, then you come out and dry your car, vacuum your car, clean the inside, and clean your windows. The rags, cleaning supplies, and vacuums are provided. It's pretty much a do it yourself with the exception of the outside of the vehicle. It can get busy on weekends but I've always found a spot. You can purchase a one-time wash or buy their monthly membership and with the membership you get unlimited washes. I highly recommend trying this place out. read more

I have used them for some time when I had my Toyota Sienna and when I got my Chrysler T&C I went back to buy a monthly pass to use. They put the sticker on my vehicle and I went through with no problem. The next day, after a trip up into the mountains, I went back and their automatic reader would not read the RFID tag on my windshield. I finally found someone in the bay washing front and back glass on cars as they came through. He told me there is suppose to be someone out there to take care of problems. I went back and checked again both at the entrance and the the office and found no one. I again found the guy doing windows and his comment to me was "It's not my business and I don't care. I left and contacted corporate for a full refund of my monthly fee and cancellation of any further charges. Will have to wait and see if they come through on it. Disgusting customer service to say the least. Will not go back again. Update: I went back to the wash to cancel my subscription to their services and the MOD came out and talked to me. He apologized to me and explained that he had already talked to the employee that was rude to me. He also made sure that he issued a new sticker for my vehicle and waited to make sure the reader read it properly. I have had the worst experience at this location. My passenger side mirror was damaged from using the automatic wash and I filed an incident report and I was supposed to be contacted the following day and I was not. I went back a week later and gave my information to the assistant manager and she promised that she was going to text me with an update and I have not heard anything from them. I am extremely frustrated with their lack of communication and professionalism. There seems to be lack of training because no one knew what the proper protocols were around this and not one worker could figure out what to do when it came to resolving this situation. read more

Never open and no communication to why they are closed. Waited for 30 minutes just to see if someone would come out but even as I took pictures workers walked around the building to avoid talking. Pricing got lower but didn't think the standards would go down this much. As for a car wash, I'm impressed with this location. During busy times, they have both Lanes open, washing multiple cars in two separate Lanes. The wash is powerful. It smells fresh while inside the wash as well. Some wash locations have a sour smell to them. Not here. The dryers are the best I've found. You really do not need to dry your car after these things are done with your car. Even at night, the lot is bright and the vacuums are strong. I like this location, and trust that my car will be clean when I exit the wash. read more

Do not get your car washed here, if in fact you want it ultimately to get clean. After going through the first time, I drove back to the check-in station & showed them how filthy my car still was. They offered to do another round. I paid for the $16 car wash the first time. Don't think that's what I got, nor did I get it the second time around. I'm pretty sure I use more shampoo in my hair than the amount of soap that came out of the system & touched my car. After second car wash, still filthy. I've been coming here for years and always treated well but today the gentleman working the pay gate was obviously disgusted that I chose the ten dollar wash and said rudely-you know you're only getting soap and water with that right? I hadn't been to Car Wash Express in awhile so I had forgotten how good their wash experience really is. They make it quick and easy and the wash is pretty thorough. There was an employee at the front who helped me pick a wash. Then there were guys at the start of the actual wash that scrubbed my car with what looked like push brooms and guided me onto the track. The system "grabs" your car and pulls you through the wash. I had dirt and bugs stuck to my car and one pass through the tunnel of cleanliness had my car shining. LONG LEAD TIMES ON WEEKEND BUT GOOD SERVICE! When we received our car from the moving services it was extremely dirty, so we had to take it for complete wash. We went ahead with platinum package which included interior cleaning but not Steam washing the seats. The lines to get in the wash were slightly long, maybe because of the weekend. But once we were ahead of the line, the cleaning crew took over. It went through automatic outside cleaning first. Then somebody cleaned the mats and dashboard. The car came out fairly clean. We had few spots left but they attended to it when we pointed them out. Overall, it a good place for getting most out of your bucks! read more

We have two monthly membership for unlimited washes. This is our third time going and it's not allowing us to wash our vehicles on the weekend. The wash itself was good. My car was clean. However the service was AWFUL! The two girls working were very rude. I had to go to the front to retrieve my antenna cover that came off (not an issue) but when i went up to have them grab it no one came out, i yelled and honked and had to hold my horn down as i saw one of the gurls just sitting and laughing in the office. When someone FINALLY came out to help me, she seemed annoyed. When the girls went to go get my antenna cover they were just snickering rudely. In reading the reviews about the early closures (when they're supposed to be open due to their own advertised hours), the rude male attendant who doesn't like it and frowns if you choose the cheaper wash... no towels... wash broken... it's ALL TRUE. We have had annual passes here for many years on all of our cars. We are regular users for all four of our current cars. Unfortunately, the quality has gone down. Now 2 of our cars (the newest ones) have scratches on the from the car wash from within the last month. The cars have never been washed anywhere else both of them are scratched up on the driver's side. I took the brand new car that I've only had for 3 months to a repair place and even that guy immediately said that a car wash did that. There's no point trying to talk to anyone there. The workers are minimally functional, but apathetic at best. I'm irritated, but disappointed, too. There used to be a manager there that seems to take pride in the service and we have never had these issues. Since he's been gone, the quality has tanked. I am very pleased with this car wash. I keep going here because I always leave happy with my service. For a mere $9 you can get your car completely clean. Sometimes you just want the basic "get the mud off my car" wash because Colorado's weather changes so much and this is the best place to do. They also have a range of nicer and more detailed washes as well if that's what you want. The staff always seems friendly and helpful. My car always comes out looking beautiful. They have MANY vacuums and garbages for you to clean out your car. Although they always have business coming in and out, I've never been there when it was too crowded for me to get a spot. I'm not normally a fan of machine car washes since I'm worried they'll cause scratches / damage to my car, but I am very pleased with my results from today's car wash. I've been neglecting to wash my car with the light snow / rain we have been getting, but with a clear forecast for the week I decided to give Car Wash Express a try this morning. I expected it to be packed like some other car wash places when I go on a Sunday, but this place was efficient, but also effective, which I don't normally find! Free unlimited use of vacuums & mat cleaners after you go through the wash, which is great for people like me who live in a condo & therefore don't have access to a hookup to vacuum my car at my place! (There are also a multitude of stations, which is very nice.) The attendant was really nice & tried to sell me the unlimited package; given that it was my first time here, I wasn't ready to go unlimited right off the bat, but after my experience here I am reconsidering. A little bit expensive without the pass (I paid $14), but it did do a nice job cleaning my car unlike some of the other car washes in the area. I've been coming to this location for about a year now, and I've yet to have an experience that wasn't good. I've never seen any vacuums out of service, and the vacuum area is always clean and professionally groomed. For an express car wash with free vacuums, you can't beat Car Wash Express.
