I have been using this car wash for years and now lately it's absolutely terrible both in terms of the quality/attention to detail, and kindness of some staff. Today was my last straw. My husband bought an unlimited monthlong car wash for one of our cars, and they were super rude. First, you have to put on a sticker on your windshield to get this, which I get, but my husband was told as long as they can find us by the license plate we didn't need to put it on. So it was not on the windshield. The manager (I assume) said I couldn't go through without the sticker. The rudeness by whoever I spoke to was on some next level, so I told him to cancel the package because I do not want to have an ugly sticker on this car. I will never be back to this place. Not sure what happened to this place between summer & now, but now they have an automated entrance, and if you select exterior only, they don't even dry your car. That really pissed me off the most. So I selected exterior, no tire dressing then, no drying the windows, basically I paid $17 for a 1 minute drive thru car wash, then some kid pointed me to the exit! Screw that! Mediocrity annoys me and this place is far below that. I give waterway close to $1000/yr in monthly fees for their sub par "whole thing" wash. I haven't seen my tires shined in like 2 dozens washes. They'll run a dry brush over the tires but always fail to put product on the brush prior to hitting the tires. It's infuriating. And I've been a customer for years but I'm at the breaking point. I just took my wife's BMW to the DTC location and for $30 I got an unremarkable wash, a vacuum that was less than thorough and windows cleaned. I was out of there in less than 12 minutes start to finish. They wouldn't even wipe down the seats which would've taken them all of 90 seconds. For thirty fricken dollars!!! What an absolute joke this place is. I guess the extra $20 I pay for the whole thing gets me a partial seat wipe down and a make believe tire shine. SCAM ALERT In March I went to Waterway and a sales person at the kiosk offered a 1 month unlimited carwash deal for $17.50. I specifically asked if it reoccured and they said no, it was just for that month. I have not used them since but they charged me $35 a month for the last 5 months. The washing brushes at the Quebec location ripped the window wiper arm off my Mercedes ($250 replacement cost...Ouch!) and when I nicely informed the Mgr Brian Blair about it he immediately accused me of lying about what happened and that they have surveillance cameras to verify, then he wouldn't speak to me again while they finished cleaning my car. Whaaaaaat!? Total jerk! Maybe it was my fault for leaving the automatic wiper sensor on, or maybe it wasn't but I certainly don't expect that kind of rude treatment, ever. You don't have to do a thing: just leave your keys in a car, go inside to pay (an attendant who greets you will give you a slip based on the wash that your purchase), wait 15-20 minutes or so and vuala - your car is ready! I like this place, it's good to pop in when the children tornado that happens in my car gets past the point of no return. They do a good job and they're pretty thorough. I also like that if there's something else that I want them to wipe down after they finished they always take the time to make sure that I'm happy with everything. I know that they offer quite a few different car wash packages, I always get the full service it's $22 and the vacuum out your car very well plus clean all the windows and mirrors and hand dry it I think it's a great deal! Also I have to note that the staff is always very friendly. Yesterday when they pulled my car around when it was time to go my battery was dead. Better than before. I have been going to this wash for years. Up until recently, it has been a so-so car wash; Fast but not thorough. The past month they have changed course. They are spending much more time cleaning each car, which is a dramatic improvement over previous washes, but you better budget 30-mins from start to finish (depending on how busy they are). For the price you really cannot beat the service. I always get a full service wash but I'm not picky on which one - IMO you get incredible service regardless of which one you pick. I usually go for the middle service and have my interior mats cleaned because the snow/rain/hail storms out here make mine a bit gross. Absolutely the worst. I have had a membership at this location for 10 years and I will not renew. They no longer give any 5/3/1 guarantees nor do they even prep your vehicle so the rear of the vehicle is always filthy. I feel sorry for the kids that work there but there has obviously been a change in management for the worst. New car wash opening at Castle Pines Parkway called Cobblestone. planning on trying that. Sad to see this franchise go so far downhill. At one point I was a member, getting my car washed every week. Then they were understaffed and started to take forever to do a car. I quit the club and started doing the self drive through (they do the outside only and towel off the car). Not as good but at least it didn't take an hour. Just went to do the drive through again this morning and now they say they are using "magic water" so they no longer even dry the car. Total BS, spots everywhere. Not a good value. I just had my car washed at the this location. I paid $46. This included The Works car wash for $35, floor mats cleaned $8 extra and $3 for cargo area. I've been coming to this location for many years and have had excellent service. My last 2 car washes have been not been as good. The one today I felt taken advantage of. They cleaned front floor mats but not row 2 and 3. The cargo area was vacuumed well but the framework around cargo area was not touched. It was very dirty. With the car wash I bought, The Wheel Deal, nothing was done on hubcaps or tires. The door frames inside car were still very dirty. The windshield still had spots on it that should have been removed. Enough said, I was mad at myself for not standing up for myself and getting the service I paid for. read more

Never once do they do a good job on the first try- you have to ask for them to complete the job after looking. They usually don't clean the inside windshield glass, or do not vacuum the entire floor which you paid for, or don't wipe down cupholders which you paid for. The Whole Thing went from $38 to $50 in one jump, and now you must pay an extra $3 if you want the far back section on an SUV vacuumed. Ridiculous. If they actually did a good job I would not mind paying. But they don't. Their 5 Day Clean guarantee means nothing really. I thought if it rained I could bring it back for a redo. But if it is still raining in those 5 days, they said I must still use the coupon within the 5 days- "just come in while it is raining and we'll do it". What's the point?
