Have had a membership with Take 5 for the past six months and things were great until new overenship (Whistle Express) took over about a month ago. Since then, they have taken it down to one lane (opposed to two). Since the switch, I have attempted to go 3x, 2 of which were during normal business hours and cones were put up blocking the lanes indicating they were closed. Why? No idea. The one time it was open since the switch and I have gone it was INCREDIBLY SLOW (literally takes 20+ minutes to get a car wash), and they did not even use the brush on the front or back up my car as they previously have. I have tried reaching out twice via email and twice via phone over the past two weeks and have gotten zero responses back. At this point, this place now sucks, and I just want my membership cancelled but can't seem to get through to any real being to do so. read more

I went through the wash this week and came out completely scratched up including paint chips. I reviewed with the manager and submitted a report only to hear back that this is "pre-existing damage" and they are refusing compensation. I will be filing a claim but do yourself a favor and DO NOT take your car here. read more

Great car wash and service. You can get in and out fast. Love the cleaning stations so I can get the inside of the vehicle clean

I use this location as a last resort. It's never "normal ". Soap not turned on, brushes not working, and today I was in line with 17 cars ahead of me!! Sat there for 10 mins. No movement. Could not see anyone working. Turned around and left. This car wash is chronically bad. read more

I went to get my car cleaned with dirt on the sides of my car after going on a dirt road but as I'm about to pay a worker comes springing out to me to somewhat rudely tell me that my car is "too dirty" for their new brushes? isn't the whole point of a car wash to wash the car? he then gives me a half assed apology and runs away leaving me to reverse in a one way lane and disturb the line behind me and leave. are the new brushes really affected by dirt? read more

It's rare for me to write a review that is not positive unless it's about an issue that I believe is of utmost importance to the consumer. Please use caution in going to this car wash for the following reasons: - Three weeks ago, a gentleman who was going through the car wash behind me, notified the car wash staff that his gas cap cover (which was in closed position as he went through the wash) was torn off by the car wash. As one of the staff members walked past my vehicle after they visited with the man whose car was damaged by the car wash, the staff member said to another staff member, "This is the second report of car damage today, maybe we should shut it down in a very nonchalant tone of voice." - There are other reports of happenings to vehicles at this car wash per reviews posted. - The workers are kind. It's not their fault that the car wash has really gone down in service, ownership needs to invest in upgrading this entire facility/wash mechanisms. - After my car goes through the wash, there is still soap dripping down on the outside (and inside) of my car that I have to remove with a towel. The towels provided are always damp so I bring my own. The vacuum's in the main car slot locations where you park on the way out barely have any suction. I have had to move my car 3 times to find vacuum tubes with mediocre (at best) suction. The tire clean feature in their wash did not clean my tires/hub caps well at all, therefore I had to clean my hub caps after the wash. Even though I was also signed up to receive tire shine, you don't see much (if any) shine to the tires afterwards (I took my own tire shine product for that reason). - With as many people that Take 5 has as members going through this car wash every few seconds daily, concern for the safety of each vehicle going through the wash would be first priority. - There are other car wash services in the area that are much more current and offer a 'significantly' greater/safer service. I'm sorry to have to post this review, but I was shocked that two vehicle incidences happened in just one day. If you care about your car, without any hesitation find another company/car wash service in the area. - In conclusion, I moved to a new company/service in the Highlands Ranch area. It's a few dollars more, but what is a few dollars more when it's the safety of a vehicle. Any damage costs 'A LOT' more!! read more

