It is so wired for simplicity: Drive up pick your choice of wash ( my recommendation is to pick the two cheapest as I can't tell the difference with the more expensive washes). Pay by credit card and bam drive thru. They do not skimp on the water and soaps! After the wash drive up to the vacuum station: Where you can vacuum, use their compressed air to get into the nooks and crannys, have your matts washed, and touch up. There must be twenty to thirty vacuum stalls. Their vacuums are awesome ....and yes they really suck! Worth the drive ... and heck you can shop at costco next door to boot. read more

I recently learned that this car wash has a policy that hires disabled people-which is very impressive to me. The free vacuums, wash rags, as well as the flat dash mat cleaners are extra perks that I fully engage in. They have a deep sink with fresh water to clean your molded floor mats-another great item. The monthly car wash plans are economically viable and are most certainly worth it. I have been with one of the monthly plans for the past 4-years and I love it. After mixed experiences at my local Autawash Riverboat Car Wash, where their employees did a wonderful job guiding me onto the tracks, but did not always dry my car properly - in spite of generous tips, I did some research on Yelp, and found Metro Express Car Wash. Though it's a bit of a hike (a 20-min drive from my house), I like that my car always seems dried-off, I can vacuum myself (to navigate whatever personal/private/valuable property I should have in my car - at the time), and that I can go back through, should the wash be insufficient the first time. That said, on August 6th, I had a not so great experience, as Dylan - who was super friendly - failed to provide me with assertive, direct, and quick guidance and instruction, leading to insufficient alignment, as I approached the track. Shockingly, given my car was not aligned properly, my left, front, driver's side hub cap flew off! I was horrified, as this is the worst case nightmare scenario I always feared in these such car washes, that I previously thought I was dramatic / paranoid worrying about. Only it actually happened. I was shocked and concerned, so I assertively, directly, and quickly troubleshooted, by telling him our plan. (Someone had to take control, so - since he didn't - I did.) I asked if I should continue, and proceed, or back-up, and delay all the cars behind me. He suggested I proceed, to avoid delays for others. Fine. I put the hub cap in my trunk, because - at this point - the trust was broken. I told him I would need his help on the other side, and would meet him after the wash to remediate his mistake. Shockingly, he actually met me on the other side - vs. run away from his mistake - which I respected, valued, and appreciated. He re-attached the hubcap, then asked if I wanted to file a Damage Report. I said "yes". The entire time he had another colleague join us - as a witness - I presume. This other colleague had a bit of a bad attitude when I went back through the wash, telling me he didn't appreciate my East Coast (NYC/DC) language, and I told him - and his manager, Kevin - I didn't appreciate his wasting my time. Dylan returned with the Damage Report form, and corroborated my report: "Hub Cap fell (should be "flew") off during load on". Great. Glad he was honest, and owned up to his mistake. Respect. I asked Dylan what next steps would be. Dylan told me his manager, Kevin, would contact me. When Kevin hadn't contacted me for a few days, I called Kevin. Kevin told me he did exactly what Dylan told me would happen, and Kevin had watched the surveillance video of the entire ordeal, corroborated / verified my accounting of the facts, and that he had coached Dylan to be more assertive, direct, and quick with his guidance and instruction to customers approaching and loading the track. Great. Wonderful. Fantastic. Exactly what I wanted. No one needs to be fired over this; simple performance management / improvement feedback. Done. Moving on. Kevin then asked for my VIN #, contacted the local dealership, ordered the hub cap, and called me on August 15th to inform me that he received it from the dealership, and I could come have it installed according to his maintenance technician hours, which I believe were Sun-Fri (not Sat) before 4pm. I left work early - from my office downtown - went out of my way to Metro Express Car Wash on August 18th to have it installed, then needed to return to Cherry Creek for personal errands. As such, I felt I was also due a complimentary car wash - for my time being wasted. Kevin did that. Thank you, Kevin, for course correcting. In parallel, another reason for my desired complimentary car wash after this ordeal, is that I was "shell shocked," after the initial experience. I needed to feel more secure, and reassured that his employees would guide me correctly - going forward. Otherwise, I would return to Autawash. Kevin told me I was in good hands with Drew, and when I approached, Drew did a *PERFECT* job. Drew was friendly (smiling), no nonsense/bullshit (the Colorado native, but East Coast convert appreciated this), assertive, direct, and quick, and fixed my veering in either direction, as I did what Kevin said, and confirmed Drew's guidance - in the mirror - and tried to trust Drew. Drew did not fail me, and Drew was awesome. Mistakes happen. But how they're course corrected is what counts. And this couldn't have gone better. Will return! read more

Took my Tesla here, had a positive experience, and will come back! I was a bit nervous taking my Tesla here, because honestly I had no idea how to put this thing in neutral LOL. I've also heard something about Tesla paint being crappy and you shouldn't use drive-through car washes? Anyways, I was comforted to see 2 other Tesla's going through, so I think the "paint" thing is a non-issue. My car was absolutely smothered in dirt, so this was a major test. I went for the most expensive wash. I was pretty impressed: it came out pretty shiny and with most of the dirt gone. With that said, there was a decent amount of dirt still on the under-side of the car, which is why I can't give this a full five stars. I don't really care that much about my car being sparklingly perfect, to be honest, so I'm going to keep coming back here because it's cheap and cheerful! read more

I went here on a warm March weekend day and it was packed- so I came back on Monday and was able to drive right up. I went through the tunnel then went to the vacuum area. Vacuums worked great and were really needed. My car looked great afterwards. Minus one start because the compressed air wasn't working (checked the ones on both sides) and one of the mat cleaners wasn't working. read more
