Well, thought I might give them another chance. Drove up, the guy said to me, want a monthly plan? I said no, you've guys have really screwed me in the past on those... (which is TRUE) he then said, and I quote... "at this point, you can press your own button." (Select your own wash) which I was doing anyway. The machine here does a good job. The towels are nice and the vacuums work well. Too bad the commitment is on monthly plans at the expense of sacrificing the 30 seconds of customer service. Listen if you guy have different hours then for us members and customers that should be posted on your site or at location cause this the 3rd time ive came at 7:15, 7:00, and also 7:05 and you was closed when operation hours says til 8pm. Just asking especially us who pay a monthly bill! read more

The $10 car wash is very very basic. I did have to use some of the free towels that they have to wipe the soap off my side mirrors and trunk area. I definitely felt like the staff is genuinely happy to be working there and not miserable. They did have, a lot of vacuums that were out of commission. But since it was the middle of the day, I did not have a problem finding one I could see it being a problem in the evening rush. read more

I was wowed by the customer service. I thought they were full service but they are not, they are a quick wash. I was already there and the gal who I'm assuming was a manager said "Just give us a try." My car was filthy on the outside so what's the harm in at least a wash? The outside came out great and I used their vacuums which were much stronger than most and actually got into the corners of my car. I will be back when my car just needs a little shimmer. read more

First and last time at this car wash. Easily the worst car wash in terms of car cleanliness. My car was dirtier after the wash, with chemical stains all over the windshield. Wheels looked like they got no water, just a chemical spray over dirt. Feels like with the length of tunnel and all the things it does it should do a much better job read more

I paid extra for an interior detail..... what a waste of money! The little highschool guys spent a total of 7 min "cleaning". Nothing was wiped down- scuff marks all over the drivers door on the inside. Cup holders full of crumbs, floor mats still dirty. read more

Tried out this car wash while I was out with my son on a Saturday morning. Car wash itself was quick and easy. We also used the vacuums, towels, and floor mat cleaning station. The whole set up was very convenient and I was able to clean my whole car inside and out right there. Really beats dragging everything out of the house to clean it in my driveway. Felt like there was good value there as I was already paying the same amount at other washes without the perks. Definitely recommend this site I will be returning soon as well . read more

The wash broke my car mirror and after having me fill out their "accident report" they promised to get back with me and never did. I tried contacting them multiple times via phone and email but they do not return calls and emails. Very sketchy company. They would need to provide the insurance information and the way they will resolve everything without getting that involved, but then they just hide from you. Will be reporting them read more

I purchased a membership as a christmas gift & tried to cancel within a week. It's extremely hard to cancel a membership. I have yet to receive a refund. Then while I thought the membership was cancelled my card was charged at the end of May. I only got that money back through a dispute with my credit card company. read more

My sons friend got his car washed and the machine tore off the side mirror and broke the antenna. The shop did nothing when he complained.

I forgot to remove a bracket from my ski rack, and it brushed off during the wash (I actually saw it slide down my windshield halfway through the wash, aahhh!!!). Totally my fault, but Calvin and the team were very helpful in finding it for me. I showed them the missing part, and they found it after hours and had it waiting for me the next morning. Good way to jack up your car. Went here over the weekend to get our car washed as they are popping up all around town and ended up getting a nice scratch all the way down the side of our new van. Also didn't get all of the dirt off of the car which is quite shocking given how violent the spin brushes are inside of the wash. Good thing we folded in our mirrors as the guy who got out after me certainly lost his. ONLY redeeming part is that there were free vacuums and towels at the end. read more

I visited last Saturday, 14 January. Having driven on dirt roads, the sides of my car were incredibly dirty. Someone met me at the payment booth to assist with the selection and payment process. No mention made of the dirt potentially causing issues with the brushes. Move to the wash entrance, where the gentleman with the wand applies a small amount of something to my windshield. Still no mention of potential damage from the amount of dirt. Imagine my surprise when I get out at the vacuum and see a very large swirl scratch in the same pattern as the brushes. I file an incident report at the office and am told I will be contacted in 2-3 business days. Here it is, day 5, and crickets. While they 'checked' the brushes and said there is no way it could scratch my car, the attended did say after watching the video, "it must be the brushes catching the dirt and moving it up your car". Now, my nice driver's side is marred beyond a simple scratch and I have not heard anything about repair or accountability from Cobblestone. read more

THIS is an update to my April 2022 review. I purchased a membership with Living Waters last year for 30.00 a month and I just got a bait and switch with Cobblestone. I received an email telling me to update my credit card which I thought was odd since they billed me in April for 30.00 using my same credit card but just as soon as I updated with the same credit card they billed me 35.00 with no advance warning that they were not standing by the 30.00 membership that I originally purchased. This is not a way to do business and I am definitely not happy with how they sneakily updated their charge.. When I called their HR number for customer service they just referred me to their website to cancel or update the membership. Seems they must have received a number of unhappy customer calls and said if I would like a callback to leave my plate number. Be forewarned about their unethical behavior. read more