The mechanical features of the car wash are average. Maybe it will clean your car, maybe it wont. Most of the time about 25% of the vacuums dont work. I cannot recommend staying away from this place enough is rhe employees. It's a modern day Lord of the Flies situation. Run exclusively by teenagers with no adult supervision. Pray no one is at the drive up kiosk when you try to make your purchase or prepare to be harassed and threatened if you do not buy the monthly subscription. The boys who work there are above and beyond aggressive to customers and ive seen them harass the younger girls with equal vigor, and that's when they aren't busy smoking weed in the main office. I can't in good conscience be a patron at such an unethical business. Parents... do not let your children work here. No child should be exposed to this kind of hostile work environment. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This car wash damaged my fiancé's car; you can clearly see from the pictures posted where the swirls in the paint were created from the car wash! Also pictured is a screenshot of the email we got. Take 5 Car Wash does not care about nor value their customers in the slightest and only want your money. Do NOT go here. Since the ownership change a few months ago, this car wash has declined significantly in several ways. The customer service is poor, with the new set of young male workers demonstrating apathy in customer service. I needed a spray down from mud, and the kid wiping windows into the wash declined to help at first, and then did a poor job. The shop is dirty, cluttered, and never opens on time. I have noticed spotting, as if new products are being used. The shop has been shut down numerous times over the last several weeks because of lack of workers or machine breakdown. I wish there was a competitor in HR. My advice is don't buy a membership and instead drive to CR or Littleton to use another shop. Take 5 will just take your money. read more

This Car Wash USA Express location is doing a grand re-opening today and tomorrow with free car washes all day - 7am-8pm - and free food trucks. Today's truck was Em's Ice Cream and it was so good! The car wash staff, especially the manager, Tim, was friendly and helpful without being overbearing. Tim took the time to explain the different options for car washes and packages and let me know about the specials they were running for the event. The car wash was great - my car came out clean and shiny. The free vacuums work great and I love that there's one on each side of your car when you pull into a slot. There was plenty of room between spaces so I never felt crowded. I also used the mat washing machine and that worked great as well. The staff was all wearing masks and even though we were outside, I didn't see any groups gathering. It was a very good experience and I do recommend this car wash. read more

I live less than 5 mins from this location and have been a customer of the "facility" for over 15 years. Since after the first few weeks of the new branding or acquisition from CarwashXpress to Take5, the service and facility upkeep is PATHETIC. NO vacuum station works, the aging car wash is always down for Maintenance and I really thought the detail stations were a blessing, but soon the microfiber cloths went off the racks. (I know this one is a few pilfering). The management need to pay attention as I have two annual passes. read more

Canceled my membership on March 14th, received written confirmation back from Anah on the 15th that my membership had been "deactivated" and "your credit card will no longer be charged for renewal." On March 23rd the monthly charge hit my credit card. I responded to Anah that I had been charged and the reply back was "Yes, it is cancelled." I replied mutiple times that no in fact my card was hit with the unauthorized charge providing a screenshot of the credit card charge. I left a detailed voicemail with Take5 care without any response. I spoke with Chris at Take5 800# on April 3rd, he confirmed with me the email from Anah and said he would send the urgent message to the Care Team, I heard nothing back. The cost for a car wash here is similar to just about anywhere else you could go, whether it's a standalone car wash or attached to a gas station. Free vacuums are definitely a nice addition. And they have a mat washing machine, also included. A drive-thru car wash is not as good as hand washing, but it's good enough for me. read more

The customer service for this car wash is non existent. I went through for a single wash, after putting in my card it asked if I needed more time to decide, then kicked me back to the first screen. I went through my selection again, put in my card, same thing. After the third time it finally went through and the gate popped up. I ultimately got charged 3 times in a matter of less than 5 minutes. Since nobody actually answers the phone number tied to this location, I submitted an on line ticket requesting a refund for the 2 extra charges. In the end, after 3 weeks going back and forth they said their charges are not posted as Car Wash Express, it's Take 5, so they refused to refund my money. read more

