Not bad service great guys Left a few places dirty but that's everywhere . I'd come back again if I was there again. read more

When you have a black car, it's impossible to keep clean. A waterway car wash membership has proven to be my only answer. The staff is friendly, hard-working, and you can always ask them to do a quick touchup if they happen to miss that spot you notice all the time. read more

Went to waterway at lunch to clean my EV9. Paid for the whole thing $50, they barely cleaned the inside no attention to detail or pride given in the quality of work. Half of my dash was wiped off, doors and cup holders were still needing wiped down. Exterior of the car was dirty and I wish they wouldn't "fix" it by wiping my car off with a dry rag to just spread the missed dirt and scratch up the finish. Definitely wouldn't recommend going here and better off cleaning it yourself read more

Paid for vacuuming entire car including trunk, and they didn't do that, they missed the trunk completely. Also big pieces of leaves found in the back seat. If I am paying someone 30+ to vacuum my car, I expect them to at least vacuum all the debris. read more

Paid $50 for interior/ exterior clean to exclude cargo area . No one specified that this would mean that no windows on the back of the car would be cleaned except for what the machine run through did. In addition not even the outside of the tailgate was wiped down- leaving white spots on everything. Also they only cleaned the front outside passenger window of bugs etc. In other words you could get the same job done in a $12 drive through wash. Buyer beware! read more

$50.00 for a car wash and they have the nerve to want an add $4.00 to vacuum the trunk area, because it a "SUV" which is not, not worth an argument, just pulled out of the line, Poor business practice! read more

This place is a joke, my car was dirtier than before. Towel fibers everywhere, spots on my seats from their cleaning solutions, and fingerprints all over my interior. Their car wash machine is also faulty and left a lot of soap on my car which of course wasn't dried off with a towel - why would you expect good service at Waterway? read more

I have been using this car wash for years and now lately it's absolutely terrible both in terms of the quality/attention to detail, and kindness of some staff. Today was my last straw. My husband bought an unlimited monthlong car wash for one of our cars, and they were super rude. First, you have to put on a sticker on your windshield to get this, which I get, but my husband was told as long as they can find us by the license plate we didn't need to put it on. So it was not on the windshield. The manager (I assume) said I couldn't go through without the sticker. The rudeness by whoever I spoke to was on some next level, so I told him to cancel the package because I do not want to have an ugly sticker on this car. I will never be back to this place. I remember when this place was great, but on to the next. read more

$62 and they did not even try to clean. I found crumbs and leaves and trash big enough for me to grab with my fingers. When I asked for them to vacuum again they said they wouldn't do detailing. The person I was talking to (Cam) was also incredibly rude and yelled at me even though I never raised my voice. read more

Not sure what happened to this place between summer & now, but now they have an automated entrance, and if you select exterior only, they don't even dry your car. That really pissed me off the most. So I selected exterior, no tire dressing then, no drying the windows, basically I paid $17 for a 1 minute drive thru car wash, then some kid pointed me to the exit! Screw that! I guess I'm going back to Jazz car wash on Santa Fe. They should be glad I gave them 2 stars! I've never had to Windex my windows after visiting Jazz. Never again! read more

Everything !!! I just paid $50 to get my truck cleaned and I showed them all around my truck how bad it was and they didn't care. Never go there again read more

Did they even clean the interior of my car? The reason I spent over $40 for a car wash was to get the inside of my car wiped down and vacuumed. Neither happened. I know I am not getting a professional detail job but after leaving this car wash, the state of my car seemed like the cleaners didn't even try. I will never go back to this location and wish I could get my money back. read more

I paid for the Whole Thing $50 only to find out it would cost an extra $4 to vacuum the back of my SUV. The employees are rude and slammed the back door of my SUV. I have been a customer for years but will never return. I will tell everyone I know not to go there. read more