Always great customer service from the young adults who work here (which honestly in today's world you would expect not to find). I have nothing good to say about this location. Today I went through the member line and the scanner was not working. I waited in a line of cars for about 15 minutes before someone finally came out to assist. When he arrived, I recommended that he come sooner next time as I had been waiting for 15 minutes. Instead of apologizing, he asked me not to come back again. I was not rude, I was not disrespectful. I then asked him for his name so that I could report him to his manager. I dont see any need in paying for the medium or highest level car wash. I wanted the bugs and the mud washed off. I had paid the $9, like i had done before and proceed to go through. The week before I noticed the employee scrubbed the front of my car with a brush (not all express car washes do this because their carwashes work & are not the you pay for what you get carwash). This time, he did not scrub. My smart ass says "it must be because I bought the cheapest car wash you have?" I exit and head to the vacuum. I look at the front bumper & its still covered in bug guts. I approach the employee &inform him. I am shocked at his excuse. "Its a $9.00 wash" . "What do you expect"__the other employee comments. He proceeds with, "to get the "brush scrub" you'd have to buy the more expensive car wash.". I laughed, I thought he was joking. I mentioned that one of the center brushing devices was not working so how would the more expensive car wash be helpful. He replies, "its tied back so that it doesn't hurt your car". At this point I asked for the manager, "He's not here, probably won't be until Monday." This is a Wednesday. I love it when you ask what their managers name is & you are given first name only. Anyhow I asked if I could go back through the carwash. He says "yes, but its not going to help." OK, so what you're telling me is that the only thing that makes your overpriced carwash irrelevant is the brush scrub that you do before the cars enter the wash area". So you're ripping people off by making it sound like the more you pay the better the wash when it's not that at all. It 's the brush you scrub with?! I told him that he has great customer service, & he says "thank you we do have great CS." I told him I was being sarcastic. He walked away. Consensus is that the Carwash is worthless. This place is EXCEPTIONALLY terrible - go elsewhere. This car wash is only fully functional 50% of the time, at best. Today only the driver's side of the car wash was working (so passenger's side stayed dirty) and the last time I was there the roof portion was not functioning. Occasionally employees might run a brush carelessly over the front of the car and once in a great while they may do the back. The mat washing station rarely works as well. I went in and got my refund back/ canceled my membership and yet was still charged an extra month after I left and have been waiting 2 months for my refund. We have had a membership with this car wash for a year now. I've only had bad experiences every time i've been to this location. The only reason we have continued with our membership is because this location is not even a mile from our home. Today my car was hit in the wash by the Vehicle behind me. There was a long line today, and this happened because the vehicle was too close due to the fact that they were running the cars too close through the wash. I immediately pulled up to the front. Not only was there soap all over the passenger side, and back of my car - But, white paint from the car behind me. I informed one of the workers, and he told me that while I was going through the wash again to get all the soap off my car. He would do an accident report. I go through the wash again, then pulled back up to the front to wait for the accident report. I get out of my car to take photos, and my car had more soap still on the back, and passenger side then the first time going through the wash.?The young man comes out with the manager, and instead of giving me an accident report. They sent me the video footage of the car hitting me. They then tell me that the video only shows the front of my car, and that the car did not hit my car. Stating that what my mom and I felt was my car coming off the track after the wash. Myself, and my mom both told the young men that we were hit before we made it to the dryer portion at the end of the wash. No accident report, only video that shows absolutely nothing. Again, this is after my second time going through the wash. There was more soap still on my car then the first time I went through the wash,. As the young man was using a hand towel to wipe the soap off my car. I began pointing out the white paint on the back of my car, as well as taking photos of the damage. Instead of listening to myself, and my mom - The manager still insisted that it was impossible for the car behind me to have hit me. They told me that I could reach out to my insurance company to submit a claim. While taking photos, as well as removing the soap. My mom and I watched as a worker was sitting in his car smoking pot. As I was backing out the worker who had been helping me got into the passenger seat, to partake in smoking pot with his co worker. Don't waist your money on a membership at this location. Instead of leaving with a clean car- You will come out of the wash needing a new paint job, and an accident claim with your insurance company/ read more

DO not sign up for memberships here. They were supposed to update my card but instead have continued to bill me on two cards. Double billing me for one card. I have reached out to them for help and am still waiting to hear back. Now I have to dispute charges on my cards to get thier bad billing practices away from my finances. DO not share your card numbers with them. read more

Took My brand new SUV a few times but it always comes out half washed at best (the back lift gate and front grill) or scratched at worst (several deep scratches) and the prices are too high for that level of service. read more

I can't tell you how many times this place has screwed up my morning schedule, I signed up because they are supposed to be open but 7 out of 10 times I try to get my car washed they are still closed/have the cones up across the drive. Though the pricing is a bit much the service there is very friendly there were a few brushes down in the tunnel that I spoke to the manager about. He told me that he had a maintenance team working to fix those. He apologized and allowed me to go a second time around and he personally scrubbed my vehicle on the areas that seem to be missed. read more