SCAM ALERT In March I went to Waterway and a sales person at the kiosk offered a 1 month unlimited carwash deal for $17.50. I specifically asked if it reoccured and they said no, it was just for that month. I have not used them since but they charged me $35 a month for the last 5 months. I will never use them or any other Waterway again and neither should you. read more

Mediocrity annoys me and this place is far below that. I give waterway close to $1000/yr in monthly fees for their sub par "whole thing" wash. I haven't seen my tires shined in like 2 dozens washes. They'll run a dry brush over the tires but always fail to put product on the brush prior to hitting the tires. It's infuriating. And I've been a customer for years but I'm at the breaking point. I just took my wife's BMW to the DTC location and for $30 I got an unremarkable wash, a vacuum that was less than thorough and windows cleaned. I was out of there in less than 12 minutes start to finish. They wouldn't even wipe down the seats which would've taken them all of 90 seconds. For thirty fricken dollars!!! What an absolute joke this place is. I guess the extra $20 I pay for the whole thing gets me a partial seat wipe down and a make believe tire shine. The owner of this company should be ashamed to the point that he fires himself for this racket of a business. I'm finding a better car wash to give my money to. read more

BUYER BEWARE OF PRICING I went to get a total car wash with my weather tech mats and paid 58 dollars yes 58 dollars. I know water, electricity, and other maintenance items are expensive. I have been ill and needed a good cleaning of my compact car. I have mobility issues that I can't vacuum or go through the manual carwash, By the time, I went to pay I was shocked. Yes, I know there are signs of prices. I won't be going back to the waterway carwash. I have gone in the past and I don't remember paying that much. They did a good cleaning. As a disabled person on a fixed income that is taking my money for just a carwash. I remember paying like 40 dollars. read more

I had bugs on my car from a road trip! This is the only reason I would pay $35 for a car wash. All of the bugs were still on after the total cleaning and they told me to go and scrub off the bugs myself with a bucket they had. I was on my lunch hour and in a dress! Furious! read more

The washing brushes at the Quebec location ripped the window wiper arm off my Mercedes ($250 replacement cost...Ouch!) and when I nicely informed the Mgr Brian Blair about it he immediately accused me of lying about what happened and that they have surveillance cameras to verify, then he wouldn't speak to me again while they finished cleaning my car. Whaaaaaat!? Total jerk! Maybe it was my fault for leaving the automatic wiper sensor on, or maybe it wasn't but I certainly don't expect that kind of rude treatment, ever. I've been a loyal customer for years that has been supporting your business and funding your paycheck but let's not forget there are MANY car washes in the Lone Tree area and I can take my cars anywhere I want and for $50 a wash I certainly expect a more respectful level of customer service and a better experience! read more

Great quality for the price! You don't have to do a thing: just leave your keys in a car, go inside to pay (an attendant who greets you will give you a slip based on the wash that your purchase), wait 15-20 minutes or so and vuala - your car is ready! Don't forget to tip friendly guys who are working hard to get your car cleaned :) Of course, if you want a top notch quality you have to pay waaaaay more so I think this is an amazing deal. They also have unlimited monthly memberships so I may have to look into this as I hate going through car washes myself but I love having a sparkling clean car! read more

I like this place, it's good to pop in when the children tornado that happens in my car gets past the point of no return. They do a good job and they're pretty thorough. I also like that if there's something else that I want them to wipe down after they finished they always take the time to make sure that I'm happy with everything. I know that they offer quite a few different car wash packages, I always get the full service it's $22 and the vacuum out your car very well plus clean all the windows and mirrors and hand dry it I think it's a great deal! Also I have to note that the staff is always very friendly. Yesterday when they pulled my car around when it was time to go my battery was dead. I asked if anyone could jump me and the manager very quickly pulled his car around to jump my car, and I was on my merry way. read more

After buying a membership, I drove through the wash. Then I pulled up where the trash cans were, an attendant ran up and asked where's my receipt, when I went to open my door to see she grabbed the handle . I asked her to please let go of my door. When I presented my receipt see told me to get out of her express lane, I did not see any other trash cans so I left. She was rude and pushy it was my first and last experience there! read more

First the price was raised to $38 just a few years back and on Tuesdays you could get your wheels shined up and mats cleaned. Now it's $55 and the mats are extra, as well as an extra $10 charge for the wheels. Folks, this is after I pay $55 dollars a month plus tips every time. This car wash takes every opportunity to raise prices. I truly hope this recent price increase is met with a reduction in customers. read more

The full service wash is way over priced, thought I was visiting LA for a minute... and the young kids employed there have attitudes. Very Unfortunate I use to go there often but won't go back. read more

Worst $50 + tip I've ever spent. I paid for a "Whole Thing" and the only thing whole about it was a whole lot of stuff didn't get cleaned! Trash left in the door pockets, fingerprints all over the dash screen, dirt and film left all around door handles, tires we're supposed to be shined but they did a half assed job and missed half the tires, and wheels not cleaned well either. This car "wash" cost me an hour of pay for a wash that was hardly any better than a power wash. It just reminded me why I would rather do it myself and get the result that won't cost me $55. I will not be returning to Waterworks unless I get a wild hair and feel like blowing $50 on mediocrity. Save your $$. read more

Better than before. I have been going to this wash for years. Up until recently, it has been a so-so car wash; Fast but not thorough. The past month they have changed course. They are spending much more time cleaning each car, which is a dramatic improvement over previous washes, but you better budget 30-mins from start to finish (depending on how busy they are). I guess I would choose quality over speed, so I am happy with this new change... but personally still adapting to the wait time. read more

For the price you really cannot beat the service. I always get a full service wash but I'm not picky on which one - IMO you get incredible service regardless of which one you pick. I usually go for the middle service and have my interior mats cleaned because the snow/rain/hail storms out here make mine a bit gross. My car always looks great inside and out and my friends always compliment how shiny and clean it is whenever they ride with me. Love this location and how friendly the team is. read more

Absolutely the worst. I have had a membership at this location for 10 years and I will not renew. They no longer give any 5/3/1 guarantees nor do they even prep your vehicle so the rear of the vehicle is always filthy. I feel sorry for the kids that work there but there has obviously been a change in management for the worst. New car wash opening at Castle Pines Parkway called Cobblestone. planning on trying that. Hopefully they understand what cleaning a car means. read more

Sad to see this franchise go so far downhill. At one point I was a member, getting my car washed every week. Then they were understaffed and started to take forever to do a car. I quit the club and started doing the self drive through (they do the outside only and towel off the car). Not as good but at least it didn't take an hour. Just went to do the drive through again this morning and now they say they are using "magic water" so they no longer even dry the car. Total BS, spots everywhere. Not a good value. Instead of water way, I would recommend that you go to a gas station shitty wash, and pay $3 to get a better job. Best thing I can say about this place is that when they inevitably go out of business, whatever replaces them will almost certainly be better. read more

Not good. Paid $36 and still had dead bugs in the front of my car. Had to go scrub them off myself and go back through the car wash. This place just charged me $28 to essentially wash the outside of my car, although the service is called full-service. Apparently that doesn't include the dash, seats or doors. When I talked to the general manager, he said those are add-on services. No wonder their rating is so low. read more

After using waterway exclusively for many years, I will no longer be driving through for an outside wash. The "no spot rinse" is not accurate. My car was spotty and not clean! I paid for the most expensive package for interior, including mats. The ONLY thing that looked clean were the mats. If they did wipe down the dash and console it must've been with a dry rag. It literally didn't look like the inside of my car was even cleaned at all. Never returning to this place, feels like I tossed $58 in the garbage. The second star is only because the mats were cleaned. read more

They are now raising prices by 100.00. Not worth it to me. I cancelled and got a pro rated refund. My husband did the same. We have gone elsewhere after many years at Waterway. The former two managers,Mike and Amy, were great. However, the kids still work hard trying to please. read more
